    The glass on my sliding door cracked and when I called J&J, they were so kind and helpful and got us an estimate within a couple days then a replacement within a week or two. They also installed a beautiful sliding screen door too which we love! They are professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone :)

    A pleasure from the start with the phone call to explain issue of sliding door taking more muscle to open and close. Jason was so comforting and confident they’d be able to fix it. Tom and Curtis came to fix the door. They were both funny and personable. It was so very nice how they talked to me to explain what they were going to do. I appreciate how they were patient and friendly with my barking dog. The work Tom and Curtis did was amazing. We should have called them a long time ago! Every time I use the door now I say “wow”. 😀 Curtis was careful to make sure the latch was lined up perfectly. Tom also gave me an estimate right away for shade screens on my windows. They were also very tidy vacuuming throughout the effort and respectful of my home. I appreciated the care.

    If there was a rating of 1-10, this family owned company would be a 10! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Honest , great quality and reliable. They care about their customers. Many times companies take advantage of senior customers and sell them services and products they don’t need. Not J &J screens. Jason saved me money. I thought I knew what I wanted, he suggested other alternatives that were not as costly. He took the time to explain everything . I didn’t realize they also provide other services (electrical, glass etc). What a relief to now have a company I can trust, cares about their customers and has great pricing. Thank you J&J, I can now refer your company to my friends with great confidence. Thank you Jason!

    I recently had a screen door destroyed by a cat,I called J&J, and a very upbeat young lady took my call, answered all of my questions with confidence and knowledge of the process. I loaded up and headed to Lincoln, where I was met with the type of customer service that I thought was long gone in these recent trying times. The gentleman I spoke with explained the process,the turn around time,and was genuinely pleased to do so. I left my door in good hands and headed back to Auburn and about 30 minutes later my phone rang,J&J calling to inform me that my door was finished and available for pick up anytime. Less than a 2 hour turn around,very fairly priced and an incredibly beautiful job.So if you need screen replacement,door or window work, these people will take care of you and youll be a customer for life,just as Ill be.Kudos to yall at J&J Screen and Glass,the can do attitude, energetic and positively wonderful staff,I thank you so very much for showing me how customer service is,and always should be.

    I am so glad that I went with J&J. They were very friendly and professional. When a company gives a bid and they do extra things like tighten loose slider door handles and put screens back on track that is a HUGE PLUS in my book. So thank you so much for getting my slider glass changed out.

    Have been in my house for a year, and a window cracked. J&J has good reviews here (and elsewhere) and the previous owners had used them, so thats who we called. Even though it had been a few years and we werent the owners the previous time, they determined that the cause of the crack was a manufacturing flaw; they stood behind their work and replaced it for me free of charge.Absolutely my go-to for glass needs in future.

    Great place for glass and mirror products. Fast on filling my request for custom bathroom mirrors. Employees are friendly, professional and efficient. Parking is minimal to the store, but didnt create much of a problem for me. Prices are extremely fair and cheaper than many places I checked. Highly recommend doing business with them!

    Needed a window pane replaced. Tech came to the house for free, gave me the option of pulling the window myself and bringing it to them to save a few bucks. Fine with me. They ordered the glass and I took it in. Window was fixed within 2 hours and back in my house. Price was fair too.
