    Patrick was very professional and proficient. He asked the right questions and really listened to my input and concerns. He was very knowledgeable about my mini split converter a/c unit. I learned from him. This is the first time I felt the service deserves the compensation. I will advocate for this company to my landlord.

    They got here exactly when they said they would. Found the problem immediately. Fixed it and cleaned up in 45 minutes. They billed me, gave me a discount and were gone 1 1/2 hours after they got there. The temperature in the house went up 4ā° in 15 minutes and still rising (outside temperature was 35ā°). The crew was courteous, quick, and obviously competent.

    Timothy was great. He understood the hvac system as it is a different type. Works on a cooling tower. Expertise is needed. Hiller has a Happy Hiller Club membership ā€¦twice a year they come out and checkout the heating for the winter and the cooking for the summer which assured me that my guests will be comfortable all season.James was excellent on all the plumbing. He found things that could be annoying to guests during the rental season line a hot water valve in the kitchen. And sink stopper replacements in the bathroom .Andrea was an excellent electrician. He and Brent found 2 GFIs that needed replacement. This is so important for my safety and the guests who rent my condo. Also, they found a malfunctioning dimmer switch and are replacing that. This company certainly makes an owner comfortable to rent to guests and not have any issues.

    Jason, my technician was outstanding and helpful and did exactly what he said and when he said!!! And big thanks to Kelli with scheduling because she is the sweetest person to talk to on the phone and really worked with me and my schedule. Iā€™ve dealt with her before when it was just Gunn and remembered how I didnā€™t dread calling this company for service repair because she is so pleasant on the phone. Great experience all aroundā€¦.maybe not so much on the bill though HAHAHAHA

    Absolutely a miracle worker and amazing company! From the call center to the technician, everything and everyone was absolutely professional, efficient and the price was affordable especially todayā€™s economy! Definitely recommend the package they offer so you donā€™t run into the problem I did with a toilet leaking into my ceiling!

    I cant say enough about how great Hiller was. Our AC went out and they were there within an hour and went above and beyond to fix it. Jason, our tech, was great to explain everything in detail.     We had to call after two weeks of no air conditioning as to when the work would be completed!! The person answering on the phone was very polite but could not see the replacement warranty part in stock and wasnā€™t sure when the air conditioner could be fixed! The part was found and got fixed immediately! My question is why did we have to check on the status as to when it would get fixed and you had to record of the part in your system!

    Alex was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and happily answered all my questions. Most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and effectively. All of this a day before hurricane Helene is due to hit.

    I highly recommend Hiller Airconditioning. We had a problem with Roussoā€™s technician not cleaning our upstairs attic unit (we have 3) and when Hiller bought the company they found this! The Manager at Hiller had his technician thoroughly clean the unit and then had guys come out and clean our duct system without charging us! Great customer service and we will stay with them as a Happy Customer!

    Had a Horrible plumbing malfunction in a rental home that was going to cause the need to completely replumb the entire home due to the nature of the issue. Did our due diligence contacting numerous plumbing companies to speak with them regarding their advice as well as getting comparable estimates for services. Hiller scheduled Paul and Alex to come meet with me at the home to assess things and from the beginning to the end it was nothing but professionalism and knowledge from them that I was very pleased with. I am a small business owner also in the home service industry and I know from experience that presenting such a costly service to someone due to the necessity of it coming from an unfortunate event is never the easiest sell. They were very personable and easy to trust. It did not take me long to choose which company we were going with, not only with their fair and competitive pricing, but also buy the knowing who I am dealing with personally and the assurance that I felt with them that the services provided would be just as it was discussed. Hiller, in a very timely manner, got the home scheduled for a complete replumb and bright and early plumber James and crew got work started and finished the job completely ahead of schedule in my opinion. Communication with the company and crew was spot on and the work performed was seamless and efficient. I will definitely be recommending this company and employees to my networking. Not all experiences with service providing companies end well (which doesnā€™t mean they are a bad company, sometimes things happen, that doesnā€™t mean you need to give up on them!), but I know that my experience with this company was great.     Outstanding Service / Above and Beyond -I scheduled an appointment at my home for a technician to come check out an electrical issue I was having. Electrical Service Technician Ben showed up on time, was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He showed me the issue,gave me a very thorough explanation of what caused it and then proceeded to make the repairs. I highly recommend HILLER!!

    WONDERFUL!! ...... James Chapman was my tech and he was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and did everything he could to put us at ease. He did his very best to work within our budget, and the fact that we are on Hillers monthly plan, made a very bad situation, much more tolerable! He even instructed us as to how to handle the City Utilities Dept. on their part of our problem. He had another Hiller employee with him, who was training in the plumbing dept who was also great. Sadly, I can not remember his name. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! And also recommend that if you arent already signed up for their plan, do yourself a favor and get on it!! We are signed up for their plumbing, AC/Heat, and electrical. The money you save and the prompt service is beyond worth it!! If you own a rental, or Air B&B, this plan will take a while lot of stress off of you! Wish we had known about them when we had ours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    The technician arrived on time, and was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The dispatcher who made the arrangements was also, very kind and friendly. Overall I am extremely satisfied, and that I did not have to wait until the next day. I made the call in the evening, and they were here within two hours later. I felt at ease as they sent a photo of the technician and tracking information.

