Matt was absolutely amazing! We had a scary emergency with no power after installing a new range. He knew right what it was, came & immediately restored the power & fixed the range where the installers didnt wire it correctly. He had us all up and running again in 20 minutes. Great guy! He even reminded me to take pictures of the incorrect wiring and stayed to make sure the oven still worked properly.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service. It’s hard to find these days. I had been calling my old electrician for months trying to get on the schedule. Oak Electric got me on the schedule quickly. I can’t remember the names of the two ladies I spoke with over the phone but they were both friendly and kind. Lukas, the electrician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was also friendly, quick, and professional. Definitely will be calling them for future projects.

Everyone that I worked with at Oak electric are fantastic. I had contacted Carrie fully expecting to have to wait a month or longer to get someone out to help us with our install. But she was able to get us on the schedule within a week after my initial outreach. Spencer and Steve did a great job putting in ceiling lighting, wall sconces, and three chandeliers - one of which was in our two-story foyer. Not only was the installation superb, they also removed our old fixtures and all trash so that we didnt have to worry about any mess. They were extremely professional and I would gladly use them again for our future electrical needs!

I can only sing Oak Electric’s praises! They were punctual, professional, and patient. We initially met with Matt who took his time with us and walked through each and every one of our projects. We knew we were in great hands immediately because of his extensive knowledge. He gave lots of insight on which projects we could attempt ourselves to save some money and answered our questions, even if they were unrelated to the job.They were also able to schedule us relatively soon instead of waiting and waiting for an appt. Dustin and Ethan installed and completed the job - and they were amazing. They worked fast, clean (no messes at all!), constantly asked us our opinion to ensure we liked the job completed, and even redid an install of a pendant light when we mentioned it. Ethan kept mentioning he wanted it perfect for us - and that’s exactly what they did.We’ve worked with other electricians before and it felt like night and day working with Oak Electric. This is the 2nd time having Oak electric out to the farm. Not many lincoln companies are willing to come 5 miles north of town but they had no problem. We had them add wiring for a new office the first time and were so good to work with we didnt bother bidding out a generator backup setup for the house. They came out and got us a quick estimate and were here within a week as soon as the components came in. Lukas was out by himself to do the install. He was considerate in asking if he could do certain things before doing them along the way. Install was as clean or cleaner than we expected. When finished Lukas insisted on cleaning up as much as possible but I insisted I could sweep up later.Oak electric will continue to get our families business.

Called in the morning and the lady I spoke with (I forget her name, Carrie maybe?) was so friendly and helpful. She did some simple trouble shooting with me to make sure it wasnt a quick fix that I could do on my own. I appreciated this very much. Lukas was the technician that fixed the issue for me and he was able to come out the same afternoon that I had called. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival which was very helpful for me so I could make sure to put my dogs up before he came. Lukas found the issue right away and replaced the switch in no time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also brought to my attention that my dishwasher was leaking so I could fix that right away before the issue got worse. Didn’t know who to use to fix a problem with an electrical outage causing our furnace and water heater yo stop working. I went with oak after reading reviews and I’m so happy I did. Carrie was concerned that we had gone a night without heat. And they were able to get someone out in a few hrs. Luckas was the tech who came to our home and corrected the problem. He was very professional, and flexible with our house of dogs and new baby. He was very independent, but very educational when we had questions. We had a great experience with Dustin, as well as Spencer and Ethan. After losing power to our HVAC systems as well as a couple other random things on a Friday, Oak was able to get to us that day, diagnose it as a bad panel, and get us partially up and running through the weekend. They also were able to move things around to do the permanent fix the following Tuesday - replacing both our old panels as well as cleaning up a lot of suspect work that was done over the years by previous owners.Their communication around scheduling, pricing, and explaining what they’d be doing was top notch.

We had just finished a 5-month renovation in our basement following damage due to flooding and installing our TV mount and getting cables run down our new entertainment center was our final step. After troubleshooting for a couple of hours we could NOT figure out what why our TV would only turn on ocassionally, so we called Oak Electric.Scottie came over, as nice as could be, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Not only that, but he took the time to explain the issue, what was wrong and how he went about fixing it.I cant recommend them enough. They were prompt, clear communicators and most importantly, they quickly resolved our issue!

After a fire in my garage Oak Electric installed all the new rough in wiring and installed the electrical supply for the new furnace. All the guys that worked in there asked me where I wanted outlets and switches installed. (I have a wood shop in the garage). They were all super polite and very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing 100%. Not beginners. Spencer, Owen and Steve are first class young men and very experienced. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of electrical work you may need. And the owner Matt is a five star guy as well.

Our electricity was recently disconnected from a tree branch falling on our line to the house and breaking our meter. We were without power and wanted to get someone out right away. I called a couple of other places, one of them saying the soonest was 4 days later. Thankfully I got through to Oak Electric and they were able to come out a few hours later! Matt came and got us up and running again. He was helpful, professional and did great work! I recommend them and plan to use them for future electrical updates to our home!

Oak Electric hit it out of the park with our electrical outlet installation! Zane was a fantastic, helpful, and quick technician who walked me through everything he was doing. He took special care (without me asking) to remove our furniture and decor from the area before he did the work. Then he did a professional job installing an outlet for our fireplace insert. He cleaned up beautifully and put everything back where it should go. I even had to run for a lunch appointment and he finished up and locked up without me. I highly recommend Zane and Oak Electric for any electrical work.
