I called Leslie Heating, Cooling & Electrical Wednesday afternoon. As I got home from work the same day, Jeff was at my door with a smile and a handshake. No sales pitch and not up charges. Straight to the point of making me and my family comfortable and happy. I could not believe how his quote was so much cheaper than their competitors. I had to say, YES.We scheduled the installation of the new HVAC system. The team of Anthony, Cory, and Rob were at my house first thing in the morning. They started right away and didn’t stop until the job was completed. As a team, they all came together to me to answer any questions or concerns.Their professionalism in the whole process was second to none! Kudos gentleman for the job you performed. I am recommending Leslie to all my friend and family.

As an owner of a radiant heat boiler, I had trouble finding someone who knew the nuances of a radiant baseboard heating system- ours made a ton of constant noise that would routinely wake the home up, and I suspected there was scale within the pipes. Other companies I contacted didn’t want to do this service, I can assume because it’s not exactly routine. I reached out to Leslie and they got Tom out to my place. Tom is a real professional, very personable, knows his trade, and was able to treat the system exactly as needed. I have only good things to say from this experience and Tom was able to help remedy the issue- I was fortunate to find Tom as it seems there are less and less people who know how to work with these older boilers. Thank you for the great work and we will keep Leslie in mind for all future heating and cooling needs.

From the moment he arrived he was professional courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain the work that Needed to be done. Jim Hamilton is a great technician and came out to do our bi annual check. Definitely recommend the family plan to keep on top of everything. He was friendly, efficient, and went though all of our options.Later in the day we had Trevor come out for an assessment. Its a big financial decision to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater all at once, but he took the time to explain all of our options and help us work on a deal. We trust Leslie to install quality products with great service.

Had a great experience working with Trevor today who came out to assess condition of my aging central a/c, furnace and water heater. He spent a good deal of time documenting the system, developing options for the full replacement and identified opportunities for increased efficiencies as well as cost saving solutions regarding the proposed installation. Really appreciated how he looped in the field install supervisor real time as well to help further identify potential issues and start planning the details. Very organized and made it a very comfortable experience.

Justin S was our tech, and he did a fantastic job. After his initial inspection, he showed me that our system was very dirty. We hadnt cleaned it for 6 years, so he had his work cut out for himself. He was on our front porch scrubbing the circulating fan for 30+ minutes—not easy when it is 35 degrees. Plenty of before & after pictures were taken, so I very much appreciate his professionalism.

My AC unit went out, and Tom went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue, explaining everything in terms that I could understand, and presenting me with my options. Pricing was straightforward and upfront, and there was no pressure or sales gimmicks. I was shocked! When I decided to just replace the unit, Tom immediately got on the phone to arrange a sales rep to come to my home the same day. Dennis helped me pick a new unit and recognized that I already had many of the bells and whistles on my newer furnace and actually complemented the work that was done by a different company. He walked me through the entire installation process, warranty information, and answered every question that I had. I was very happy to learn that Leslie offers a veteran discount, and that the company was actually founded by a veteran as well. I could go on and on! It was a wonderful and refreshing experience dealing with Leslie.

Jim Hamilton came to my condo for a furnace check before winter. He was very nice, honest and I would recommend him to anyone. I have had VERY BAD experiences with three other heating and furnace companies including them not showing up, making me uncomfortable in my own home by calling me “doll”, “sweetie” etc. Horrible experiences! Also I had not confidence in their work🤨 Leslie is not a national company and cares about their local area customers. Try them!

I called Leslie Heating out to look at my furnace which had not been working for a year. Originally had called out the company who had installed the furnace but felt I was not getting a proper diagnosis and refused their service. So called Leslie and they sent out a tech who diagnosed the same problem as the previous company. So had the switch changed and still did not solve problem. Tech explained that there might be a blockage in the system and that he did not feel he had enough experience to help solve the problem. Had a more experienced tech come out the next day and he started to look for the problem. And this is what he found; removed the item,tuned it and furnace has worked fine ever since. Outstanding service and very fair and honest.Will never need another service company and I highly recommend Leslie Heating and Cooling for you hvac services.

I communicated my concerns to the manager, Gabe, who responded respectfully and requested another opportunity to improve the service.Recently, my water heater malfunctioned, and I contacted Gabe. He promptly scheduled a free inspection visit by technician Tony. Tony identified additional issues with the water heater and advised its replacement due to its age. After agreeing to the replacement, Gabe arranged the installation for the following day.Rob and Anthony, the installation technicians, demonstrated expertise and provided a comprehensive explanation of the process. They addressed all our queries and accommodated our specific requests. Upon completing the installation, they diligently cleaned the work area, leaving it spotless.I anticipate future collaborations with this company, particularly with Gabe, who exemplifies exceptional customer service.