    I called several companies, they all wanted to charge me $240 just to come out. Others couldnā€™t come out until Monday. I called, 40 minutes later the tech was at my home. He was able to get the leak fixed the same day. I felt like it was a bit pricey but considering how quickly they came out and got it done, i guess itā€™s ok.

    Our James was amazing. He explained everything and was able to find our problem within five minutes of him being here.     All I have to say is I have never had a more responsive, timely, and affordable service for my Plumbing/HVAC needs in all my life. Hiller is a life saver when something goes wrong. Two cases... Air Conditioner on the fritz, still under warranty (only a year old) from Russos (I think Hiller bought them out in Panama City, FL). Call up, Hiller is like, we can have someone out tomorrow. They come out the next day, diagnose, repair, tune up the A/C and it costed NOTHING as it was still under warranty. Very pleased here.Second case. Hook up a garbage disposal, looks good, but my tenant calls and it leaked out when the dishwasher was ran. I live out of state so I call one company (this is day before Thanksgiving mind you) and theyre like, Monday is the earliest. Call Hiller up, its 0930am, and theyre like, we can have someone there between 10-12. They come over, diagnose, and are done by 11 (Im an idiot and left the drain block for the dishwasher in the disposal when installing *facepalm*, as a novice plumber Ill stick to my day job!). Their technician, James Chapman, was prompt, professional, courteous. The cost for my stupidity was fair and reasonable as well!I will say, not every large more corporatized Plumbing/HVAC company provides this kind of service. Hiller has hit a home run and saved the day on multiple occasions for me. I cannot recommend them enough if you need something done in a timely manner! Thank you Hiller!

    Ive been in charge of maintenance for a vacation rental business for 18 years. We needed a plumber to replace a hot water heater that burst. It was Sunday, all of the plumbing companies in my rolodex, and a dozen others refused to work on Sunday. Hiller was A+ from my initial phone call to the completion of the job. Alex was the technician, he was incredibly thorough, took no short cuts, very knowledgeable and precise, and didnt mind at all carrying the new tank to the 3rd floor, there is no elevator...Consequently, my guest was happy, I was truly impressed. Hiller and Alex will now be in the front of my rolodex.

    Scheduled my service at 4 AM this morning when our air just started blowing out. The arrival time was 8-10 AM and a technician was here by 8:15 AM. He was able to get everything taken care of and our unit working again within an hour.     I would recommend this company to anyone! James was very reliable, efficient and timely. He is an asset to this company!!! I was having a gas stove installed and the installers told me I would need to have the gas line replaced by a licensed plumber because of discoloration to the line, before they could install the stove. I was told by Home Depot the installer was licensed. They charged me an installation fee. Every plumbing company I called could not get to it the same day. I was very disappointed and discouraged. I called this company and spoke with a very nice young lady , who was very understanding. I explained my situation and she said the tech would call me. He did and told me when he would be out, made the repairs and everything is fine. Their price was very reasonable for the time frame. He sent me photos and was very nice! This company is at the top of my list!!!!! I will be calling them for other work!!!!

    After quite a poor decision while cutting weeds, I found the power to my air conditioning had been cut. The heat outside was oppressive to say the least. I called Hiller hoping for a miracle.     Fantastic job! 2 technicians arrived 5 minutes earlier than my window ????? ( thats a great thing in a city where hours late and no communication is the norm) they were both Jasons , and very professional. Saved me a ton of money versus my previous quote. I had 2 units down when they arrive and both units were running before they left. My only complaint would be they charge a maintenance fee monthly and still charge a 199 fee just to show up. But compared to the professionalism and service Iam used to, I will take it.

    Duct redesign by Russous. Had an issue with the first duct box where air wasnt coming through properly. Photos of initial install and proper installation. All American A/C installed the first duct design which didnt work properly. Will follow up with the new duct design pictures. **Update. Techs replaced the flex coming from the plenum from a 12 inch, to 14. Also installed 5 scoops to assist with airflow. $617 I never should have had to pay, but my A/C is finally flowing in places it wasnt before.

    If anyone in Panama City/Lynn Haven is having AC issues I 10000% reccomend Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical.The capacitor was out and I had the ability to fix it myself (you should have seen me out there with a multimeter and discharge tools getting it done, Alexa play The Man by Taylor Swift šŸ˜¤) but upon my trip to Loweā€™s, hardware stores are no longer allowed to sell capacitors to people without a license to work on HVAC units šŸ¤Ŗ so I was forced to call around. Peaden wanted a $249 after hours fee + $300 for the capacitor. Insane. I called a few others with similar fees and Hiller was last and told me they didnā€™t have an after hours fee! Standard $69 for the estimate that was waived once I signed off on the repair and was $269 out the door. Not $269 I wanted to spend of course, but was so thankful for companies that donā€™t charge crazy fees just because someoneā€™s AC doesnā€™t work on a Saturday!

