I hired Keeley’s to completely replace the old pipes and water lines in my home and couldn’t recommend them more! This was a big project and they did a fantastic job and made quick work of it! They were consistent about showing up on time and communicating at the beginning and end of each day. Tim and Steve were professional and personable - they worked around my dogs and I being home which was so helpful! I’ll certainly be calling them for any work I need in the future, and recommending them to friends and family!

I had a plumbing issue that I thought was sewer related. Keeley was able to get hear right away and do a great job. I highly recommend the two plumbers that they sent us, Kyle and Steve. They were able to detect that it wasn’t actually sewer related. They were able to fix the problem in no time. They were very good, very hardworking, try kind and respectful, and I would recommend them to anyone that has plumbing issues. I know that they will be the company I use from now on!!

Keeley’s team - Alan and Mike -was informative and, as always, very professional. Alan clearly explained the need to make a change in the originalplan because of what he found when he opened the wall to access the pipes. He gave us time to consider two options and did not pressure us in any way. We are pleased with our decision and the results. Mike seemed knowledgeable and eager to do a good job. The team was considerate and very neat, leaving everything nice and clean when they finished. They also were happy to answer our questions and even encouraged us to ask questions before taking the next step. We would highly recommend Keeley’s to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Extremely Thankful to have called Keeley’s plumbing. Multiple other shops recommend an entire sewer replacement $40k +. Keeley’s took a more sensible and honest approach and got everything running smooth again. Will the system need to be replaced one day? Of course but we have pushed that issue back multiple years so that we can plan and budget for such a large expenditure.Team worked clean and were extremely communicative and friendly.New favorite plumbing company.

We called Keeleys when our kitchen/laundry sewer line started backing up. We had a great experience all around with this plumber. Alan arrived on time and called when he was on his way. He recommended rodding the pipe and explained what that entailed, including pricing up front. He got right to work and left the area very clean when he was done. He also gave us some tips for maintenance and what to do if the problem recurs. He provided a 30-day warranty on the work, as well. Thanks Alan!

After speaking with the owner Tim and sending a few pictures of my current water heater, Tim quoted me a fair price and I got scheduled for the next day.Alan and Andy came out the next morning, explained exactly what they had found and what they were going to do. Keeleys was very easy and efficient to work with - both scheduling and treatment. They gave me a clear estimate after the assessment and then came in to do sewer hydro-jetting. They finished the work in the two hrs. so charged me just the base price and no extra hours. They explained to me the reason for the issue (50-yrs of roots from large trees blocking the sewer lines) and marked a spot for easy future cleanups.

Was referred to them by my normal plumber. It was a simple leak in the basement, but it stopped me from using most everything upstairs. Kyle and Steve arrived early and were professional and personable. They were helpful with a number of unrelated questions I had with other areas and seemed to really want to help answer any of my concerns. They did very thorough testing after. Overall, they were able to schedule me fast and did the job quickly and professionally (including removing a door putting it back after!).Also it is nice they were flat rate. Our pipes froze in our first house this winter before we even moved in. It was a very scary experience! We had a different member of keeley’s plumbing once sometimes twice a week to help figure out where the water was coming from and how to fix it. Each time they came to fix something they fixed what was necessary and didn’t do anything extra that would cost me more. It’s a very honest company, cost was transparent from the beginning. The numbers didn’t fluctuate either, they have the cost in a book so it’s always the same! They fixed everything, and no pipes were broken 🙏 it could have been a really really expensive situation. But we got so lucky. These will forever be our go to plumbers

Great service, prompt. I live in Lombard and was looking for someone local. I had a clogged sink, non-emergency. I was able to txt their number and even though it was earlier in the morning outside their working hours, I got a response back with a window when someone could come, and would call prior to arriving. I say all of those things because being treated so well, along with excellent work makes this company stand out! The scheduler was off, but Tim was quite good at scheduling as well!! And patient when I had to change the date!! I had many unknowns as it is my fathers old house. That didn’t matter! We met Kyle at our appointment. He was amazing! My father is difficult, but Kyle listened to my dad, let him show him everything (while I was cringing) and was so polite! Very thorough, didnt have to wait hours, they showed up exactly when it was scheduled. Discussed various options for fixing and checking some recurring issues. Cleaned up everything after. My health is pretty bad (and I also recently injured my neck and shoulder) and I hadnt moved things out of way to the access in the basement, but I didnt even have to explain that, they worked with much less space than the previous plumbers had asked for.

