Silvu has come to our rescue multiple times with plumbing issues in our mid-century home, and I couldn’t be more grateful! He is always prompt, reliable, and incredibly fair with his pricing. Whether it’s been a water heater replacement, main line concerns, or a tricky kitchen sink pipe connection, he handles everything with expertise and efficiency. Silvu is the first plumber I trust wholeheartedly and confidently refer to others. 10/10 recommend!

Silviu did a great job of clearing a drain which we couldnt clear ourselves. He cleaned out the pipes to about 35, all the way to our final cleanout, with great success!He was very conscientious, prompt and thorough. The cost was fairly high, though it was a short notice, next day weekend service. This would be expected.Overall, a great plumber to keep on tap, and also a referral to another plumber I use for a rental property, who doesnt travel as far as our main home.

Silviu saved the day on a thanksgiving weekend holiday call! Our long time family friend has been our go to plumber but was unavailable so Silviu had a lot to live up to. Silviu was recommended by a friend and turns out- he’s our neighbor.He came at 7pm on a holiday weekend and stayed late to fix our problem. He later came that Monday to do a whole reboot. My husband was so grateful for that initial help.Silviu and his team (Bogdan *not sure I spelled that correctly) were so easy to work with the following Monday. They wanted to be sure I understood everything, showed me all the parts, pieces, & etc. as well as took pictures. Excellent all around. Pricing was absolutely fair!

We had an amazing experience with them. They came out promptly for an inspection and emailed over a very detailed and informative quote that had prices for each thing laid out. It made it easy to pick what we decided we needed done and how much it would cost. They were also honest about what we would need replaced or not in our very old house, and we loved that they didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need.We ended up just having our bathtub replaced and they were able to come out again promptly and they did an amazing job. They even replaced the drain into the floor next to the tub so we didn’t have a metal plate or drain hole there anymore. They also took the old bathtub with them, which saved us the headache or getting rid of it ourselves.They were also the most fairly priced place we found when shopping around. We will definitely be calling them every time we need plumbing work done.

I woke up this morning to find the basement flooded and water gushing out of a pipe. I called Intercounty Plumbing and scheduled an appointment. Bogdan, the plumber, was very professional and knew right away what caused the leak. He explained step by step what he was doing to fix the problem. I highly recommend Intercounty Plumbing because the owner is a fair and honest man. Plus, His employees are knowledgeable and efficient.

We had a great experience with Intercounty Plumbing. They came out promptly and performed the actions our GC instructed them to do. Unfortunately, this water jetting led to another clog that appeared the day they did the work. We called them and explained the situation and they came out the next morning and worked on the clog and didnt charge anything. Great, honest service. I highly recommend.

I called Intercounty because I was having sump pump backup issues. They answered the phone right away and were at my house within twenty minutes. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable and confirmed my previous suspicion that the sump pump had gone bad. Since I had done this before, I didnt have Intercounty complete the work. They were nice enough not to charge me anything for the home visit which I was surprised at. I will definitely be going to them for any future plumbing needs.

We have been using this company for years. Silvio is always dependable and does a great job. Last time he came out he stayed until 8:00 pm to fix the issue, knowing we had a company party the next day. We would highly recommend them.

He was so great! He was able to come out the same day, no problem. He was on-time and didnt have an arrival window (e.g., between 2 and 4pm) like most places do. I had a leak that was causing water to go into the unit below me. He came, helped me remove the belongings from under my sink so he could access the pipes, checked all the fixtures, determined that all water fixtures were secure and not leaking, and concluded that it was a crack in my tile and some bad sealing. He was there for about 15 minutes, was polite and offered to help put everything back where it was and didnt charge an appraisal fee!! I was absolutely amazed. He said, I didnt fix anything, so I dont charge anything! GREAT SERVICE!
