Unbelievable service!!! It was late in the day on Good Friday when the lights to our basement went out. I called ACE expecting to get a recording. Allen answered and after my confusing explanation of the problem, he walked me through the solution. He saved our large family event for Easter. It was unbelievable service!!! ACE Electric is a 5+

I can not recommend Allyn and his crew highly enough. I ran into a pretty big issue when doing what I thought would be a simple job and Allyn came over to my house after hours to consult with me on the best solution and then quickly fit me into his companys very busy schedule within a couple days to keep my project on track. VERY professional, great communication and top quality work. 100% my go-to electrician now.

My dryer outlet was outdated and almost set my house on fire. Allyn came over right away and was able to replace the outlet and even move it to a better location all while making sure everything was up to code. He also went out of his way to replace the plug-in on the dryer. Ace Electric offers great service and communication. They are very reliable and professional. With everything that was done the job cost significantly less than all of the quotes provided by other companies with fast, prompt service.

Our electrician was very responsive and we felt like he was really doing what he felt was best for us when we needed a new electrical panel. He did good quality work and we were able to trust him completely! It was nice knowing we were able to call at any time if we had a major issue.

Allyn and co. were fantastic. I had them install several CAT 6 Ethernet lines in my home, and they did everything extremely neatly, promptly, and professionally. This was a fairly irksome job for them (I assume) because the layout of our house is a bit strange, and none of the walls sit directly on top of each other between floors, making fishing cable somewhat difficult. Even so, they managed to complete the job in roughly a day and I now have a fully wired house :). Would definitely recommend them for anyone else.

Allyn is a total professional and is a nice guy to be around. He knows his business and lets you know every step what hes doing. Reasonably priced. An electrician I feel I can trust and call for any issue. That is important to me. We have used him before and will again.

Great service. We had an HDMI cable that went bad. Appreciated that an out of the box idea was suggested which saved us a lot of time and money. Went out of the way to ensure we had service before weekend when he could have easily rescheduled. Very honest and professional. I will definitely use again and refer others. I had quite a few projects I wanted done, and they showed up at the start of their day and worked hard both inside and out of my house. They were very respectful of myself, property, and all my animals. I felt very informed every step of the way, and was even able to brainstorm some future projects I’d appreciate getting worked on. I’d hire Ace Electric LLC again easily for whatever project or problem that arises.

I had Ace come take a look at some outside outlets because my smoker kept tripping the GFI. He advised that the element in my smoker was causing the issue and that I should swap out the element. He never charged me anything for the consultation. The issue has been resolved and I have not had any further problems. I will be using this company again. Thank you for your assistance and honesty.

James fixed my bathroom fan. He was courteous, kind, and efficient. I think this is my first ever review on anything (maybe rated a restaurant before, not entirely sure) but I felt I needed to because I was so impressed with the guy. If I ever need another fan replaced or electrical work done, I will use this company and request his services. Long story short, highly recommend this company.

I live in a 100+-yr-old house in the Near South. Alan came by to see what my electrical problems were. He took an interest in the old-house limits that put some electricians off. He didnt see this as a rip and replace job but understood that I wanted to preserve as much as Code allowed. He even looked for special parts. Seemed like he got a kick out of solving peoples problems. This time he helped me with a few small things and if I have a bigger project, Ill call Ace with that too.
