MVPH will forever be our go to for all our plumbing and boiler needs. We bought a 50 year old mountain house that was never appropriately taken care of by the previous owners and theyve multiple times been our heroes. They always get out here fast, theyre honest and down to earth, and do the gold standard of quality work! Jerry was the one that came out today to clear a big clog in our main line and WOW was he great! Expert work, great to talk to, and just the sweetest to my cats who love people!

Im updating my initial review because Mountain Valley did such a nice job following up on Gabes initial evaluation which I had previously reviewed with 5 stars. Now I have 5 stars for the whole team. Mountain Valley replaced our furnace and we were very pleased with their work. Beginning with technician Gabe who expertly diagnosed the problem with the old furnace and returned almost immediately when we had additional questions; to Zack who was very patient with our questions about new furnaces, to Owen who was polite and respectful in his evaluation of our ducts, and, finally, to Danny who is the SUPERSTAR installer of our new furnace. He patiently answered our questions, talked us through a complicated new thermostat, and left the furnace area cleaner and more organized than it was before we started this process. Overall, terrific team.

I had a new AC system put in in June and joined the annual program with Mountain Valley, and just had a couple technicians over for vent and duct cleaning, and furnace and hot water heater maintenance/service in September. All of the people that have come over for work orders have been extremely helpful, kind and respectful. They all helped me understand what was going on, and took the time to show me and tell me about what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called when my toilet began leaking. Jerry arrived in about 1 hour. He was extremely friendly and professional. Cleaned up when the job was complete. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the membership says 1 toilet repair at no cost per year. But my repair cost over $525 with my membership.

My first experience using Mountain Valley Plumbing, Heating and AC was terrific! Fernando came to clean and flush my HWH. He was thorough, conscientious, and friendly. He did a much better job than the company I had been using for years. And their prices are much more reasonable. I decided on the spot to switch over to them for the annual maintenance of my 4 heating units and one AC unit, and plumbing needs.

[Revised]I received a AC tuneup from Danny and he was great. I then scheduled an additional service to get my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Initially, there were scheduling complications and issues with the front office. A representative reached out and apologized for what happened and made it right again. I appreciate the level of care for my business and owning up to what happened. The ducts and dryer vent were cleaned in my home later that week with no issues. I plan on using Mountain Valley for my future needs because of this.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Both technicians (Gabe & Fernando) were awesome! Had them out to check our A/C system last week and all is in good working order. Was installing a mini-split in our master bedroom and had another company cancel on us the day before they were supposed to complete the install, Mountain Valley to the rescue, they scheduled us to get our system installed just 5 days after the inspection. Well, the install went perfect and now our master bedroom that is located over our garage able to stay cool over the hot summer without having to keep the downstairs like a meat locker. Very happy with their prompt, friendly and exceptionally professional staff! Easy to endorse a company that knows how to take care of their customers!

I’m very happy with the work Alex and Franco did to replace my 40 year old boiler. I got several quotes and felt this was the best priced option, and included some extra perks that really sold the deal for me (like future inspections, maintenance, etc). For reference this was a very old boiler in a very old house split into condos, and they were referred to me by our HOA president, and I’m so glad he made the recommendation, because I was talking to 4-5 other companies and technicians.Alex was super professional to deal with throughout the process and offered me several options for boilers at different levels. When the time came to replace it, they got it done in just a few hours, which was a big surprise, because another quote told me 3 days. So I’m very content with the advice I got from JD’s and the overall execution.Total pros, I’ll be happy to use them again for any other needs in the future.

Fernando is awesome. Unfortunately he got stuck fixing an ex employees error. A Master plumber incorrectly installed a pump and the gasket failed. Out of the warranty period so we lost quite a bit of money and glycol from the system. Fernando is still Awesome. Wasnt his fault. Actually, wasnt Mountain Valleys fault either.No way for me to have known. I did see the gasket. It was going to fail eventually. I wish it had failed a few months ago while under warranty and not below freezing on a Saturday. Oh well.

Adam is a professional. With a potentially complicated HVAC system problem that affects heating and cooling, he went out of his way to get equipment on a weekend to solve the problem. In that process, he continued to reassess the issue and came up with a simpler solution. The net result is that it saved me money and I have my HVAC system fully operational. I will not hesitate to use Adam for any future plumbing and HVAC system issues.In comparison, I also had one of the larger plumbing companies assess my HVAC problem and they had recommended a very expensive complete replacement of furnace and AC, which I do not need at this time. When the time comes to replace my furnace and HVAC system, I will call Adam. You can trust him. Mountain Valley is lucky to have him. Separately, Mountain Valley did a very good job of responding to my initial request for service. I am so delighted with their service that I just can’t say enough good things about Adam and Mountain Valley.

Called them around 7am after a few days and last year putting bandaids on my furnace. Cold morning, I was leaving for hunting that morning with a pregnant wife and furnace was not working. They had someone there within 1.5 hours and diagnosed the heater issue but while doing so found we had cracks causing carbon monoxide to enter the vents. Fernando showed me everything he was seeing and work being performed and where the damages were and what my options were. Fernando’s was incredibly nice, informal and forthcoming. He wasn’t selling anything. Him going above and checking more than the original switch, replacing it and leaving could have saved our lives. Obviously time for a new furnace which he made simple and gave us plenty of options on brands, cost, etc. he had that en route within the hour as well. Again wasn’t coming to me as a sales men but as a family man and a tradesmen which was great. So a huge thanks to the entire team over there for the quick response, the professionalism, the urgency to my specific case and needs and the sweet new thermostat. I’m not a guy that does reviews but this team was incredibly and breathe of fresh air. The guys that did the install were timely and very nice guys as well and respected the house

This is my first time working with MVPH, as I was a longtime JDs Plumbing customer. Now that they have merged, I found the same great experience, communication, service and fair pricing. Im not always on the lookout for the cheapest, because Ive found work done at a discount is often discount work by techs who arent busy enough (meaning less referrals and repeat customers). I had some major plumbing issues and they were able to send Brian the same day. With 30 years of experience, Brian quickly diagnosed the issues AND found a legitimate one I didnt know existed. His estimate didnt scare me and he was able to do all the work 2 days later (there was no urgency as the property was vacant). I received a text when he was on his way, a call from him once finished to review, and easy credit card pay over the phone. He even found that one item required more repair than expected on first review, but he stuck to the estimate and didnt charge me more. As a Realtor, this service was wonderful and Ill use Mountain Valley again for my personal needs and will also be recommending them to my clients. OH, and they have the techs to cover a HUGE area, I think Brian said from Colorado Springs up to just over the Wyoming Border. My needs are more Littleton to maybe Greely, but good to know I can count on these guys. I read on their website they also keep Saturday hours for emergencies. Good!

From simple faucet swaps, to drain rebuilds, and two brand new furnaces for my home, Mountain Valley has been through it all with me and my older home. Their techs are polite, well trained and extremely courteous. I have had zero issues with materials being left or any kind of mess left behind from them. Oliver, their drain guy, has by far been my favorite tech to do work for me. He solved a real mystery of a problem for us. They just finished replacing a 20 year old propane furnace for me, and installed one with a built in humidifier. Wes, one of the managers, has made a lot of things happen for us, he has been a huge part of why I return as a customer.
