Found a leak in my drain pipe and contacted cauzillo’s Friday night and by Saturday morning Jake showed up early and got right to work! He and his dad were very professional and kind and they were able to finish the job quickly. I am so happy to have found them since this is my first house and I had no experience with this kind of stuff. The best part is their pricing is very fair! I did not feel like I was overcharged in the least bit. I will definitely be using cauzillo’s in the future and referring them to friends and family.

Cauzillo Plumbing just came out and did a whole house repipe, put in a new hot water tank, replaced a sink, updated some bathroom fixtures and snaked my tub pipe. I am absolutely thrilled with the work they did. They did all of it in one day, which was incredible. There was no inconvenience of being without water for more than a day. They were fair and had very competitive pricing. The process was thoroughly explained and once they were finished, Jake went over the work that was done..Bill and his son Jake are top notch (and their apprentice). I’ve had friends and businesses use them too and every one has been pleased with their work. If you are looking for a small family owned plumbing business that is fair, honest and professional this is the company to call!

Very pleasant experience with Jake Cauzillo. First time using their service. They were recommended by my neighbor. I am pleased with their service.They were here in the middle of their promised arrival time, which is appreciated.Good communication. The only way to contact them is by calling the main number. Although it took two attempts of leaving them a voicemail to get a callback, once I started communicating directly with Jake he was very reliable in communicating. Jake called me about 20 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was much appreciated.Clean. They had overshoes with them and wore them upon entry after I requested that they do so. They finished the work and left the area fairly clean.Ive found that their value is very good compared to multiple other plumbers. They charged per project (1 shut-off valve, 1 filter and faucet installation), not per time, and they had all the parts they needed with them (except for the filter and faucet that I chose to install).

I called Mary who answered the phone and she was very kind. I lost my husband in August and Im very nervous about calling anyone about big jobs in the house. She assured me that they would be out and get it fixed up for me right away. Jake came. Gave me a quote the next day he came out and fixed it. They cleaned up the area and seems as though there are no leaks in the drain. It was a big job I thought it was gonna be a lot more. It only cost me 425.00 dollars to get the job done. With everything they did. It was a big job and im very happy with the outcome. I can recommend this company very much from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much, and you can be assured. That Cauzillo Plumbing is A plus in my book.

We had a leaking sink in our newly remodeled bathroom. We called who we had a home account with an $85 fee just to come out and give a quote to repair. We called Cauzillo shortly after they opened, their plumbers had called me back after 30 minutes of me calling in, and they had us fixed same day. Two guys came to do the work, they were incredibly professional, and had us fixed in 20 minutes (broken seal near the actuator valve) and it was incredibly affordable. People have commented that they treat you like family - 1000% true. As a homeowner, you get so burned out by people who ghost/no call-no show you, its so awesome to find a group who still has incredible customer service. This is who Ill be calling first from now on.

Jake from Cauzillo was amazing! He cut an access point in our daughter’s bathroom, which should have been made when we built our home. He caulked the shower faucet that had separated from the wall and discovered a broken seal in her toilet that had caused a leak. He consistently kept me apprised of his work, educating me on what was happening and why. He was clean, efficient and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend Cauzillo!

Mr. Cauzillo has been our plumber for something like 20 years and has done it all for us. Very responsive and understanding, very creative in his solutions. Has installed, repaired, replaced just about everything. Great, great skill. Very honest. Will say when he cant or is not comfortable doing something (we always tried to wrangle him into some other fix-it job that was close to plumbing, just not quite). Very reasonable. I recommend him HIGHLY. Still has the original phone number his father had for the business. Keeps his name on the business, he says, because then theres nowhere to hide. A-1 Plumbing can do terrible work, close down, and reopen at Acme Plumbing. But Cauzillo Plumbing carries his name and his familys name. And that is exactly how he does his work. Excellent workmanship. Ten stars. Easily.

He came, he saw and he conquered! Needed gas line shut off to an outdoor grill, called on 4/26/2021 and left a message, Bill returned my call an hour later and was at my home within a few hours. As we were talking, I mentioned that I would now need to have it removed and he sprung into action. He dug it out of the ground and removed it for me, everything was done in less than 30 minutes, now thats a plumber, great job Bill!

I originally hired Bill Cauzillo to do an underground pipe repair at a commercial facility. It was a challenging situation (a real mess of broken/abandoned piping left by prior individuals). Bill and his guys worked with me to find the best and most economical solution possible.As luck would have it, I hit a dead end on a DIY home plumbing project while that job was underway. The shower valve I was working on was beyond repair, so I hired Bill (coincidentally the day after the prior job) to replace. He knew exactly what to do when I described the situation on the phone, and came in with a great plan to fix. My family will be thrilled to have a post-1950s era set of valves that wont freeze/scald the shower occupant when the sink or toilet is run!Hes a good, honest plumber that does great work for a fair price. Definitely recommended. Only downside is occasionally hes hard to get ahold of, but given how busy all the trades are these days, its hard to blame him for that.