The whole team are amazing from the answering service who professionally take calls and direct to the appropriate person to the installer crew and all the respected technicians. Jim Hamilton who came to evaluate my AC problem, he is knowledgeable after explained the problem he gave his honest suggestion. Jeff Gustafson, who came for estimation is a bubbly and honest person who gave me all the options according to my house size. He gave me his sincere suggestions from his experience. Gary, who is the finance department arrange the options how do the payment would go by giving the finance options. Having the installer crews, Rob Bong with enormous experience and Cory Bong I believe the son of Rob who dedicated to his job with his young age, was a blessing. I got quotes from five companies (which I highly recommend everyone do), and Leslie matched the best offer while providing a longer service warranty.Jeff provided the majority of information I needed to make the sale. Garrett, the supervisor, patiently clarified everything and ensured I got exactly what I needed and wanted. The installation crew—Gustavo, Huthayfa, and Peter—were quick, kept the house clean, and were educational.The installation is 90% of the product, the brand comes second. Leslie wont take advantage of you. They were exceedingly polite through the whole process. I couldnt be happier with the result.

On Friday; January 20th, I had Mark come over to review the sensor of my heater. (Same day service). He took the time to clean and check all the necessary parts. Overall A+ service. Within that period I requested a review of the air conditioning as I knew it was getting older. Wanted to proactive before summer. Mark requested another associate Kevin that specializes in the overall design and pricing. There was no pressure but decided to have both my air conditioning and heater replacedGustavo and his partner Victor were on time. I had my heater and air conditioning replaced. Overall job took about 9 hours and they did an amazing job. They both explained the details of their job and they showed us the new thermostat. The area looks cleaner now than before. The nice extra piece they did was repair some old drywall that needed to be replaced. Superior job and would highly recommend. A+Overall the entire team; from Mark, to Kevin and Gustavo and Victor—you all work really well as a team!

I just wanted to comment on the great service I received today. I have Leslies Check Up Plan which was $8 a month. I finally took advantage of using it and was very pleased with the service. The technician they sent out was names Jim Hamilton. Hes worked in HVAC for over 30 years so he was a seasoned veteran. He checked out my sump pump, AC and Heating Systems and explained, what he was doing and why, the whole time. He also made some suggestions about how to run the thermostat and what i should look for in the way of problems before they effect the HVAC unit. In a word, superb. Called them up and spoke with Alondra and I told her my issue and she quickly arranged for Elena (I hope I got her name right) to call and arrange a time for the technician to arrive. Both were fantastic. I was asked about my availability and they worked around my schedule since I had to take my turtle to the vet. Alondra and Elena both wished my turtle well after I got off the phone with them which I thought was very genuine and kind. The technician, Jim H, arrived on time as was a pleasure to talk with. I explained the situation and he started his inspection. Didnt take long for him to diagnose the issue and he also uncovered something else that was failing. He showed and explained everything to me and went over my options. Given the condition of my system, I opted to get a quote for a full replacement. Later that afternoon, Josh H arrived at my home to go over my options. Again, a pleasure to speak with. Jim & Josh are very personable people. Josh sat down with my wife and I and asked us what was important and what was not. Never trying to sway us in any way which everyone knows happens with other companies. We arrived at a configuration that was tailored to our liking. My wife likes speaking with her Dad about these things and Josh offered to speak with him if wed like (and we did). We werent finished yet. I called my cousin and spoke with him about the benefits he saw with his system and it was almost word for word what Josh had explained to us. Funny enough, the final price was lower than what my cousin paid, but with better components, and he got his installed 4 years ago! Install will be on Monday and I have no doubt the excellent service will continue.Leslie is a family owned business and I have to say that everyone I have encountered so far makes you feel like family so kudos to them! Leslie is the only name I will recommend to anyone I know in need of HVAC services.

Josh Hartman came out to talk over replacing my HVAC system last week. I wasn’t aware that I needed to keep my maintenance up every six months because the company I used about 8 years ago didn’t tell me nor reach out to me to keep my warranty active. During his inspection he noticed that my heat exchanger was showing signs of failure and my evaporator coil was leaking water into my furnace. My AC was about 15 years old and I decided the best option was to replace both the furnace and the AC. I was not happy about needing to make the repair, but Josh talked through the options with me and made sure that I got the system that was the best for my family’s needs. He did a great job of explaining that Leslie will be keeping up with me every six months to protect my investment and I won’t have to worry about this going out of warranty again for another ten years. I spoke with two other companies before Josh H came out and none of them were nearly as professional as he was. Leslie, you have a comfort consultant, keep up the good work Josh!

