RHD Primary Plumbing is the best! He has helped me answer so many questions I had, before I even used him for service. When I did need him, he was out the same day within a couple of hours. His prices were so reasonable and the job was done quickly. He even checked out more things in my home and gave me other suggestions. And he made some phone calls for me to find some other supplies I needed. Him and his wife are so lovely, they felt like family. I am so glad I found him.

October 2019. I called RHD Primary Plumbing again recently. Called after 6 pm and he called me back right away. He came out the next day and solved my problem quickly and throughly explained what he was doing. RHD PRIMARY PLUMBING is my go-to plumber. He and his wife work together. They are a local business and they get to know their customers and treat them so well. Again, highly recommend this team.August 2019. Robert came out today to replace 2 old outside faucets. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and then had me watch him as he checked everything after the repairs. He was very professional, prompt, completed the job quickly with fair pricing and hes local to our community. Highly recommend.

I just had a fantastic experience with Robert and his wife and assistant, Karen, of RHD Primary Plumbing. Highly recommend! I had dirty water or rust coming out of an outdoor faucet, and the faucet would not turn completely off. I just happened to catch them at a low time of day when I called. They were at my house in about 20 minutes. They fixed my problem within about 10-15 minutes. Brand new faucet. Works great. Perfect! Anybody whos hired a plumber knows that plumbers prices are generally high (at least in my experience). Robert did NOT price gouge me, and I would not consider his prices high, as plumbers go, but yes, they were still high as far as other contractor specialities go. I figure thats because Robert charges in one-hour minimum blocks, and my job happened to be just a 10-15 minute job. Very satisfied. I highly recommend RHD Primary Plumbing.

I found RHD Plumbing via Google and became interested in him after reading all the positive reviews. I had several plumbing issues and reached out, but unfortunately he was unable to make it out as quickly as I needed him due to his recovering from a back injection. He spent a lengthy amount of time with me to understand my issues and then recommended another honest and reasonably priced plumber who completed the work. A couple days later the pipes on my outside water well burst. I sent Robert a video and a text message and he replied immediately. He then called me and spent well over an hour with me on the phone helping me figure out how to fix it myself. He was detailed and patient and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better man to help me out. There is no question Robert will be the first place I reach out for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Robert!

I used Robert with RHD Primary Plumbing. What a great guy to work with and so very knowledgeable about the world of plumbing. He replaced my bathroom faucets and went the extra mile to make sure all was done absolutely right. He is a perfectionist. He was very responsible in cleaning up his mess, too. He also gave me lots of tips for keeping the plumbing in the house running smoothly and how to avoid annoying problems. I highly recommend Robert. I also needed my job done in a timely manner and he worked me right in!!! He is affordable compared to other plumbers associated with the larger companies.

I had the pleasure of meeting Robert, a licensed plumber, & his wife. Robert did a fantastic job on multiple types of repair jobs from my bathroom to kitchen. He worked out that he was able to come by forconsultation and he was able to complete all the work within 2 hours -he is awesome!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and he doesnt make unnecessary recommendations. He and his wife are very personable. Hes also very punctual and his does quality work (and I am a perfectionist) and prices are very reasonable, actually less than some others. Its so obvious he really cares about his customers and he goes above and beyond to help out. He is your go to guy if you need plumbing services. If he is not able to help, he personally can give a confident referral. I am so pleased I was able to knock so many things off my to do list!!

Excellent plumber! Many years of practical experience. Hell work clean and fast, and does not overcharge. Hell even tell you how to maintain everything, so you dont have to see him as often in the future. Very honest guy! Hard-working, and courteous. We always call Robert for all of our home plumbing needs. PS I saw one comment below that I think was the result of a bad phone connection. Robert texts so, so feel free to text him and send him a picture. I know sometimes he works in areas that have bad cell phone coverage. I appreciate that I can text and show him the problem before he gets here. :). I highly recommend RHD plumbing.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Robert and Karen came out the very next morning and were the nicest, most polite workers I have ever met. Their work was impeccable! They installed the sink with no problems and cleaned and tested the new faucet and got it working perfect before they left. They told me what to save, how to replace parts, etc. Perfect house call with perfect results and super polite in to process. They are my lifelong plumbers from now on!!!

I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the area so when my shower in my master bath starting leaking and I knew that I wouldnt be able to fix it myself I was filled with dread. However, this company had great reviews so I decided to give it a chance. I am very thankful that I did. Robert Davis came out the same day I called, quickly located the source of our leak without tearing the house apart (which demonstrates his years of experience and knowledge), and made the repair at a very reasonable cost. He also talked to me about things to consider regarding mold formation and, at my request, contacted a highly rated company while still at my home to come out and do a moisture test free of charge. I had a leak in a house I just bought coming from the water outlet for my washing machine. Of course the home warranty company found a way to get out of covering it and then quoted me an astronomical price for the repair. I told them no thanks and called Robert with RHD Plumbing. He actually beat me to the house and had the repair completed in minutes at a very fair price. While he was writing up the ticket, I noticed the refrigerator valve was leaking too so he came back in and repaired that. On top of the great service, Robert gave me lots of tips on how to maintain the plumbing in the house and was so nice in answering all of my questions. I cannot recommend RHD Primary Plumbing enough!

