Im in nash county and this plumber doesnt service my area however I told him my problem and he came out anyway. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me my options and he said I tell you what Ill put in a new system. Because the county messed up and my septic field was cut in 2 places. Patching it would not last long and it would fail at some point. He was the 3rd plumber I called and they all said pretty much the same thing. But no one offered to do what he suggested. He told me I know this isnt your fault so Ill do that for you. Ive been trying to get in my home for 2 years and I can finally see the light. Thank you for all you did and are doing to get me in my home. Highly highly recommend these folks.

Like many others, when a hot water heater goes bad, you need service quickly, and I sure called the right company for speed and excellent service. Mike and his son Nathan called to advise me they were running long on another job, which I appreciated. When they came to my home, they jumped to work and changed out the water heater in no time! I also had an outside hose spigot that had cracked from freezing, and they did that too. When you need work done fast and at a fair price, call them! I will call them for any future repairs, and I know anyone that sees this review will be happy they called Mike Ross first. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Wonderful guy! When our water heater went out, friends of ours recommended Mike. We called and he came out the very same day to replace our heater. Mike was super knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention reasonably priced. Well be sure to call him for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Very prompt, professional, and courteous. Mike immediately identified the problem over the phone, before I even finished the description. This was after we had called a big name plumbing company who failed to identify the root cause of the issue and sent us to an electrician to no avail. On a weekend, no less.

Our well pump died on a Monday night around 8pm. By Tuesday at 2pm, Ross Plumbing had us back up and running. They are a great company and they communicate well with the customer. I really like it when a company does what the say they will do when they say they will do it. When I have more plumbing issues, Ill be calling Ross Plumbing.
