Had a frozen pipe this morning at 5am and a important appointment at 11am. Called trailblazer and spoke with Laura. She listened to my issues and had Dan M. Senior tech here right after 8am. Dan knew my schedule. He installed new frost proof pipe and ball valve for water shut off. Made my 11am appointment on time! Perfect communication and service. Thank you trailblazer! Very professional, efficient, and friendly to work with. Our tech Nick recommended we change out the water heater instead of trying to repair a nine year old heater. He had it changed out within a couple hours. I was surprised how much water heaters went up in price, but I believe that’s not on them but inflation instead. Everything is going up. I also believe they use better brands as well. Glad to support a local business and would definitely recommend them.

We’ve used Trailblazer Plumbing multiple times for different plumbing services and they’ve always done great work! Dan M. came out for our most recent service and replaced our garbage disposal. He was able to come out the same day we called, which was great since we couldn’t use our sink. Dan was knowledgeable and replaced the disposal quickly and without any issues. He even pointed out and fixed something that wasn’t up to code. All in all, I will be using them again and would highly recommend Trailblazer for any of your plumbing needs.

Called them to fix my gas line for my stove. When we originally purchased the house the hose ran through the floor which I knew was not right. Called them and within hours they were out to my house to quote the project. I accepted the quote and they performed the work. My technician was Dan he was very friendly and easy to communicate with what I needed done. He had the project done within the hour. I would highly recommend them yes the project was costly but I understand why their service was the price it was. You pay for quality if you go cheap it could cost you more in the long run.

I went with Trailblazer from a referral. The woman (I believe her name was Debbie (I hope) that scheduled me was very nice. Overall my experience was fine. Dan was a knowledgeable and friendly technician. The end result was P-trap was leaking. The sad part, it was above my garage ceiling and in order to diagnose the dry wall had to be cut. Estimate provide was $255 for a cut approx 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft. VERY steep...wish I went with my gut and did it myself before his arrival. LOL but had to do it he was already there and I wanted it fixed. He did make improvements to my bathroom floor that tied into this P-trap as well as fixed the problem which I was grateful for and I am very happy about.

Great experience. I had a pipe burst late in the evening. Turned the main water shut off to stop it. They were very responsive to getting a call back to me that same night and schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 10 hours they had a tech at the house and everything was fixed.

Your technician, Nick K, stopped by to review our water system and started by checking the system and scanning its current performance. Based on the low numbers, we reviewed the options and agreed on a plan to get the system updated. Nick completed the plan and was done under an hour. We both checked the system and it was back to working level. Nick cleaned up the work area and left the house in a clean status.Nick was a professional and we would recommend him to anyone!!

Had a unexpected outside water valve freeze and break today. Googled Plumbing near Lockport and Trailblazer Plumbing pop up had great reviews so I gave them a call. Debbie answered the phone told her my problem she asked me for my number and said she would call me back. Approximately 30 minutes later Debbie called back said she found an available technician he could be at our house between 12:00 and 4:00. The technician Dan M. was at my door at 1:00. Check out the problem gave us a written estimate for the repairs. We agreed to the price and the technician Dan M. Did the job in about an hour and half VERY professional. I definitely recommend Trailblazer Plumbing!!!

It was not a great feeling to wake up to water in the basement. Trailblazer was able to come to our home the next day and install a new hot water heater. We got notifications about when they were arriving and a picture of the technician, so we were prepared and knew who to expect. He installed a new water softener system in my home along with a new well tank, and cleaned up the mess that was the old system. Had a waterheater go out overnight. Managed to pick up a replacement from Home Depot and asked them to quote me for an install and take my junker away. While waiting for a call back, I gave Trailblazer a call. Found out they have worked with my homeowners association, so asked them to quote me as well. Within 45 minutes of calling Trailblazer, I had a tech at my door to inspect and quote the same service. By the time Trailblazer was giving me a written quote, Home Depot called me back to talk pricing. Trailblazer quoted me 1/2 of what Home Depot did. And less than 2.5 hours later I had hot water again. I would work again with Trailblazer Anytime!

Nick fixed my drain issues quickly. I gave Trailblazer 4 stars due to their pricing. I was charged $488 for clearing two drains and one hanger on a drain pipe that had broken loose in the basement. No parts were required. He was at my house for one hour! $488 for ONE hour! While the price was quoted after he investigated my issues and prior to the work being done, it would have still cost me for the visit. (I had no idea of what a different company would have charged because the two other companies I contacted would not quote over the phone either.) Unfortunately, I will try different plumbing company next time because of the exorbitant amount I feel I was charged.

Great service all around, Dan showed up to the house and came up with an install plan for my whole house water filter and water softener. One of the parts on the water softener was stripped and Dan had the part on the truck. He completed the job told me what to look for if any problems with the water softener would arise, very informative. The system is working great now I got clean soft water flowing. I decided to try rodding it again to see if my luck would change and called my plumber. He worked on the drain for over 3 hours with no success. $340, for one hour of work and minimal material cost for parts. Labor cost excessive! They did come out next day to fix gas leak, which was turned off. Service man was knowledgeable and courteous. Job was well done but expensive!
