Just had a really great experience with Ryan Bishop. We had to remove part of a whole house filter and extend the line where the part was removed and it’s not the simplest sort of situation with a lot of water that is spilling everywhere and the part that was removed was extremely heavy and even though I look like a strong guy I can’t lift heavy because of a back issue and Ryan just automatically just lifted it up and took it away/disposed of it without me even having to ask and super I’m appreciative of the guy. He’s a great guy who is super professional and easy to get along with, and I was very comfortable interacting with him, so I’m extremely happy to find somebody that I’m going to call again when we need more plumbing help.

We had a great experience with Kyle from Planet Plumbing. We had a leak in our laundry room. Called Planet Plumbing and Kyle was at our door less than a half hour later. He was very friendly and thorough. He concluded it was from the actual washing machine, so no work was completed, but we will definitely be calling Planet Plumbing for any needs we have in the future.

Scott with Planet Plumbing was fantastic! We called on a Saturday afternoon and he came out within an hour. We thought we were having main drain issues, but after doing some diagnostics, he discovered that we had a clog in our pipes. He saved us some money by snaking our toilet to clear the clog which ended up being a cheaper solution. Scott from Planet Plumbing was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We appreciate Plant Plumbing helping us out and getting our pipes running again!

At my place of employment we have had problems with the drains for years. We have paid thousands and thousands of dollars to other plumbers, finally we called Planet Plumbing Saul came did what he needed to do. A week later we had to call them again. They came out and did what they had to do. Saul came put a camera down the plumbing and found our problem. Alot of information that was told to us in the past was wrong, Saul was great he listened to what the problem was fixed it.

Always the first to respond, prompt scheduling, and reasonable pricing. We just had a plumbing emergency at a multi-unit building I help manage, and Dan was there within an hour of placing a call. He took care of a stubborn sewer clog and the final bill was really reasonable for the work required.

Im overwhelmed at what a positive experience I just had with Planet Plumbing, and specifically Andrew Ratliff. Andrew found a great solution to the crazy situation I had under my kitchen sink, completed the work in record time, and left the space cleaner than when he arrived. Mark came over to fix an old leaky faucet in the master bath, which was tricky due to the brand (Ikea). Aside from waiting to order the right parts, Mark did a great job! We also had a new vanity installed in the guest bath. Unfortunately, it was leaking after the initial install, but Josh came back to fix the issue and did a great job! Aside from the wait and the leak the first time around, I really appreciate the customer service at Planet Plumbing and will continue to use their services in the future. Hopefully we wont need it for a while though 🤞

He was efficient, kind and very quickly assessed the situation, determining that both toilets were ok without further intervention. And on top of that, he didnt charge me for coming out. I could not have been happier both with the service and the understanding friendliness.

Dave and apprentice from Planet Plumbing and Drain repaired our kitchen sink draining problem which had been estimated to be a 3 to 5 hour job at over $700 and completed the job under two hours and a total amount of $285. We were extremely impressed with Daves know-how and experience which showed him that the repair could be done in a simpler fashion. Now, where to spend that $415 we saved?
