I had an emergency plumbing situation occur on the evening on December 30th. The sewage was coming back up from the shower and toilet and all tenants in the house had to stop using any drains immediately. I contacted other companies who would not be able to come out until the next morning. I contacted 24 Hr Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and Chris came out within 1 hour. He explained the situation to me, what he believed the issue was and what needed to be done. It took about an hour and he resolved the issue and had the drains unclogged and functional again. Chris was very professional, timely and great with communication. I highly recommend his services and am very grateful that he was able to help us so quickly during a very stressful situation and so close to a holiday.

Chris is awesome! The main water shut off valve in my home basement broke, creating a slow leak, and Chris showed up quickly after I called him. This issue also unknowingly resulted in Chris having to call and work with Lynn Water and Sewer to find my water box at the front of my house. Chris and his helper were professional, polite, and knowledgable, and everything was fixed and resolved in a matter of hours. I will be using these guys moving forward! Thank you!

Chris is not a plumber, just cleans drains. Plumber was scheduled and performed work that was needed. Plumber was concerned main drain needed to be cleaned after work was completed. We called Chris and he was here same day and performed the work. Highly recommend!

I called Chris late on Labor day for an emergency drain problem for a tenants unit. My finished basement toilet and shower was backlogged with water, and he was the first owner of a company to pick up the phone. He told me hed be there in an hour and he showed up right on time. Within 30 minutes, he cleared the main drain blockage and my pipes were back to normal. In a time of desperation for the homeowner, he didnt pressure me or try to oversell any services, and his price was more than fair. He was clean and organized, cleaned up after himself, and very willing to help with advice on how to keep the drains clear for the future. I would highly recommend Chris for any type of drain cleaning services.

I would absolutely use them again. My pipes have a root problem and most likely will need replacing eventually. The roots in my main drain we’re crazy. You can actually see the roots when the video is sent into the drain, No wonder my drain was clogged. The water was backing up into my house and I needed someone to come quickly. 3am I made a call to 24 hour Drain and Sewer, can I say what a life saver Chris was; He showed up to my house within 2 hours. Through Video inspection, he revealed roots in my pipe. (I still can’t believe roots grow into your pipes.) He had the roots out of the drain within hours. He was honest, extremely professional and (wow) thank god, he was determined that he was getting those roots out of my drain. He also told me that eventually the roots would be back and at some point I should consider replacing the pipe. So I give a 5 star and a 5 thumbs up to Chris and his assistant.
