    My water heater died overnight on a Saturday night, which I discovered early Sunday morning. I searched online for options and called Mike because his reviews were great. He contacted me within 10 minutes early Sunday morning (around 6:30) and spent about an hour with me via texting, photos, and phone calls talking me through everything I needed to do to minimize the damage to my basement. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. Plus his prices were more than fair. He gets my highest recommendation and did a fantastic job through the entire process.

    Mike was great. Our water heater blew around 10 am. I called Longmont Water Heaters based on the Google reviews posted, and our usual company that services our HVAC. Mike was very knowledgeable, talked to us about different options. Since we never heard back from the other company, we asked Mike to go ahead with the new water heater.     I highly recommend Mike and Longmont Water Heater. Left a message on a Saturday when my H2O heater busted. Mike replied quickly. Gave me a decent, all inclusive quote and scheduled the install for first thing Monday morn. We talked about usage pattern options. He offered a lower priced but good quality Bradford heater. We opted for the next level up due to the size of our house and number of bathrooms. Mike was done by about 10:30. Fast, courteous and high quality.

    TLDR: Definitely hire Mike to replace your water heater!Our 16 year old water heater broke Monday morning, the unit was gushing water from the bottom. I called Mike early in the morning and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem by what I told him as well as through pictures I texted him. He answered the many questions I texted him throughout the day and recommended a modern but equivalent water heater model. Mike also provided a very reasonable quote for his services to not only remove and replace the old water heater, but to also bring our hot and cold water pipes up to code and install an expansion tank. A rival plumbing company in the Longmont area quoted me almost $2000 more for the same services and a worse water heater model.Mike arrived the next morning at the exact time he said he would and was incredibly friendly with both myself and my dogs. He was able to remove the broken water heater, install the new heater, bring our hot and cold water pipes up to code and install an expansion tank in 2.5 hours. He explained the point of everything he was installing, outlined proper maintenance practices, and assured me he warranties his work for 1 year. Our hot water was back on and running within the hour.Mike is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and not trying to rip you off. Everything you could ask for from a master plumber. I cannot recommend him enough! Also hes a fellow UW-Madison alumni so he gets extra points for that. Go Badgers!

    The professionalism and care taken by the owner and one of his crew with my hot water heater install was fantastic. I had an old hot water heater in a very tight apartment utility closet. It was a very difficult removal and they did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced and did not try and add unnecessary charges like Applewood and Precision Plumbing did. Overall I’m very happy and would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.I would also like to mention that I choose this company from 8 different ones because of how honest the owner was on the phone.     January 6, 2025. We had Mike install a new PGV valve installed in are home because the water pressure was to high.And a new 50 gallon Bradford and white hot water heater. He did a great job . And he can this do alone because he has a battery powered dolly, and pipe cutting that works great.friendly and professional.todd Van.
