They also claimed that the faucet caps for my washing machine would cost an additional $400 to replace. On top of this, the plumber, Samuel, attempted to persuade me that I needed a new water heater. The estimate given by Samuel was nothing short of shocking. Once the work was completed, I didnt want to use a credit card due to the fees. However, I wasnt able to personally visit the property to pay with a check due to unforeseen circumstances. My lift station pumps had completely shut down after a recent storm, causing water to surge through my basement toilet. This led to an awful smell permeating my entire house and flooding my basement bathroom area. I found Rapid Commercial Plumbing on a web search and wasnt certain if they handled lift station services. To my relief, they indeed did. Erick proceeded to clear the blockage and then ran the camera down the drain again to confirm the root balls had been successfully removed. Ive had my sewer line unclogged three separate times over the past year by two different plumbing companies, but they failed to identify the issue that Erick resolved in one visit. He only charged a $65.00 consultation fee. As promised, Jonah came back on Monday. Jonah did an exceptional job and I was completely satisfied and amazed by his craftsmanship. I was also happy with the price. Brantley was here at my house at 10:30 a.m. He was knowledgeable of the services that he was going to perform at my house explained with detail to what was gonna happen. The job was completed at 11:45. Jonah, an assistant at rapid commercial plumbing, came to fix a leaking valve and discovered we had a leak in our stack pipe. samuel was called to evaluate the issue and suggested we get someone with a fiber-optic scope to identify the exact location of the break. once this was done and the results were delivered to samuel, we had him carry out the repair. samuel and jonah began the task around the morning time, precisely cutting a piece of wall to reach the stack pipe. they expertly removed the damaged pipe and replaced it. by the middle of the afternoon, they had completed the task and cleaned the area impeccably. even the contractor who arrived later to mend the wall and repaint the room mentioned how tidy the work was and how it made his job simpler. weve had samuel do several other plumbing jobs for us in liberty, and weve always been extremely satisfied with his work. ive even recommended his services to friends and neighbors.
