My two water heaters upstairs required replacement since they were about 10 years old. One of them was making a popping noise every time when someone in the house used hot water due to buildup on the bottom of the water heater.I called several plumbers in the area and finally decided on Carlos due to his honesty, professionalism, and reasonable price.I am an engineer by training and am very critical of most works done by contractors, but the water heaters and plumbing installed by Carlos are top-notch and totally blow my mind away. The work was a beauty. Gas and water lines are arranged so perfectly to allow spaces, to reduce tensions.He also installs water heaters which are rated one of the best for residential uses, Bradford and White.

These men were top notch, came Monday to diagnose slab leak, had an expert find leak location in slab Tuesday, and promptly showed up and worked all day Friday and half of Saturday to tunnel 7’ under house, find leak in slab, come up through pantry, fix junction in pantry closet, run 3 new pipes (2 more also corroded but not yet leaking) and then patch concrete slab and junction in wall without making mess in house. Very thorough, explained every step with photos, and owner was on site 90% of time, with 4 man team. Relatives had used and recommended this company before. Great people around my kids too.

Came home from vacation and my water heater was leaking a lot of water. All my fittings looked dry and fine and I was able to feel wet insulation and observe some rust on the tank. The water heater was 8 years old so I figured it had developed a hole in the tank and would need to be replaced. I was able to text some photos and videos of the unit and location to Carlos and get an estimate. Carloss estimate was better than the other two plumbers I called. Carlos also said that he thought it might not be the tank but rather a leaky drain valve. I looked online on how to do that replacement and that resolved my issue. Carlos didnt have to give me this advice / information. He could have easily sold me a new water heater and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he gave me some feedback and I was able to repair it myself. I just had to do a major repair on my truck and money is a little tight. Carlos is awesome and has earned my business and trust. When this heater finally goes, Im calling Carlos. If I ever have any other plumbing needs, Im calling Carlos. Thanks Carlos! We moved into a house and the toilet didn’t flush well. I got a recommendation to call All Metroplex and Carlos. He has great communication throughout the service. He was able to come quickly and showed up on time. He and his partner were very respectful of my house and wore shoe covers. They did great work and discovered that the previous owners flushed an airpod holder! I’m not happy with the previous owners, but happy and thankful for the great service I received.

Besides having the experience and skills to install my tub faucets and drains (which required some retro-fitting to make these unique faucets work), it is obvious that Carlos is guided by an internal moral compass to do what is right, to be honest with the customer regarding options, and provide advice and direction when needed. There is a noticeable inner peace as he conducts his work and engages with the customer. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlos or using him again.

When was the last time you said to yourself wow, thats the most honest guy Ive met and you were talking about a plumber? Ive had Carlos over three times, all for different plumbing issues, and each time he has been friendly, understanding, and doesnt ever gouge you on the price of his job.I dont like having to call a plumber, but at least I know when I call him, Im in the best hands. The last time I called, our water heater exploded on a Saturday night. Carlos was very empathetic to our situation, and helped walk us through everything that would need to be done to prevent this in the future. He did it to code and he even scheduled all the permitting processes we were going to have to do. Prices were reasonable, as always. I had Carlos come out to my house to repair a leaking outside hose bibb. The former owner of my house had done a poor job and it was patched badly and leaking. Carlos gave me an estimate before he did the work and carefully removed only a few bricks that were necessary to do the job. I am extremely happy with the work and the price and would definitely recommend him as his service is far more reasonable than many others with even better quality work. Will use Carlos again whenever I have plumbing work!

Had a main sewage line rupture overnight and had spent over an hour talking to other plumbing companies. Nobody near me could get over to clear the lines before the end of the day. Carlos was great. He called me back when he had an earlier opening and was there quickly to clear the line and scope it. He was very reasonably priced for all services provided. Small business that is definitely willing to outwork a lot of other plumbing companies. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

I am so glad to have found Carlos and Mario through our neighborhood HOA recommendations page. Our water heater went out and we have had numerous previous issues with the plumbing in our 36 year old house - Carlos walked me through everything that was needed and multiple ways to fix the issue as well and gave great advice for how to address other trouble likely coming our way. Absolutely professional, fairly priced and reliable. As the water heater went out over the weekend we actually tried to contact a few places and though all said they are available on Saturdays, none (to this day) have returned our messages - except Carlos. So excellent basic customer service understanding as well! Even if youre booked, a simple response goes a long way! Just across the board great, cant recommend enough!

