We have used Liberty Plumbing several times for plumbing jobs but had no idea they did HVAC too. They recently did a MAJOR HVAC renovation for us and we could not be more pleased. They took on a very complex project that several others would not even bid. They were professional, skilled and courteous. I cant say enough good things about Shawn and Carter. Good people, good service, and very honest and trustworthy.

Had a leaky faucet overnight; called Liberty Plumbing this morning and they had someone at our house within a couple hours. The techs that arrived were super friendly and even took time to acknowledge and talk with my super talkative 3 year old that wouldn’t leave them alone. Felt like I had a couple of friends over to help me with the sink; not your stereotypical grumpy and rude plumber. Price was very fair considering they had to hit the store to get a replacement part. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Ive used this company twice now. The first time was to replace a bad garbage disposal and the second time was for an A/C unit tune-up. All the workers have done such a fantastic job! They do excellent work at a very fair price. Ive had a hard time finding good companies to do good work in the past few years, but Liberty Plumbing Heating and AC is my go-to for my HVAC and plumbing needs! Thank you guys!

I was pleased with the very prompt arrival to replace my water heater. I pulled in my driveway at 1pm and Darren was waiting for me. He did a great job extracting the old water heater from the very narrow closet space between the furnace duct work and door frame and he performed some type of magic to get the larger diameter new tank in the same space! He was very kind in sharing some additional plumbing tips and ideas to lengthen the life of the new heater. Very appreciative of their service.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed of work. Our A/C quit blowing cold air. They came and fixed it right up within about 15 minutes. They didnt try to sell us on anything. They just fixed the issue and had all of the parts with them at the time. They are an honest business who I will be using for all HVAC and plumbing issues all the time now.

I called desperate this morning for some help as my shower decided to no longer shut off. I also had some nagging toilet issues I had been living with for quite some time. Although they had a full schedule today they worked me in, accommodated me around my dentist appointment and not only fixed the immediate shower issue but also the toilets as well!!! I can’t say enough great things about this company and although I hope I don’t have more plumbing issues if I do I will call Liberty Plumbing and know I’ll be taken care of quickly! THANK YOU for helping me!!!!!

This company deserves 10 STARS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely the BEST experience. They were able to come out the same day I called, by a stroke of luck. The tech Darin (spell?) was so knowledgeable and did everything very professionally. They quoted the price for a new water heater over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. The price included EVERYTHING that would be charged, including the tax. When the job was done a few hours later, I was given a invoice that was EXACTLY what they said it would be. In addition, I was told on the phone that the water heater qualified for a rebate from our gas company. Theyve taken care of all of the paperwork to get that rebate and sent me in the mail a confirmation that it had been sent in. So so happy! I will recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great job. Nice to see there are actually some good companies out there that stick to their word and do a great job.•••Update••• I received my rebate as promised. Thanks again guys!!! 11 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darren was here this morning to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. I had misplaced the paperwork. Its a Moen. He informed me that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. I called Moen and sure enough, they would have sent me the replacement part free of charge. (I did find my paperwork...). He also taught me how to look up a product on my phone by just scanning it. Who knew? I have an older model American Standard shower faucet that is also hard to turn to adjust water temp. Next, I asked him about my aging water heater. Wow. Also pleased with the estimate and support AND rebate potential. I believe I have found my plumbing and HVAC home. *sigh* Its a process for sure! Ive expended a ton of money to get where I am finally comfortable and trusting of a company. Thank you, Darren for all your help.
