We had a great experience with Ultra Plumbing! We had a backup in our main line and we were given great service by Aaron B. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and honest. It was a much better experience than the one we had with a much larger company we dealt with previously. Their prices were fair and upfront with no hidden fees and their customer service was great. The customer service representative that answered the phone (I think her name might have been Raine -- forgive me if Im misremembering) was friendly and professional and was extremely helpful in making sure that someone came to help us with our problem as soon as possible. We would definitely call them again.

I called Ultra Plumbing this morning about my leaking pipe that damaged a small portion of my kitchen ceiling. I had plans early afternoon and said Id be home by 3:30. Matt and Joshua were there right at 3:30. Matt assessed the situation, found the pipe that had a small hole and advised me of the cost. I gave the go-ahead expecting to have to make an appointment for another day. Matt was able to do it right then and in less than an hour, damaged piped was taken out and new copper piping was installed. Everything was cleaned up before the 2 left. I was very impressed with the timeliness of finding the problem and repairing it. I would recommend Ultra Plumbing and specifically Matt for any plumbing needs you might have.Judy SarnsLivonia

Communication and service were excellent. We had a service date scheduled and need to make an adjust. Ultra was fast and friendly about accommodating us. We had a sewer line back up in our basement on a Sunday night and out of 10 companies we called, they were the only ones that could send someone right away. Matt was great, friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgable. Probably one of the best contractors we have had at our home even through major renovations. Highly recommend Ultra.

I had an emergency plumbing issue and my mom was out of town. I called practically crying and the lady that answered the phone was super sweet and talked me down. She sent Matt to my house and he was super respectful and put booties on. He even asked to pet my dogs lol. He fixed my toilet so it flushed again and let me call my mom to make a payment over the phone. I’m a college student so I am on a limited budget and haven’t had many “real life problems” yet. Both the receptionist and plumber were super nice and if I have any more problems with plumbing I will be calling them for sure.

I would like to thank Ultra Plumbing for sending the most HANDSOME and capable young man to my home. I had several on going issues with my plumbing that other plumbers could not fix. Matt was able to diagnose my problems and fix them in a timely manor and explained everything along the way. I even had them at my grand childrens home to fix a few things. Very pleased.

My greatest fear was an expensive bill due to a leak underneath my house. I was delighted to learn that the problem was not what I feared. Amazing customer service and very personal! I went with Ultra for many reasons. They explained the project and cost so I fully understood, they are licensed and insured,, the price was by far the best (especially for the service I received), I had a timeline I needed completed by and they could make it happen!! Thank you Raine for not making me feel like an idiot with all my questions! You’re the best!Then there’s Matt, I’ve have several plumbers lined up to fix my leaking shower faucet. I have to admit, I was expecting to hear that it would be a multiple visit to get it fixed. Matt was positive, professional, friendly and observant! Wow is all I can say! I am a general contractor and I will ONLY use Ultra Plumbing. Its hard to find a good plumber that has the right licensing, insurance, and quality requirements I have for my subcontractors and Ultra Plumbing hits every mark (unlike the 4 plumbers before them). Matt has been the lead plumber on many of my jobs and he is very detail oriented and does a great job. He is courteous, professional, and always makes sure to put shoe covers and drop clothes down to protect a home. Hank and Carin are terrific to work with on the administration side and I am so happy to have finally found such a great plumbing service!

Plumbers came out by recommendation from a restoration company. They were not able to troubleshoot the issue during their visit, but I am very impressed with the care they placed in following up with me. This is not something that usually happens with businesses these days. Their professionalism and courtesy go a long way with me. I would use them again.
