    Switched out our 48 year old panel. Working great and it looks great as well. Kirklan had been wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. Totally pleased with the experience. I didnā€™t catch his assistantā€™s name, but he was friendly and helpful, too! Electrical work is not cheap, but getting the job done e right goes a long way toward satisfaction and safety.At the office, Hannah has been nice and very helpful coordinating arrivals and inspection. Gives the impression she glad Iā€™m a customer.Thank You, Doctor Electric. You folks say what youā€™re going to do, then get it done.

    Highly Recommend! Hire them and thank me later! I am a surgeon ā€¦ Doctor Electric is the perfect name for them! I had an EV charger installed. My first phone callā€¦answered the phone with courtesy. Scheduling? ā€¦ they sent an electrician, Kirklan, the same day. Installation? ā€¦ same day install. Professionalism? ā€¦ 100 percent professional service with a smile. He explained everything. Even did a review of my overall electrical layout of my house. If you want compassionate service from people that treat your needs like they would for their own family, this is your company! Will use them again!

    Justin came out and fixed some bad outlets and gave us straight forward pricing! He was very professional and courteous! We will be doing a house remodel and he gave us quotes for everything and its all very fair pricing! We signed up for the monthly membership (which is outstanding) and is going to save us thousands in the long run and on service calls. Very pleased with the company and will be recommending to everyone I know!

    Had additional switch and exterior outlet for a generator installed. Job was done on date, time and at cost quoted. A week later I did a test run and found that I could not turn on the generator circuit due to the manual transfer switch not properly installed. Contacted Dr Electric and they had the electrician at the house on the day and time I asked and corrected the problem. Electrician did a test run with me to make sure all was good. Electrician was polite, respectful and informative.

    Brian and Chance and Kayl were awesome. I just purchased an older home that needed extensive updates and the team and Dr Electric did a great job with the entire project. They were always courteous and professional and took the time to explain each step of the process. Two thumbs up!

    I had a great experience with Dr. Electric. Justin was able to come a day early when there was a cancellation in the schedule. He was timely, clearly explained the process for creating the quote and then l reviewing the quote with me along with my options, and then got to work quickly. He was careful to wear shoe covers in the house and was quick in assessing the work to be done and very professional and competent in completing the work. He had to run out to pick up a part and knocked each time he returned or needed to re-enter the house. I also like that Dr. Electric sent a text with a picture of Justin and some background information prior to him arriving at our residence. It was nice to know who to expect at the door. I would recommend using Dr. Electric and will plan to do so again.

    Excellent work and friendly service! Justin came and move outlets up under our mounted TV, so they are not visible. I have peace of mind that itā€™s done correctly, after reading that the ones from Amazon that fish the wire up from the outlet are not safe!     Had a series of lights and outlets that would not work in my hallway, Doctor Electric sent Brian out to diagnose and repair and did an amazing job! Brian was was informative and detailed in identifying my electrical issue and making the appropriate repairs along with some recommendations for the future.     I have to get a brag in like maybe I need some Doctor Electric SWAG;I was client #1 on Maury and Garyā€™s first day. I had my 55$ or 6th call on my since that time a couple of weeks ago and it was Gary who answered the call after hours to fix my ā€œsizzlingā€ socket. All of the technicians have been professional and worked with my budget. I have had a panel box replaced. A water heater required sockets replaced lights installed and even got my daughters new home fixed up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    My 20 year old son bought a 1956 house with a 100 amp fuse panel with 2 prong wiring so it had no ground wires. Doctor Electric went above and beyond to upgrade to a 200 amp circuit breaker panel. Alex and Jeffrey came in between jobs the week before our scheduled install week to make sure he had power asap. Mory the Owner and Hannah the Office Manager were in constant contact every step of the way. Everyone in this company is a professional and treats you like a family member. I cant say enough about our AWESOME experience with all of them. I would give them a 10 star review!!!!

    I called Dr. Electric about an outlet that lost power but all fixtures up and downstream were working. Hannah in the office was amazing to work with, and she kept me updated about my service call the whole time. Rory came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired in no time. Rory was friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and clearly explained the problem and the needed fix. He was up front about the costs (which were very reasonable), and he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I will definitely be calling Dr. Electric in the future.

    I used Doctor Electric based off of the number of good reviews. Like others said, yes, there is a visit fee, which they were up front and clear about. The home diagnostic was a surprise, but it is what it is. Communication about upcoming service was always done well in advance, everyone was beyond professionalā€”s/o to the receptionist, and after a second trip, all issues were fixed and reviewed with me. I plan to use them again for another project soon. We had Justin as our tech and he was great.

    Dr. Electric on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, I rate them a 7. Fast, accurate, detail specific, oriented, and focused to complete a job the way you desire it to be. Very informative and give great input and suggestions as to how them s doing something a certain way will benefit the customer and save them money. Great personalities, strong work ethic, and character of the employees impeccable. They are the best electric company used them on two houses thus far and their work has been nothing short of outstanding. I plan to use them on the new properties I will be building in the future. Donā€™t waste your time spending it on getting multiple quotes. They have beat every electric company I have gotten quotes from. They beat them by $2000 to 3000 dollars each time.

    I would highly recommend Dr. electric. They Stand behind their work. I Was having some trouble with an outlet and lighting that were all connected. It seemed to be an easy fix when they came out, but the problem occurred again. I called and scheduled another appointment and they were able to fix the problem with new wiring and without any additional cost to me. We plan to use them for future needs and to use them for things the recommended during their free while home inspection!

    It doesnt get any better than this!!!I am 64 and have dealt with many electricians over the years. Mory the owner answered when I first called. He scheduled an appointment convenient for me. He texted when he was 15 minutes out. Mory and his assistant showed up in a professionally designed work van, brought a carpet to lay at my front door where there wasnt one, for them to wipe their feet on before they entered my home, were wearing masks as required here, and were professionally dressed in uniforms. They were obviously professionals. We spent some time going over my project. Mory was very patient, answered all my questions, took his time and made me feel like he had nothing else to do that entire day except help me. After discussing the project, he displayed the price completely itemized. There was no question about the cost and the material to be used. I agreed and we set a time for the work to be done.15 minutes after they drove away, I considered another project and called Mory back to ask about it and he came right back. We discussed the project. It required Mory to go up into my attic and check the ends of the house. This was not an easy task with the insulation up there. He came down and discussed the additional work and I agreed to the price. He updated the invoice to again disclose the complete cost and materials.Unlike many electricians and others, I have hired for home renovations and repairs he was actually on time, very professional and courteous. They performed the work of running outside piping along our home, going underground, coming up under and into my workshop, running several outlets along the walls in the ceiling and adding outside spotlights. I am a very detailed person and look for perfection. I got it and could not be happier. Every outlet and switch were the exact same height, the wiring was attached professionally and Morey even caulked a small hole on the inside of the shop where the wiring came through. He is very detailed. Their cleanup was great. You wouldnā€™t have known they had been here.     Dr. Electric was first-rate, professional, timely, and great to work with. Our electrical panel had to be replaced and updated, which necessitated KU having to come out to shut off our power and move the power line, and after the job was done one of the KU workers went out of their way to tell us that we had picked a great electrician, a true tradesman. All the staff of Dr. Electric were personable, responsive, and professional. I recommend Dr. Electric very highly.
