Scott and crew are the best. In the past I’ve lived in Lockport to Mayville and used quite a few plumbing services. These guys were recommended to me via a former coworker and now I won’t call anyone else. Not expensive, not cheap, but hands down the best.

I needed to have my sump pump drain to the street and my sewer line cleaned because of old big tree roots in it. My plumber recommended RIC plumbing for the job. I had no plumbing working in my home and they immediately came out gave a quote and started the work the next day. They had tons of equipment and hard workers and did an amazing job very quickly. Scott was great & has an amazing crew! I highly recommend them! Thank you RIC plumbing for getting me back up and running! 🙏

2/2/23 My kitchen sink has not worked over a month. A previous company came out 4 times and was not able to fix it. RIC plumbing accomplished in one visit what the other couldnt do in 4. Very thankful for Bernie fixing the sink. He was tenacious, professional and able to communicate the price and the process. I would highly recommend.

Task- replace non-funtioning residential sump pump drain system. Worked with Liz to schedule an estimate with Bernie and then schedule the job. Ben, Nate and Noah arrived, explained details of the job and answered my many questions. They worked very efficiently finishing in half a day. I highly recommend this company and this crew.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. We had another company come and try to snake it out but they couldn’t get it to drain. They finally found out that there was an issue with the pipes in our crawl space and they needed to be replaced. They provided a quote that seemed extremely expensive and couldn’t do the work for 7-10 days. I called RIC and they came out same day and gave us a quote for much less than the other place and were able to get the job done that same day! Can’t thank them enough!! I should’ve called them first, and will from now on! Highly recommend!!

I was raised around Plumbers. I even owned a plumbing company myself. Out of three companies that I interviewed to do my water service, because my water line burst at the main, RIC, was by far the best. The owner Scott and his team were all about customer service.I actually in another life would bid jobs for them because that is how much I believe in there service to excellence. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After hearing from another plumbing company that we needed to rip out all our vanities we turned to RIC plumbing and their team of Master Plumbers. They sent us Bernie. He is a truly skilled Master Plumber. He diagnosed our problem (clogged check valve) and fixed it in short order. He replaced all the cartridges in our faucets as well. When he left, our plumbing was running like new. If you need a real plumber, call RIC and ask for Bernie.

Called them to diagnose/locate/repair blocked sewer/basement backup. Came the next morning diagnosed problem and located within hours had visual of corroded/broken sewer trap outside 8 feet underground. Came back next day with back hoe/took out tree on top of line/located trap right away and replaced/covered back fill repaired sprinkler lines etc. Professional, polite, extremely clean; no wasted time, came in did the job and left. Fair price and done right. Hire them again in an instant (hope not for a long time).
