Today not only did they replace my hot water tank but they found a way to put a shut off valve going to my house, which the park I live in never did. The plumber was great! My storm strain has been draining slowly - the plumber stopped by and put a cable in and had the issue solved. Although they had to reschedule my first appointment, the plumber arrived on my rescheduled appointment and solved the issue very quickly. I can not say enough of the crew, from start to finish.Now, I will say something about the cost..... I felt as if they could have worked with me more here. 4 days without a working toilet was a little rough to say the least. Maybe take that into consideration when charging as much as a new car???? I called for service because there was a real bad smell around the house thinking it was sewage problem. Josh right away advised me thatsewage was not the problem but dead animal problem. In less than 10 mins they left, I still had to pay the service fee but at least they did not sell me any of other unnecessary services, I asked for rates for services that I might need eventually and I feel it’s a reasonable price, I had an experience in the past with another local plumber in the area that sent me a huge bill for a work done. So I would say The Plumber is pretty reasonable with pricing but I don’t have an actual experience with work done yet. But 5 stars for honestlyoh btw, after almost a whole day tearing the house down looking, my handyman found the culprit.. twas a big ass opossum… it wasn’t playing dead..

We love the new vanity, toilet, kitchen sink, and frost protected garden hose. 10/10 would use again!

Driveway had to be dug up with a hole about the size of a car with around 15 feet of piping replaced, a new trap and exterior and interior cleanouts replaced or added. Entire job took about 2 days from first dig to final fill, plus a third day before for original cleanout and camera inspection.

The technicians are always kind and do the hard work that needs to be done. This last call I was helped by Patrick. Patrick was also friendly and professional, and remained cheerful even though the job required him to lean deeply into a crawl space (no ones favorite thing). When Patrick was able to determine that the city was required to do the work for us, HE MADE THE CALL HIMSELF AND GOT THE CITY YO DISPATCH SOMEONE WITHIN THE HALF HOUR. I have never seen such expedient service in my life. Holy cow. Thank you all!

I called The Plumber on short notice. I had a leak in the basement and also needed a shower repaired. My last experiences with other plumbers was not great. The Plumber was out in 2 hours and had everything taken care of in about an hour. They even fixed the damages from the last plumber. I could have saved a few bucks if I called around but I could have also hired another lemon. These guys were quick and painless. Very professional and courteous. I’ll definitely call The Plumber first when I need him. Great job !

I was delighted initially they were quite accommodating when our old furnace died. They reworked the schedule and we had a new furnace installed the next day. But it wasn’t finished. Our humidifier & UV light weren’t finished that day. There was some duct work that also needed to be completed. It took them three months to return and complete the job. Not vey professional. It wasn’t that they did anything terrible but really 3 months seems a little excessive. They’re were paid in full the 1 st day of installation.
