Chris and his crew are stand up guys and do high quality work. I am amazed at the progress they made in 2 days and the quality of the work is top notch, you struggle to find guys that will do a job right but not with Viscarello Plumbing, everything is clean and tight. Couldnt be more pleased with their craftsmanship and professionalism. I will only use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward. -

We had a mystery leak (semi slow drip) that was coming through the ceiling in our kitchen. We had no idea where it was coming from. We contacted Chris and found him very professional and we scheduled a date. Every time we reached out he was responsive. Him and his team arrived on time when they said they would. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. My upstairs bathroom (where the leak was) is tiled floor to ceiling and I was nervous about having to destroy a bunch of tile. As you can see from the pictures, Chris only did the bare minimum of damage to locate and repair the problem. They also cleaned up after themselves and wore masks the entire time. And the price was very reasonable. We will be using him again and have already given his card to one other person. (He came today.) -

Chris is the best! He was recommended to us by our painter when we needed to move a washer/dryer from our basement to our kitchen. He did an amazing job with that project. Then, as happens when you own an antique home, several things went wrong with our plumbing and heating in a short amount of time, including our water heater and pipes needing replacing. Chris has always been super responsive, on time, and does really high quality work. We’ve had several contractors and other professionals in our home and they have all commented on the plumbing and piping, even calling it “a work of art” - all thanks to Chris. -

Chris Viscarellos service have been great for us. We have called on him numerous times over the years (major bath renovation, water heater, main water valve replacement, moving gas lines, etc.) He had always been responsive, prompt and professional. We had been through a couple of other plumbers before we found Viscarello, and are grateful that we now have access to a reliable and capable plumber. A key differentiator for Chris is that he is very good at communicating via chat and pictures, which really saves time for everyone. -

I called Viscarello Plumbing to ask about installing plumbing for a washing machine in new laundry room. At the same time, my toilet was leaking in my 1910 home. Chris was not afraid of the old cast iron pipes in my house. He installed a new flange and problem solved. Viscarello plumbing also installed my washing machine hookup. The install is very neat and you can tell they don’t ignore details. Most importantly, Chris is knowledgeable and honest. They showed up on time and were neat-no messes to clean. I recommend this company and hope that Viscarello will help with my kitchen remodel when we are ready -

Chris was prompt, good at answering questions, and I appreciate that he wasn’t put off when I decided I could fix the problem I’d originally called Viscarello Plumbing about. Instead, I ended up having him replace part of the sewer pipe in the basement and a hot water shutoff valve. Chris and his partner worked very quickly/efficiently, and ended up doing a couple extra things in addition to what I’d hired them for. I’m happy with the work. -

Chris and Sebastien were terrific. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problems right away. Chris explained what needed to be done (open up a wall) and got down to business within minutes. The two of them worked well together and were able to repair the leaking pipes in a very efficient way. They cleaned up the debris thoroughly and even scrubbed down some of the mold that had formed at the site of the leak. A plumbing crisis is never fun, but having Chris and Sebastian to help made the situation much more tolerable. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job well done. -