    The best heating and air company in Bay county for sure. My family and I have had some AC issues recently and in the past and Hiller has always made us a priority from the first time we called. Last summer when our AC broke, it was over 80 degrees in the house on a Sunday and Hiller came out within hours of us calling them to fix our issue. Later the next day something else happened and they came right back immediately to fix our problem. I offered to pay both times but they didnt even charge us the second time. Yesterday we had another issue and Hiller showed up (same tech as the previous year) and fixed the problem immediately. Once again they charged us the minimum fee. They are super helpful and super friendly. This company is a must use if your AC has any problems.

    We were having our hardwood floors refinished in a new home we purchased and had to have the AC unit removed because the floor was rotten underneath it. Holler had put the unit in for the previous owners so we called them. They came out the day I called to take care of it and wrapped the unit up and set in the garage until we were ready to reinstall it .     This is an update to my original post below. The company manager called me to discuss the experience I had. He was willing to send his lead technician to check my system and make any necessary changes at no cost to me. Additionally, he was willing to change out the blower motor they installed to make sure Im satisfied with their repairs, also at no cost. And he explained about the difference in the two blower motors. He was very professional and courteous. So based on this and their willingness to do what they can to make sure Iā€™m satisfied with their work and to do a follow-up inspection at no cost, I changed my rating from 2-stars to 4-stars.The two technicians showed up and confirmed my blower motor was bad. ( It was intermittently running). My AC system is 10 years old but the evaporator is only 5 years old. Before doing anything else, the one technician tried to convince me to replace the whole system (over $10,000) and he said I may have a leak since my refrigerant was a little low. Yet he never checked for any leaks and the system was cooling with 17 degree temperature delta. I told him just put the new blower motor in and that Im moving in two years and my system is working great, it just needed a bew blower motor. He continued to say that I wouldnā€™t be able to provide a home warranty to potential new home buyers since my system is 10 years old. I checked and found out that is not true. Although the one technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue, I donā€™t think I will use Hiller in the future. Also, my old motor was a ECM 1/2 HP Variable speed. The new motor they installed does not run at the same RPM as my old motor and the air blowing out my ducts is less. And new motor cuts off as soon as the compressor turns off as compared to my old blower motor running for about a minute after the compressor turn off, helping to expel the remaining cold air in the evaporator and some of the moisture.

Instead, I immediately got a cheery person on the phone who quickly got an appointment scheduled at my first availability. The technician was not only on time, but I got a call and a text first to confirm that I was ready for them. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which requires a new part, provided a temporary solution, confirmed that it was all covered under my warranty without my having to remind them, reminded me about their annual maintenance service without being pushy, and communicated what was going on the whole way while leaving me free to continue working from home.     The service man, Shon was very nice. He explained a possible problem and when and how to resolve. I elected to have the repair done while he was here. He was neat and didnā€™t track leaves, etc into my home. I am very pleased with Roussos and will continue to use them.

    The same day that I called and someone came out. Very polite and helpful and informative person. He found the problem right away and he fixed it to the point where if it happens again will know exactly whatā€™s going on. He was very nice. I would not use anyone else but Russo.     Great reliable company with professional employees. I have been doing business with Roussos for several years now and they have always done honest good quality work and show up on time. They were also there quickly when I had an emergency weekend repair. I highly recommend them.

    I called Roussos AC last week after coming home to find the blower motor on my unit was shot. After leaving a message, I promptly got a call back from Jacob, who was able to come right out to my home. HE quickly diagnosed the problem, had a new one installed in short order, and had my unit back up and running as good as new. Jacob was polite and friendly, and worked hard to get my unit back up. The after hours fee was only 99.00, compared to a competitor of theirs that wanted $250 after hours fee, for the same call. I was able to save a ton of money (comparing a quote given by the competitor) and use a local company. If you have a breakdown of your AC unit, I highly recommend Jacob from Roussos AC.

    I strongly recommend Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric to anyone that needs an honest company to install (or repair) their a/c system. Reuben and Walker were polite, punctual and very professional young men. They both were very respectful of our property and home. WE could not be more pleased with our new ac system. Their customer service representative,Caroline, was very helpful with my decision to replace our air conditioner system..Thank you Mike!

    Paul called ahead, stated when he would arrive which was on time and performed system diagnostics due to problems I had the day before.     Each contact during our recent request for service was handled promptly and professionally. Our service technician called ahead and arrived when he advised and went out of his way to explain what was needed. He then made sure the coil cleaning area was handled in an environmental friendly way. When speaking to the office they treat you as if you are someone they have known forever.
