I was so impressed with Towlson Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inccustomer service, especially Sean’s service department teammates Chris and Nick. They went above and beyond to help fix my two plumbing issues effectively and professionally.

Towlson fit us into their schedule the same day as our emergency even though they had other jobs lined up already for the day. We needed a 100+ line clean-up so they gave me some options and came prepared to take care of the problem. They were courteous and professional. For instance, they spoke respectfully of the job done up to 100 feet by the plumbers who came out the year before. They didnt charge us the late day fee even though they ended up working into the evening. I am very pleased with their work and professional manner. Their rates were also reasonable when compared with our other plumbing experience. I will definitely use them again for our plumbing problems.

Towlsons is one of the best companies Ive had the privilege of doing business with. Ive used them for multiple properties in all different levels of urgency from a simple service call, to a house that was 70% destroyed and needed the entire plumbing system, along with heating and cooling systems replaced. I cant say enough good things about this company and their AMAZING employees. If you need anything that involves plumbing or heating and cooling systems done, and done right the first time, by People who truly care about their customers, then you will be very happy that you chose Towlsons to get the job done.A Special Thank You to Eric and Chris for the Great job on the new furnace,thermostat, and updating the humidifier!

Smelled some natural gas in my house on Saturday. I called NYSEG to report it; they came out and found the source of the problem in my furnace/turned the power off to it. Apparently there were multiple leaks that Zenner and Ritter, the useless company weve dealt with in the past, didnt find. I did a little research and found Towlson had some good reviews. They also came highly recommended by a neighbor, so I figured Id give them a try today. Technician Eric came out same day, quickly found the problem and fixed it. I forget exactly what he did; rebuilt something. But it was a lot more than Z&R did, and for far less money. He was very efficient, polite and professional. Ill be utilizing Towlson from here on out. Five stars all the way!

I have used Towlson three times since we moved into our house 10 months ago. Each time was for a different reason. The first time I called because I could smell natural gas leaking around the stove. I was 38 weeks pregnant and they came right away. The technician stayed all day until the readings in the house were fixed and he found the leaks and fixed them right away. The second time we called for a furnace cleaning/yearly check, and lastly we used them for a clogged pipe which was fixed promptly. All three times we used Towlson, the technicians were professional, kind, knowledgeable, explained things, and worked fast yet successfully. We know our household problems will be fixed and trust this company!
