Paul is who you want to call when you have a plumbing problem. He will work with you to actually find the root issue instead of charging you to fix some symptoms. Then he helps devise a solution that works best for you even if it is recommending a simple fix you can do yourself. Paul is that ideal combination of competent, professional and honest. Plumbing problems are scary. If you’re a lay person like me, it is really refreshing to get a plumber who knows what he’s talking about and who you can trust is holding your best interest in mind.

Got in touch with Paul after a couple other companies quoted me for repairs I was doubtful about. He is very knowledgeable about boiler operation and talked me through troubleshooting over the phone before I even booked an appointment. When we did schedule a visit, he communicated well about his availability and showed up when he said he would. He spent some time researching and troubleshooting and we now have a path forward that ended up aligning with the actual problem instead of just throwing parts at it and seeing what sticks. This was once of the best experiences I’ve ever had in customer service. I don’t know what I would have done without Paul’s expertise. He really went above and beyond to help me when my water heater went out. This was the only company willing to come check out my water heater that day. He also recommended a good brand for my water heater replacement and charged significantly less to install it than all other companies in the Longmont area . Paul went out of his way to explain what he was doing and repair potential problem valves for a low cost. As a young woman and first time home owner I was nervous to get put through the ringer when looking for a plumber, however, this experience was anything but that. I can genuinely say that they are not trying to nickel and dime you at this company, they care about providing a quality service to fix your issue in a timely manner. I will be reaching out to Bliss plumbing for all my future issues .

Paul was one of the most honest and transparent business owners that I have ever met. Our hot water heater went on the fritz on a Monday morning, and Paul was available and at my house by 12:45. He immediately went to work on the tank, and told me that it was nothing more than the pilot light. He explained to me in detail how to rectify the same problem in the future, and also helped me navigate any future considerations if the heater actually died. He was so easy to work with, and friendly. It was such a positive experience, when we all know that you are taking your chances when you call for any service. He never tried to sell me anything either, and at the end of the service call, when I asked him what I owed, he said it was free. Talk about a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Paul to anyone, and assuredly he will be getting our business in the future.

We had a first rate experience with Bliss Plumbing. Admittedly, we were nervous not using his business before, and needed an air scrapper added into our boiler system. The whole experience was simply first rate. Paul was responsive, easy to talk to, straight up about the options, solution oriented, and charged a fair price. I was already impressed. On the job, he and his team even went above and beyond to add in some extra details. Good solid people, and a business worthy of trust.

Paul at Bliss Plumbing is the absolute cream of the crop when it comes to plumbers. I called Bliss in a panic and Paul walked me off the edge and prevented me from needing to pay big bucks for an emergency plumber. Paul took his personal time on a Sunday night to help me out. When Paul arrived to take a look for himself later on, he was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem quickly. Paul was super personable and provided amazing service. I cant think of a time when another professional came into my home and I truly felt like we were on the same team trying to solve the problem. Paul is definitely extremely fair with his pricing and you know the quality of work truly matters to him. I hope I dont have any additional plumbing problems, but if I ever run into more problems Ill without a doubt be calling Bliss.

I cant recommend Paul Bliss highly enough. Paul fixed our leaky kitchen sink about a year ago and we were very happy with his work and reasonable cost. So when our toilet kept running (and then overflowed to the first floor) I called him again. I figured we needed a new toilet or, at a minimum, new parts inside the tank. But Paul came and checked it. He adjusted it and said we didnt even need any new parts. Then, he checked the rest of the toilets in our house and made adjustments where necessary. He saved us hundreds of dollars! When I asked him how much I owed him he just said, no worries Ill get you next time. I just made a few adjustments. It is so nice to have found a knowledgeable plumber we can trust with an old school style of maintaining client relationships.

Paul is very reliable and there were no surprises. For me it helps when you know you can count on someone for a project. I have a rental property in Longmont that needed a sink and a toilet replaced. Paul arrived before I did and already had the old sink out. The work he did for me was perfect and he cleaned up everything after he was done. His prices were very reasonable as well. On Friday, I had no hot water and when I checked the water heater water was pouring out the top of it. I called a dozen plumbing businesses near me (all of which went straight to voice mail). Paul at Bliss was the only one that answered. He sounded very professional and based on my discription of the issue he knew exactly what needed to be done. He had some emergencies (homes/families without out any heat) and said that he wouldnt be able to make it out until the following morning. On Saturday around 9 am, he texted me to let me know he would be able to stop by between 9:45-10 am. He arrived at about 10:15 am. By 11 am he had the old hot water heater removed and a new one installed. The service provided was very prompt, professional, and thorough! I would definitely recommend Bliss for anyone needing assistance with a hot water heater!

We called Paul after hearing a persistent dripping in our walls after running water in our master bath. We were expecting the worst! Paul came right over to access the situation. He determined that there wasnt any water actually leaking and gave us peace of mind. My guess is that other less experienced plumbers would have begun cutting into walls and such and running up a bill. We really appreciated Pauls honesty and professionalism. Well be calling him in the future for sure!

After the AMAZING service we received from these guys, we will never call another company for our tankless water heater system. Calling repairmen is a bit of a gamble - not knowing if they will over charge, or lie about repairs needed... and not knowing when they will care to respond. I called this company at 830am, and they were at our house by 10am - even with the fact that they had other jobs going on. Turns out - there isnt anything wrong - our system most likely needs a flush. Paul showed us how to do it on our own, explained in detail what our system does... and left without accepting payment. I dont know many companies that would do any of that. Its obvious Paul knows his stuff, and I am SO glad I called them to come out!! I will forever refer him to anyone I know. Thank you Bliss!!
