    We had a leak from a faulty valve in the basement that was getting water everywhere causing Sheetrock wetness. After calling local plumbing and no one able to come that night, Jacob from Quality Plumbing was here within 30 minutes. Excellent job

    Im truly grateful to Quality Plumbing for their incredible service during such a difficult time. Just hours after my fathers passing, we discovered urgent plumbing issues at my mother’s home. I went down to the garage and heard water pouring from the ceiling; my mother hadn’t been in there for weeks and had no idea. We called Quality Plumbing, and despite it being after hours, Eric arrived within minutes. He had no idea what he was walking into, but he approached the situation with compassion and professionalism, providing a quick solution and a kind heart when we needed it most. His expertise and empathetic nature made all the difference, and we’re incredibly thankful to have called Quality Plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs—this company truly cares about their customers. If our situation didn’t test their integrity, I don’t know what would.

    The best there is with knowledge, customer service, care and timing! I say they have been lifesavers in the winter and summer for my household!     I panicked when a client discovered a slight leak in their water heater on Memorial Friday, heading into a long weekend. The sellers called two companies in Kansas City, but neither responded. I immediately called Quality Plumbing-and reached a real person. Despite my concerns about the property being near Liberty, MO, I learned QP has a satellite office there. They had someone out and the issue fixed before one of the other companies even called my clients back. When the other companies finally responded, they said they couldnt come until Tuesday afternoon. What a joke! My sellers were quick to say, from here on out-only call Quality Plumbing. Thank you, QP, for saving our Memorial Weekend!

    Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

    Josh from Quality Plumbing came out as my sink was clogged up. Josh responded promptly and unclogged the sink. Josh also replaced the piping under the sink as the old pipes were broken and leaking! I’m grateful that Quality Plumbing has polite, kind,knowledgeable, professional plumbers such as Josh working with them! Thank you Josh and Quality Plumbing!

    Quality Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing and HVAC company. I was recently out of town and had issues with my heat pump. I did not have a cell signal when their technician arrived, but he was more than patient with me until we were finally able to connect. It was great service and I returned home to a properly working unit. Thanks!

    I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.Absolutely recommend. Plus, the technician was kind, explained everything well, and was very careful around my escape artist cats.Excellent service!!

    I used the guys at QP for a broken faucet replacement and when they came out I realized they also did HVAC. The faucet repair went from what I thought would be complicated to a painless fix, and they handled the other issue I was having on the HVAC side while they were at it. Glad to have intelligent and efficient people save me from a lot bigger issues. Big fan.. will highly recommend them to anyone asking.