He and Karen arrived and went right to work on the clogged drain and leaky disposer. Robert provided a full explanation action of what action he was taking and provided advice for low cost yet highly effective maintenance we can perform. I actually know Robert personally, but I have never used his plumbing services. I was/am blown away by the professionalism and pleasant attitude that he carried. He took care of my issue and even followed up later the same day to make sure everything was going okay! I had a broken shower knob, the water would not stop running, and I had to shut off all water to the house on a 100+ degree day. Our M Bathroom shower started leaking badly while I was out of town. Weve recently moved to the area, so our old plumber wouldnt have been feasible to call for distance reasons. Based on the reviews, I called and explained the situation to Robert. He was able to get over to my house within an hour. He walked my wife through what was causing the problem, and what his recommended solution was. He made the repairs, and even gave us some recommendations for the future. I had peace of mind that the issue was resolved, and that my Wife didnt have to deal with the problem for the rest of the week by herself.I cant speak highly enough for how professional Robert was during this entire experience. You never know what youre going to get when dealing with the trades, but I have to say that Robert is a great guy and a great plumber. I called him late Monday morning to have a toilet reset that had come off the flange bolts. Even though it was a non-emergency situation, he was at my home that afternoon. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, which I thought was very professional. He did a great job and even encouraged me to watch. He was in and out of here in no time. He brought his wife as his helper. How cool is that? He charged a fair price for great work and even answered some questions I had about other plumbing topics. Friday at 2:00 pm the main bedroom toilet started leaking at the water valve. BTW... we have only been in our house for a month! That meant nearly four days without using one sink or the dishwasher. I found RHD Primary Plumbing on Angies List and talked to Robert about 5 p.m. He was finishing a job nearly 20 miles away. He was kind enough to extend his day and even waive overtime. I had a new disposer by 7 p.m. He was fast and neat and gave me good advice. I called Robert with RHD Primary Plumbing after another company had told me they would be out today and never showed. When I called Robert I left a message and he called me back within and hour and asked if I was home so he could come right over. He found the problem within 15 mins which was a leak in the shower head pipe behind the wall. He fixed the problem quickly and then took care of me on the charges after finding out that I was a local firefighter. Ive never seen greater service from any company or person that I have called to do work at the house. I am still very impressed with my experience. He also referred me to a water damage/removal company due to having water damage down my walls and 1st floor ceilings. They also came the same day and began work to mitigate the situation. I highly recommend RHD Primary Plumbing!

Our experience began with flooded bathroom and buckled tiles. Plumbers recommended search for foundation crack to the tune of $5,000. We searched out and found leaking cold water copper tube around bad solder connection in our jacuzzi tub. We contacted three plumber services, two responded but no date as to when they would come out. In the meantime, 1 gallon per hour leak with water turn-off every night. Desperate. I went back to Internet and called RHD. He happened to be in the area on another job and might be able to stop by in an hour. Well, he stopped by within the hour and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes; verified the fix for a very reasonable $125. We were very impressed and consider him our go-to plumber. We have recommended his services to our neighbors.

Im not waiting 10m since Robert and his sweet wife just left my home. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. My special needs son must have put an entire roll of TP down the Toilet and I couldnt fix it. I called another Plumber who was rather gruff and said that they couldnt make it until Saturday with time and a half charges. I called Robert and he was out here in less than 20m and fixed it in a flash for a very reasonable charge. Also gave me some great education about our Builders quality Toilets. This company is AMAZING!!! Dont bother calling anyone else. Robert is knowledgeable, fair, prompt at arriving, fast at working AND honest! The first time he came out to fix a clogged sink, he charged us less than he quoted because the problem wasnt as difficult as he anticipated. Plus, he gave us his drain cleaner at cost and pointers on how to manage it ourselves. One toilet was malfunctioning, he recognized it, uninstalled it and tested the toilet. He was able to call the supplier and get another one delivered and he installed it the same day. RHD Primary Plumbing came to my knowledge via a good friends referral on his recent work done at his home in Lewisville. I had RHD connect a new faucet and associated sink/drain/dishwasher plumbing connections upon installation of new kitchen counters and sink. Mr. Davis was timely, efficient, friendly and most of all, helpful!Being a first time/new home owner, he gave some tips about things that I never would have known on my own. For this, I am grateful. I got Roberts name from my Realtor and he has been super. Robert came to replace two of my toilets. He was great and very professional. He explained everything about the toilet and what could be the problem. He found the problem with one and fixed it which meant I didnt need to replace that toilet. The other couldnt be fixed and he replaced it. The new toilet looks great and works fantastically. I had also used his service before to replace my kitchen faucet and it too looks great and works so much better then the old one. I would most certainly use his service again.

Theres a reason you should have a preferred list and Robert is on mine. He does a very accurate estimate on your plumbing needs and does what he says he is going to do... in a timely manner. If something needs to be explained he is extremely knowledgable and he has a very friendly personality. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert for any plumbing needs to anyone. I learned a few things about plumbing, but the most important thing I learned is to let a professional do it and Robert is a professional.

I have known robert in some social circles for some time now. however not as a plumber. when my house burned i could not find a local plumber that wanted to take on my job (total restoration) . when i asked robert for a referal he knew what we had been through and made time to come himself. he came out ( east of Tyler TX) on several weekends and didnt even charge me overtime. we had very restricted water flow before and could not use more than one fauset at a time ( ever have a cold shower) Robert made some profesional suggestions that we followed and now i have plenty of hot water and great pressure. my shower is like a spa now i like it. and more importantly my wife loves it. Robert really cares about how the family will benifit from his work. you can trust what these men have to say!
