The staff at Mountain Range Plumbing were great to work with. They immediately responded to a query I sent out through Yelp, and were able to schedule a same day appointment to come assess slowly draining sinks and a tub. Unfortunately the techs arrive about an hour outside of the original timeframe, but they were extremely nice, courteous, and quick workers. They unclogged all three drains for a reasonable price ($325). Their work even comes with a 1 year warranty which is great to know.Overall, I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I had a small pinhole leak happen on Thanksgiving evening, I called his business the next morning, because they had good reviews and I know why now; he dug into it and took care of us. I was very happy that they could make room in their schedule to send someone out right away. Andrew was thorough in looking at the problem and explaining what would need to be done. He returned earlier the next morning with all of the needed supplies and completed the replacement of piping by morning’s end. He was very good with cleanup, walked through every thing he had done, and carefully set aside the drywall cut outs to be reused. Very happy with the outcome.

Can’t say enough good things. Andrew was insanely helpful. He looked at our busted garbage disposal and said it was an electrical issue as opposed to plumbing. He didn’t charge for his evaluation and made no attempt to upsell or take advantage. He even stayed for an extra ten minutes to give me a crash course on our water heater, should anything ever go wrong! He gave me his card and said we could call him anytime with questions.I will definitely be using Mountain Range for all things plumbing in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

3rd plumbers the charm! Thanks for coming out quickly, fixing the problem and not overcharging me when I was in a pickle with my in-laws and Granny coming to stay with us. Whew! Merry Christmas! So appreciative!! My sink was 100% clogged so I couldnt use my dishwasher or sink so they cleared it enough that I could use my sink and dishwasher that night and they came back a couple days later, got a camera in the line and found a huge grease ball. After a lot of work, they got it all cleared out and hydrojetted the lines clean. Very cool to see how its all done. Im a Realtor and watch sewer scopes at inspections all the time, but it was incredible how they were able to get it all broken up and flushed out. I should have recorded some of that. Dang! I also hired them to install a long overdue pressure relief valve and will have them back to do my guest bathroom remodel and replace my hose bib! They were also kind with my kids running in and out of the house. Above and beyond customer service and both guys really knew what they were doing! Cheers!

Since were planning to sell soon, we wanted to get on top of that. I called Mountain Range Plumbing and Andrew arrived in very short order. He thoroughly checked everything, tightened up a few things (hmm, why didnt I think of that) and assured us there no leaks. He explained why some sinks might give off a smell and told us about a product that could help. He spent a considerable amount of time with us, was very pleasant, and charged us exactly ... $0. He moved all the pipes to the rear of the cabinet giving us more room and improved draining. We had ask that he only improve the draining. The original plumbing was done with minimal effort. Christian came out after I made a few calls concerning my water heater acting strange over the weekend regarding my hot water seemingly going in and out. Christian inspected my water heater, assured me all appears well after a thorough inspection, gave me a masterclass on how to drain the sediment that could buildup, and taught me some sure fire signs to look for on when it would really go out. He also gave me some tips and suggestions on my outside water pipes that had a slight crack in it as well. He went above and beyond for us to ease my mind on the condition of said water heater. Ill be going to Mountain Range Plumming for all of my plumming needs from here on out. They really do have a customer mindset. Our gas valve came loose behind our stove today (Saturday) and had to have the fire department come and turn the gas off at the house for Black Hills to come out. Mike picked up his phone and had plans with his family already. We pushed our appointment to the next day. He texted me and said he was on his way today instead and changed his plans for us. Not only did he fix and tighten our gas valve, he found an issue with the exhaust for our tankless heater and fixed that too which was a health hazard. He was polite, professional, and honest. We ended up going to a few neighbors to investigate there tankless heaters and all of them need to be fixed like ours.I’d recommend him to anyone. Mike did an amazing job for us. We had a leaking water connection because we left the hose on during winter and it froze and cracked the pipe causing a leak in our wall. Mike cut as small a hole as he could in our ceiling to do the repair, using one hand to do all the work. Then he used an air vent to hide the spot so we didn’t have to pay for a drywall repair. His consideration and hard work to do what was best for his customer rather than just making the job easy for himself and cutting a big hole and leaving it for us to figure out was a huge testament to his character. We will certainly call Mountain Range Plumbing again.