I have a very old wall mounted toilet and it has not been draining consistently recently. Kyle contacted me promptly at the scheduled time and went above and beyond to try to figure out why the toilet was malfunctioning. He stayed an extra hour and put in a lot of effort without asking for more, to try to breathe more life span into a toilet that probably needs to be replaced soon. In the end my toilet is almost back to good and will last a while longer. The situation is dramatically improved.Very happy with the service and intend to use them in the future if needed.

We called yesterday because our laundry ejector pump was not working properly. Fortunately, there wasnt an emergency but Keeleys was still able to fit us into the schedule the next day. Our home is a bit outside their service area, so we truly appreciated them coming out out way. We will continue to recommend Keeleys to family and friends.

She was able to schedule a service call within 24 hours. Kyle was our plumber and he was timely and professional. Service needed to be coordinated with my landlord and he managed that situation in a way that kept the service delivery moving swiftly. Kyle also was thorough, informative and completed the task leaving no mess. I also felt like the cost was reasonable.

Had a great experience! I called Keeley’s to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. The next week Joe arrived to complete the work we’d agreed on. He efficiently and expertly install new pumps, a new check valve (now quiet!), a battery backup, and even re-organized the discharge pipes into a cleaner simpler route. Definitely an improvement! He took great care in the house to wear boot covers, a mask, and left the basement clean as a whistle. He also answered all my many questions and curiosities very thoughtfully, which I appreciated, as I enjoy learning new things :) Would definitely work with Keeley’s again and have already recommended them to a friend.

My first dealing with Keeley’s is that they actually answered the phone, and the service only got better from there. Kyle came out, did the inspection and provided a quote for services. Very up front with pricing and explained everything, he also provided alternatives and the ability to group services together at a lower price. Kevin and Adam came out today, were on time and very communicative during the entire process as I was unable to be home. They located an additional leak and repaired that for me as well. They got everything done in about 4 hours. Cannot recommended highly enough. Keeley’s is definitely my go to plumber moving forward.

We just completed a kitchen remodel, total gut, removal of walls and full redesign. Plumbing and gas lines needed to be rerouted and moved to new locations in the room. I received estimates from multiple plumbers. Tim provided an estimate with high level detail on the job tasks. Some of the other plumbing companies provided an overall cost with very little or no detail. With job like this, you need to have the details so there is no miscommunication on what exactly is being provided and for what cost. Tims estimate not only had the highest level of detail, the pricing was right in line. Some of the others estimates were astronomical. As the remodel progressed, there were some dates that slipped due to issues not related to plumbing which caused us to have to reschedule dates with Keeleys. Tim and his crew were very flexible with getting us on their calendar for the new dates. Tim and anyone on his team that came in to work were very professional and personable. After they would finish up work they would make sure everything was cleaned up. The final bill was pretty much spot on with the initial estimate. They also corrected a water main issue by moving the main shutoff valve from inside an inaccessible wall cavity to a nearby location in a utility room that can be easily and quickly accessed. Keeleys had to do some corrections on a modified overhead sewer that was installed incorrectly by the former owners. We were getting sewer back-up in our laundry basin every time we had a hard rain. Tim took the time to work with the Lombard Village overhead sewer grant program and made sure we were up to code so we wouldnt have any problems in the future. His team did everything with a smile and cleaned up after themselves (beautifully) when they left. My basement looked cleaner than when they arrived. In addition to doing great work, Tim texted me the first night we had a hard rain to check in and I was happy to report that we didnt have a single drop of water in our laundry basin. Weve had several hard rains since then and still--no water. Thanks, Keeleys Plumbing! You will be our go-to plumber as long as were in the area!

After dealing with multiple other plumbers, we were worried our new homes sewage backage was going to cost an arm and a leg. He could have EASILY up-sold us as many other companies had, but gave us honest options and opinions on our sewage problem. Keeleys came out and worked on a basement sewer repair for us. The sewer line servicing our kitchen stared backing up into our basement floor drain. Keeleys identified an issue with our foundations original (mid 50s home). They replaced a T union under the concrete and also added a 4 clean out as well. Additionally they were able to video our sewer and found the cause of our backups which was a plumbing apparatus which was found to have been left in the drain when construction was done on the house over a decade ago by the previous owner. Fortunately they were able to remove this blockage and pull it out the new clean out without having to open the foundation up again.We plan to use Keeleys again in the near future to install a new bathroom as well!
