Peer plumbing came to fix a partially clogged hot water faucet and while they were here, I asked them to look at my sump pump. I hadn’t lived in my house for very long, so I wanted to make sure it was still in good working order.Well, lo and behold, it was on its last leg and Peer was able to replace it right then and there in just a few minutes.I can’t say enough about how professional,kind,and just downright pleasant they were. I will always call Peer for all my plumbing needs.

They helped us out on 3 separate occasions. Once for our plugged/hidden bubbler system pipe, again when the water heater sprung a leak, and when the furnace blower motor died. They did amazing work every time.Were customers for life!

We used Peer plumbing to install a new water pump for our washer, add two gas lines for our dryer and stove and also to remove some pipes in our office floor we no longer needed. From the very first phone call to Amy to the install/repair peer plumbings staff went above and beyond. They were on time, respectful to property and cleaned up when they were all done. They even walked me through everything they did at the end as well as hooking up our washer and dryer (which we werent expecting them too do) And tested out the new pump and gas lines to make sure everything was in working order. They even remounted the water lines on our basement wall which was so nice made things look so clean and organized. I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs. We couldnt be happier with their work!! And wont hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are solid. I put in a service call on Thursday; after hours. Two techs arrived at 9am ready to help on Friday morning. I had about 6 different plumbing things that all needed to be done and were not related. They worked quickly, but took time to help educate me on what was being done and why. I asked questions. They gave great answers. The invoice was fair and reasonable for 2 hours of tough work or short notice. There was no up-sell or extra work quoted beyond what I needed. Thanks fellas.

I had a cleaning done on my furnace and a couple of other minor issues in the basement. I called Peer Plumbing on Mon. and they arrived early on Wed. morning. Jim was wonderful! He was honest, thorough and so friendly. Im a widow and always afraid Im going to be overcharged or taken advantage of. Not with Peers! Jim went over everything that needed to be done (less than I thought), and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend Peers Plumbing.

This should be your first phone call! Love these people. Theyve been my go-to professionals for three new furnaces, hot water tanks, a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and much more. They service my 130 year old house with three apartments, my business, and my elderly fathers house. I can trust them with a key to the house. They come when I need them and always go above and beyond with service. I know when theyre finished, the job will be done right and at a fair price.

Called about a leaking water tank on Sunday and received a call at 7:30 a.m. Monday. Crew was here by 10 am and all done by 11:30 am. Courteous and nice clean up. Will definitely use them for future plumbing and heating needs!

My hot water tank started leaking heavily, I did what I could , called peer , they were there in 1 hour !! Replaced it and removed the old one and done in less than 2 hours ! Great guys ! Had them replace my sump pump with a emergency back up pump,last summer , another great job ! Will definitely call them again if needed

A great experience getting a new high tech hot water tank installed in our cellar. It only took the 2 men that arrived a little over an hour to do a very professional job. They drained the old tank and took it with them instead of leaving it at the curb like another installer wanted to do. And at a lot higher cost to boot. ********************* THANKS

Honest company with integrity! Called them for a simple clogged sink and shower drain. The plumber told me how to fix the clog over the phone FOR FREE to avoid paying for a service visit. A company with integrity like this should be applauded. I will be calling them when I need in-person plumbing service. Thank you!

My wife and I were having water backing up through our basement drain for the past two days, we tried the basic remedies of using Drano and hot water but this did not resolve the issue. I decided that we needed a plummer due to our in experience of pluming.I started doing some research and making calls around to the local services the only people that would give me a rough estimate over the phone was R. Peer Pluming & Heating and after reading horror stories on how companies like rotor rooter price gouge and take advantage of inexperience home owners the quote that R Peer Pluming gave me was very reasonable.My initial call to R Peer was answered by an answering service that then relayed my message to R Peer Plumbing & Heating. Their on call Plummer Paul promptly called me back with in 10 minutes of me getting off the phone.My initial phone conversation with Paul was fantastic he was very polite and enthusiastic and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. I then let him know that I want to make sure that I was getting the best pricing I possibly could get and would give him a call back after I checked a few more places.He was again very polite and did not pressure me at all.I then found out quickly that his pricing was very reasonable compared to everyone else I called. I called him back but was unable to reach him so I left a voice mail and with in 10 minutes he called me back to let me know that he would be at my house in 30 minutes! (Rotor rooter gave me a 4 hour window when someone would arrive and would not give me a quote over the phone).Once Paul was here he was very polite, professional, and educated me on some of the ins and outs of how the pluming works in my house hold. I cant thank him enough for giving me insight on my pluming and also not taking advantage of being a new home owner.My wife and I will be using R Peer Pluming and Heating for all of our future heating and pluming issues.

We had raw sewage coming up the drain pipe in our [very old] basement and Peer cleaned the entire drain out and removed tons of tree/shrub roots in under an hour. They washed the sewage down the drain and cleaned up the area of the floor where the sewage was. Paul and Sully were so kind, so helpful and knowledgeable; theyve obviously done this hundreds of times!Its worth noting we called a different plumber 6 months ago to address the same issue and the service we received was totally different than today with Peer. The other plumber was here for over 3 hours, never opened the drain pipe at the road, didnt remove ANY tree roots (they actually tried to upsell us so they could come back with a camera to find roots), they didnt clean the floor, and they obviously didnt fix the issue. It also cost MORE.We will only call Peer from now on! Thank you for wonderful, prompt, kind, capable service!
