Z Plumberz came out quickly when I had a clogged drain. The plumber was knowledgeable and worked and efficiently to unclog the drain, keeping me informed of their progress along the way. I felt very comfortable because they explained everything. When the work was finished, they cleaned up and left my home good as new. I’d recommend them, and will use them again if I need a plumber.

Plumbers from Z plumbers did a great job unclogging the main drain in my house. I made an appointment at 7pm the previous day and requested to have plumbers out ASAP the next day. Ed and Dan showed up at 8:20am the next day. They examined the issue throughly and spent plenty of time on the job. It was a small job and their price was comparable to others. It’s hard to find honest plumbers these days and I definitely would work with them in the future.

Just moved and my Sewer backed up really bad on Christmas Eve. I then searched and found Z Plumbers of North America and when I say exceptional work, on time, informative and very thorough, I mean every bit of it. I spoke with Eric who initially took my request and he was amazing, who then sent out Tommy who came in a timely fashion on Christmas Eve. He made me feel comfortable in the midst of the unexpected issue. He came before time, we did a walk through and then he got right to work and even in the midst of a hiccup he never gave up and at the end he cleared it up. Tommy also went over everything with me after clearing it, to show me what was going on and also gave me insight on other options for the long run He was amazing! If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would because they deserve it! 🙌🏽🥰 Happy 1st time Customer!

Unfortunately, our hot water tank sprung a leak on a Friday. After cleaning up the mess and draining the tank, I called Z Plumberz around 3pm. Understandably, all of their installers were out on jobs, so availability was limited - they wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. I explained that I would need to call around, as we were heading into the weekend and needed hot water ASAP. The General Manager, Brian was within ear shot of the call and I heard him ask that I be put on a brief hold.When the dispatcher came back on the phone, she said that they would be able to send someone out right away. Their Service Supervisor Jim and the GM Brian were at our house in less than 15min. After assessing the situation, they provided a written quote, and got to work. Jim began the disassembly process while Brian picked up the hot water tank.When Brian arrived with the new tank, he and Jim carefully maneuvered the old tank out of the house and the new tank downstairs. They worked quickly and with minimal disruption, aside from our kids wanting to check out the action. Before we knew it, they were done. We had hot water by dinner!They cleaned up after themselves and had us come downstairs, where Jim pointed out some changes on the new tank. We shook hands and thanked them again for their hard work and coming out on the Friday before the holidays, they really saved us!

Basement drain was backing up late on a Sunday night (got it to stop on my own so it wasn’t a full blown emergency), called and they answered on the second or third ring, told me someone can come out between 10-12 the next day, the Plumber called and asked if I was available if he came a half hour early which was awesome.I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was friendly, quick, gave me the price up front. When he was done a little bit later, he told me/showed me where it was and what he had to do. Area was clean when he was done and no issues after he snaked it.Highly recommend them for promptness, being reasonably priced, and being up front on the cost.

We had an urgent problem with overflow in our basement drains and imminent flooding.First contact was with Sarah (office) and she was pleasant and conscientious to get us scheduled in a timely manner. She asked the right questions and took notes to ensure the crew was prepared for our situation.Atlee came out, available sooner than we requested, and had our sump and sewer lines flowing again in less than 2 hours. He succeeded where another plumber gave up the day before. Honest and up front about pricing. Very polite, respectful of property, and diligent about cleanup. Carried heavy load himself as assistant was not available at the time. Hard working, good attitude. Highly recommend.Service from Atlee was outstanding! 5 stars for this reason.Pricing was about 50% higher than other local plumbing companies. If there was a separate rating for cost, I would give it only 2 stars. Our checkbook took a bigger hit than I was prepared for, but rapid response and resolution on a weekend was a reasonable tradeoff in our circumstances.

The previous owner didnt maintain the property well and we had issue with the plumbing system. He was able to quickly assess the source of our water backup and helped snake out a huge length of our drainage network, tearing out rootballs along the way. I called on a Monday and was able to get service the following day! Aaron arrived earlier than expected ... Yea! He told me the leak under my kitchen sink was my garbage disposal and the trap and installed a new one for me. He also checked for leaks in my upstairs bathrooms. Because there is no access panel to the pipes and the leak didnt appear to be a major issue, I chose not to have him investigate further and just had him caulk where he suspected the problem was. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Z Plumberz! And Aaron was the best! Thank you!

We had an awful rotten egg smell after installation of new water heaters by another plumber. They were not helpful in resolving the issue. From the water heater manufacturers website, I found z-plumberz and called them. Jim came out and came up with a solution using an electronic anode. The water odor was gone immediately and continues to be so two months later. And Jim has been proactively following up and keeping in contact with us. I couldnt be happier with the service.

These guys were great. I’m normally a DIY guy but I hit an issue with some existing non-standard fixtures in my house. After 3 unsuccessful trips to Home Depot I called in the reinforcements. ZPlumberz had a solution pretty quick using parts they had in the truck. A quick in and out, and friendly and professional the whole time. Pretty sure I’m going to skip the DIY phase on my next plumbing issue and go straight to these guys.

At midnight we discovered a leak in and basement and quickly realized that it was due to a backed up drain. So thankful to this company for coming with 1.5hrs and unclogging the drain. They charged for the work done and not just a random fee for the pleasure of them coming to our house at 2am. I would use them again for sure.

Jim phoned to let me know he’d be arriving early and after looking around gave me an estimate of the work that needed to be done to replace my oven gas line. It was a very fair price and after that he even took the time to look at the plumbing we had done on our own and let me know how to code it without trying to sell me anything. He did the work in a short time and helped move the pipe to our exact specifications. I will be calling again when more work is needed!

I called Z Plumberz when we discovered that one of the water pipes in our basement leading to the outside faucet had busted over the winter. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem. They were very professional and efficient. We will definitely be calling them again if we are in need of a plumber. Highly recommend!
