Had one company out to service my A/C whereupon they said it wasn’t worth doing a service because my 5 year old system needed to be replaced. TNT were able to come the next day for a second opinion. Yes, I was low on coolant but objectively, the A/C was okay. Max explained everything he was doing, how to interpret the numbers as he was troubleshooting, and was a genuinely nice person. TNT, excellent service and not trying to sell me what I don’t need yet. Awesome!

Brent worked very skillfully to remedy our plugged kitchen pipeline. It was more complicated than we first surmised, but we worked together to pull the plugged pipe out and clean it by hosing it outside. Brent was very clean, careful, and personable in doing the work. Main sewer line backed up last week. After wasting several days with another plumbing company (and enduring three separate visits by them with three different techs and the problem still not being resolved), I called TNT. Eric quickly came out, re-scoped the line and provided a reasonable estimate for actually clearing the line. Then he showed up on time (with all needed tools) and cleaned the line as promised the following day. Instead of adding to the stress of the situation like the first company I worked with, Eric was professional, courteous, competent and FIXED the immediate problem. Thank you, TNT!Now it’s a few months later and I called TNT for another issue. Worked with Brent who was fast, friendly, and honest. Still love TNT!

I called around and ultimately chose to go with TNT because everyone else I called seemed as if I was hindering them some how, lol! When I called TNT, Ray was very respectful and gave me all the info I requested without pause and guided me in the right direction and to call Monday because it would be cheaper because I didnt have the money to have them come out on Saturday prior so, thank you Ray! Monday I called and talked to Linda, who was a breath of fresh air and was very genuine. She got a tech out to give me a bid for a furnace/AC within hrs, which was awesome, thank you Linda! The tech they sent out was awesome as well. Nash was extremely professional and very informative and answered all our questions so thank you Nash! The first 3 people I talked to from this company were all genuine, respectful and helpful to the point I was not going anywhere else! If I could, Id give them more than 5 stars so this will have to do*******************************************

Had a broken pipe in the unfinished area of my basement. It seems and outside spigot froze and cracked over the winter and became apparent after filling the tank on or 5th wheel. Did the filling on Saturday, found the results on Sunday and called TNT on a reccomendation from my daughter. TNT returned my call Sunday and sent a representative out at my request on Monday. Brent, was professional, throughly explained what he was doing, and provided an accurate estimate of cost before doing the work in a minimal amount of time. I highly reccomend TNT for the work you need in your home theat is planned or in our case an emergency.

I had a mess of a water accident and it involved removing an old big furnace from the utility room it was in, taking it apart, then putting it back into utility room when water problem fixed and cleaned up. This company got their expert and he slowly and skillfully did just that.It looked painstaking and so labor intensive to me and while he said it may not work once it’s back in, I’ll do everything I can. He certainly did, and it certainly does work, good as new and all cleaned up!! Thank you is not enough!!!

Technician, Max is very knowledgeable and also personable. Our A/C is 24+ years old and operating, but it needs a part for drainage, it’s likely it was never done so during the original install. Max explained all of the mechanics technically and how it will work with the installed switch. Unfortunately, given how the A/C system was installed originally, there’s no clearance and very limited space to add the part, without removing and retrofitting.Overall, the service call helped to determine what to look for and keep an eye on everything. Eventually only a replacement A/C system will be the best option. I trust TNT since and would only buy though them.We bought a new furnace from TNT and they did a great job installing and provide great customer service. Thanks Max for your help and excellent service!
