By the end of the next week I had my new system installed after recieving 3 options to choose from. Nelson walked me through how it would be installed and that is exactly how it went with great customer service from the install team. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

These guys are awesome to work with, always provided thorough details with before and after pictures on all the work they do. Luis came out to inspect our A/C unit and performance maintenance. Spent nearly an hour going through everything and explained in details what your potential issue was, not a quick 5 minute rush through that the last company (sent over by our Home Warranty) did. Luis was nice and courteous and came back the same day to perform follow up work needed on our unit. Ive done business in the past with Luxury Comfort and I just will continue to do so. Definitely recommended

Installed a 240v 10k Watt garage heater. When the included heavy duty lag screws were too short, they took the time to go and get longer ones that would go deeper into the 2x6 they secured in the attic through the drywall.They showed up right on time and did a great job at a fair price. Great Company- They solved a humidity condensation issue that another company thought I should just put a container out to catch the drips (because they couldn’t solve it) and besides, “it’s only a couple months that it’s a problem.” Thanks Luxury for standing out and solving the issue!More recently- Micah did our fall maintenance check. He was very professional and said we were in good shape to start and with maintenance our 14 year furnace should last for several more years.

Luxury Comfort Solutions (specifically Blake) is one of the few providers that I would suggest to anyone needing a recommendation for a home inspector. On short notice, Blake was able to complete a comprehensive review of our target investment property and provide a highly-detailed report. Blake talked us through each item identified, re-walked the property with us, and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a company that does comprehensive, honest work, LCS is our recommendation.

I’m in the process of selling my house and the buyers requested a home inspection. Kevin with Luxury came out on Tuesday to set up the radon inspection and came back on Thursday to perform the full inspection. Normally I would have been at work but it was during quarantine, so my daughters and I were here the entire time. We hung out in the basement so he could do what he needed to do. Kevin saved the basement for last. He was so incredibly friendly and I’m not sure if he could tell I was stressing about it, but while finishing up gave me a thumbs up and told me either radon was super low and when I asked about everything else, he was very forthcoming and said everything was great and told me the few minor issues that needed to be fixed. I instantly felt the bricks lift off my chest. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and put my mind at ease letting me know they were super easy fixes.
