Great experience with Hy-Electric. Erin talked us through what to expect and what we needed beforehand as well as an estimated amount of time required. We had several small jobs and the electrician, George, fixed everything efficiently, including a challenging basement exhaust fan installation. He went the extra mile to figure out a solution and provided honest advice on other projects. George was professional, courteous, efficient and cleaned up everything when he finished. Well definitely use HY-Electric again.

Hy Electric was great to work with right from the beginning with scheduling. Getting an appointment was easy and office staff are friendly and professional.These guys upgraded knob and tube wiring for my entire first floor in two days. I was really impressed with the quality of the work. It’s not easy to upgrade wiring and outlets in an 80 year old house and make it look and feel like new, but they did it with almost zero damage to anything (typically, you’d have to tear out walls and whatnot). These guys found creative solutions to everything.Additionally, while they were there they talked to me about my goals for the house and what future phases of work might entail.Highly recommend them.

Wow!! A very happy customer. I found Hy-Electric to be one of the easiest and best local companies to do business with. They’re easy to get a hold of on the phone, they followed up to schedule an appointment, and even had earlier availability to fit us in. Rates were very reasonable, too. We just moved into a new home. It has a stone fireplace and my husband wants to mount a flat screen television on it. To do so, we needed an electrical outlet installed so that wires would not be seen. The problem was that most places I called shied away from doing the job. But, not Hy-Electric!!! They sent Jesse to my home and he did an excellent job!!!! He was prompt and professional. Installing the outlet wasn’t an easy task. But, Jesse used his persistence and skill to ensure that the job was done right. He went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Hy-Electric to all my family, friends and anyone else in need of the services they offer.

Colten (not sure of spelling) was my service man to fix my ceiling fan. He went above and beyond diagnosing, trouble-shooting and repairing the fan. Such a pleasant young man and knows his stuff. Actually the whole experience was so positive from the helpful young gal who scheduled my appointment for that same day to Colten arriving early and getting the job done. I’ll be calling them again when I need electrical work done.