Called Leslie to have my heating and cooling systems inspected, to have some duct work reinstalled, and for some moderate duct sealing. Brandon was the technician that was sent out. He did a very thorough job with the inspection and made me aware of concerns without any upselling pressure. He made me aware of all costs up front completed all the work satisfactorily and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.As an aside, the previous owner of the home had the furnace installed, which was installed by four seasons. Because of this, initially called four seasons to do the duct work. They initially told me they wouldn’t do the job because they didn’t install the system. I then informed them they did install it. They proceeded to tell me they had no record of the installation and still would not do the work (despite me having a receipt from the previous owner). This was all over the phone, they refused to even send out a technician to see what the work was. Absolutely fumbled a simple job.

Justin Segura came out to my house last Friday because my ac was not cooling properly and froze up. Justin was great. After checking his gauges at the outside unit and noticed I most likely just need refrigerant but he wanted to make sure I didn’t have any leaks before he added the refrigerant. He used this tool that alerts if it senses a leak. He checked all connections inside and out with telling me to come with him to check, which I really appreciated. Turns out I had no leaks that he could detect and I was just needing the system topped off which was great news! System is running fantastic now holding temp even with this past weeks heat. To the person on the phone to Justin at my home, it was an experience that went above my expectations. Thanks Justin and crew!

He fixed a clog in our condense drain and did a full inspection of both units. He was a very knowledgeable and personable quality service specialist. Gave us a list of options, and didn’t present them in a hard sell manner - a very fact based professional.Once we decided which option to move forward with, Nick passed the reigns to our assigned comfort consultant, Roland. He arrived same day to measure, right size, and present us options. Not only was Roland professional, but he kept our priorities top of mind when determining the best system for our needs. After briefly speaking with Brendan, we were able to get a crew scheduled for install the next day! To add, Roland even dropped off bagels the day of our installation!In a matter of 2 days our old system was diagnosed, our options were presented, and our new system was installed by Daniel and Jaren. These guys are great!As a part of the Family Plan through Leslie Heating & Cooling, Justin stopped by for a bi-yearly check up. Justin was super professional and efficient with making sure my HVAC system was properly working! Glad to be working with these guys!My A/C unit wasn’t properly circulating air flow so I called Leslie Heating and Cooling for a check up. They were super efficient and professional when setting up an appointment. They communicated well in regards to when they would send a technician out. When a technician (Nick) stopped by my condo, he was informative and helpful and was able to clean out the unit’s filter. Happy to have found these guys!

Nick came our because my AC wasnt working, and I just want to start by saying he is the most professional and charismatic person I have come across, if the entire company is like Nick then I dont see a reason for anyone not to call Leslie. Justin came out to do our annual inspection and was extremely polite, professional and made accurate recommendations on things required but did not force the issue. He broke down each option based on cost and importance and let us choose the best option for us. He did insinuate the importance of what needed to be done but did not seem overly pushy on the issue. He quickly performed inspections and cleaned our system while showing us pictures along the way and answering any questions we may have had. Leslie cooling and heating have installed our air conditioning system 3 years ago and our furnace 2 years ago and I have been using them for maintenance ever since and Im extremely happy and impressed! I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Justin did an excellent service for our HVAC system maintenance checkup. He is amiable, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly pinpoint a low volume high pitched random noise from the humidifier and suggest an easy fix. After his evaluation of the system, he explained to me the system flow, brought up a couple of findings requiring attention, and recommended options for taking care of the issues. Leslies was great!Our AC went bad on a Saturday. We didnt want to call for service Sunday to avoid OT charges. So we started calling Monday morning. After googling HVAC contractors, i started calling the companies at the top of the list. Several companies did not even answer their phone! Several others answered but could come out to even just look at our AC for several days, some weeks!When I called Leslies, not only did they answer their phone but dispatched a service truck. They got to our home in 30 minutes.The tech Tom ONeal was great! Tom explained everything clearly.Tom gave us a quote for the tequired repairs in about 30 minutes after he got to our house.Since our AC & furnace are both (20) yrs old, Tom recommended & kindly asked if we would like him to send one of their other techs that gives quotes for replacing both AC & Furnace. We said sure & that gentleman (Jeff Gustafson) was at our house in about 30 minutes, Jeff went over everything & presented us with several options. He was great & actually made the process fun.We liked what we saw & decided to have both our AC & Furnace replaced by Leslies.They are scheduled to install our new system tomorrow (Thursday, 6/27) only (3) days after our initial call.I will add a second review aftwr our install is completed at the EOD tomorrow.So far our experiece with Leslies has been AG (All Good)! We would not hesitate to recommend Leslie for all your HVAC needs!
