I hired Sentry to rewire my upstairs. Not only were they quick and precise but they were fun guys with incredible knowledge and professionalism. Steve is a great guy who knows his stuff and made us feel like we were getting red carpet treatment. Christian and Wyatt were able to answer all our questions and made our rewire job a breeze. Thank you all for making such a stressful time easy breezy. We will be using your services for our downstairs and basement and cant wait to see the guys again!

I received terrific service today from Sentry Electric. Joshua and Wyatt were very courteous and professional. I had a dryer outlet and relay box with wiring that had gone south. They gave me an estimate, explained the work scope thoroughly and did an EXCELLENT job on the new installation!! They also completely cleaned up after the install which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Sentry Electric and will use them again for my future needs.

Chris and his team did an amazing job. I asked for a quote and they were extremely prompt and they said 30 minutes they be there and they were. They also allowed me to see their location so I knew the exact arrival time. We scheduled the work and was done to perfection at an affordable rate! We have used Sentry Electric several times and have always been very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and pricing. Most recently Steve came to our home to work on our daughters fairy bedroom installing some new lights and reworking outlets. The work was done quickly and cleanly and our daughter is over the moon with the results. We will be using Sentry Electrics services for all our electrical needs in the future.

This is the second time we have used Sentry to repair lamps. I used to just get rid of lamps that had died because I didn’t know of anyone who did these kinds of repairs. I’m so glad I discovered Sentry! I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are friendly, professional, do excellent work - and quickly!

We had an emergency with the 240v outlet for our dryer. We called Sentry Electric and they sent out Steve S. First off, I wanna say that the people at Sentry electric are excellent to work with. They were very polite, and got us in immediately. Secondly, Steve S. was so great, we could tell that he genuinely cared about our safety. He kept us informed during the entire process and was always polite. You could really tell that Steve knows his stuff. The service was 100% worth the money, I will be recommending Sentry (ask for Steve) going forward. Thank you for taking care of us!

This is the second time I have had Sentry come to my home. I have an older home with some difficult construction to work around, yet the job got done in a way I was very pleased with. I was listened to and was treated with respect about my projects I needed done. The pricing is very fair to have a professional do it correctly and safely. Sentry was able to bump up the timeline when our electrical situation went from bad to worse. Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service and technical expertise. I had a relatively straightforward problem with my outdoor outlets not staying on and flipping their central GFCI switch often and then eventually just not coming back on. The guys who helped me (I believe it was Steven and Reagan, apologies if I’m misspelling the names) not only got things back up and running with a new GFCI switch, but explained to me why the strange wiring in my house was likely done the way it was, how I can keep the outlets from flipping that switch so much (hint: don’t have an extension cord plugged in outside year-round where water can get in it), why GFCI switches might fail constantly after being flipped enough times, and what I could do with the outlets themselves if I ever wanted to make a more permanent change to the way they are being flipped at a central point.Overall, I found them very knowledgeable and very efficient in how they approached my problem and am very happy with the work they did for their price.

I had Shane come look at my shop for a heater installation that I had my doubts could be completed. With the cold months upon us I needed it sooner than I thought was possible, but the friendly receptionist fit me into Shanes schedule the following week. After Shane inspected both the shop panel and the house panel feeding the shop he came up with a plan and even though originally was only giving me quotes he decided to do the work needed to get my shop warm that day. I couldnt praise the staff enough for not only fitting me into the schedule but then Shane finding an option that worked and was simple and quick. Sentry is the best!

Great company, they show up on time. Go above and beyond with the schedule work. I have used Ron the last 2 years on our 100 y/o house. He definitely understands the old wiring and how to replace and upgrade it to code. They clean up after themselves. Highly recommend Sentry for remodel or new construction.

We had a miscommunication at our store and was without a tire balancer this morning with appointments on the schedule. We moved the equipment around and was not able to plug the machine in and went straight to panic mode. After multiple stops trying to find a 220 volt extension cord, Husker Electric gave us the parts required but said we had to put it together and I didnt know who I could get to do that. When he mentioned Sentry might be able to since they are right by the store, I decided to give them a shot. I stopped by and a gentlemen took me into the office and asked a technician if he could help me out even though I didnt have an appointment. He went and grabbed his tools and had the extension cord done in 20 minutes and I was back on the road. The staff was courteous and friendly and as a business owner it was an amazing experience. From all the staff at Walker Tire on 48th and Pioneer....THANK YOU!

Highest quality of excellence. Excellent same day service. Communication with Sentry electric and its employees is second to none. These people are true professionals. Extremely respectful employees even waited outside our home while parts were being delivered from their warehouse. Electrician and his apprentice talked to us with the utmost respect and knowledge of everything electrical. They fixed our issue in no time and took care of everything.

There was also a problem that occurred and they worked to fix it. I was very please, will use them again, and would recommend them for Omaha as well as Lincoln (and the surrounding area).

From the initial phone call to the completion of the electrical work done, all of the employees were extremely personable yet knowledgeable. I was so grateful that I was not put into a voice mail request for help and answers. The employee they sent out spent all day accomplishing my request. Yet, they were so friendly and would respond to all my chattering. :)Very mindful that the room we were working on was the bedroom of my mentally challenged and autistic child. They suspected nothing should be out of place! They cleaned everything up - from the bedroom, the outside of my house and the connection into the circuit board in my cellar. This is the 2nd time I have utilized Sentry Electric. I would recommend them for every electric issues and will always utilize their services.

Alan was very professional and truly amazing. We had Sentry Electric out to add a Ring Floodlight. While Alan was completing this, it was found that the garage door opener outlet was not up to code. We have been having issues with a new house we bought since finding out the previous owners did not hire someone and have receipts that were promised to us to ensure electrical work was done on the house. Instead, they had a buddy who was licensed complete the work, but would not provide his name. Alan saw the garage door opener outlet was not up to code, explained, in detail, why it was not up to code, and showed us the actual code under the law. We asked Alan if he would be willing to quickly review other work that was supposed to be done. Because of his honesty and willingness to do this for free (and because of an extra discount on this and future repairs) we decided to take the protection plan as well. We will have Sentry back out to complete a complete electrical inspection and I hope we get Alan again. We truly appreciate the extra mile taken free of charge to assist a new homeowner and to be able to take the time to educate so we know exactly why something needs to be done a certain way and back it up with the actual law. This is how you gain customers. If your other electricians are doing this as well, your company will be in a great position for the future. Thanks again, Alan!

Sentry Electric was great to us! We hired them to finish up our basement finishing project. Not only did they do everything we wanted and needed, they even came back out a 2nd time because the original electrician we hired to start the basement wired some wires wrong and we noticed when it was all put together, some of our outlets didnt work. Shane came back out for a 2nd house call and didnt charge us a thing for it because it was very minor. Highly recommend Sentry Electric!

Sentry ran 220, installed a new panel and heater in my garage. Not only did they do a great job, but they were incredibly professional, communicative and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend their team.