I needed my water heater replaced asap. It was not broken, but very very old and we were warned that it could burst any minute if we dont do anything about it. I called All metroplex Plumbing who came out within the hour for a free quote. They even went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an installation the same day.Carlos was our technician. He was friendly, courteous, but most importantly, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to answer all of my questions and explained everything that he was going to do. I was most impressed when he showed me not only what needed to be replaced, but also what he can reuse (straps that hold the water heaters in, misc. parts, etc.). Im sure other companies out to make your money will just recommend you to change out everything, and not care about reusing what is still functional. Carlos even took the time EACH TIME he entered thru the door to put protective covers on his shoes to keep our carpets clean, even after I told him he doesnt have to.This is the second time I have used All metroplex Plumbing. I have experienced nothing but professionalism, quality, and really a pride in the work that they do both times. They truly do deserve the 5-star rating , I think from now on I will not be using anybody else for my plumbing needs, and Im going to recommend Carlos to all my family & friends, THIS GUY KNOWS HIS JOB WELL!!

I had a problem with my main house drain backing up. I started using the Plumbing company that is associated with my home warranty, and they did little to nothing to help. I then called a plumber that has his name within his company name thinking that would mean better quality however, he didnt show up when he said he would and then overcharged my wife when I wasnt home. He did eventually return the overcharge, but after way too much effort on my part. This brings me to calling Carlos. Carlos came out quickly when I called him with my problem and when he said he would. He was extremely professional and informative. He corrected the issue temporarily while I decided what I wanted to do to permanently correct the issue. He gave me all the information I needed (location of the blockage, depth of the pipe) to give to any other plumber if I chose to have one come out and give an estimate. We decided to have Carlos do the job. He came out within a day or two and had the problem corrected. He left the jobsite cleaner than it was before he arrived. Unfortunately, since we bought our house in August 2012, we have had to have several contractors our for various reasons (pool, plumbing, HVAC, etc) and Carlos is head and shoulders above all of them in his professionalism and customer service. He has the principles of running a service company figured out. I would not consider using another plumber for any future work. I only wish he was also an electrician and HVAC contractor....... Carlos Moreno was here today to repair a toilet that my husband and I thought was broken. He immediately saw what was wrong and corrected it. But he didnt stop there - he continued to check to make sure there were no other problems, even ran a dye test. He then showed me what caused the periodic water fill and how to correct it. Lesson learned - I will at least take the top off and look inside the toilet tank before calling in the future. The cost: $0. I would have gladly paid - it was totally my error. Their prices have always been great, their work even better. Again, All Metroplex Plumbing is the best.

I reached out to Carlos about an issue regarding pipes in my attic that the previous owners left detached from non-existent roof vents. Carlos was able to schedule me in in short notice, came out and took a lot of pictures in our attic so he could explain exactly what was going on. He presented me with two different solutions (one that would involve using a roofer instead of him), and explained the details of each. I decided to use Carlos and have them connect the two pipes to one of the existing vent. The work is top notch, up to code, and he and his assistant were kind and quick. It can be really difficult to find reliable help (or be taken advantage of), but Ill be using Carlos for all my future plumbing needs.

I called All Metroplex Plumbing because while trying to disconnect our washing machine the faucet broke! Carlos was very quick to respond to my phone call and was here within a few hours. He was professional and courteous and got the job done very quickly. Then I called him back a week later to install our new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal after our new granite counters were installed. When the granite installers disconnected the old kitchen sink there were another 2 leaks. When Carlos arrived he repaired the shut off faucets, graciously waited for my granite installers to fix the cutout for my new faucet and finished the installation of my faucet, sink and garbage disposal. I observed Juan Carlos Moreno, Plumber, work when he unclogged my neighbors sewer line then repaired 2 different sewer line leaks for him. My neighbor chose to use Carlos even though he had a sewer line service contract. I knew immediately that I would call Carlos when I needed a plumber. Soon my outside faucet broke while leaking water. Carlos came out within 1 hour of my call & replaced both my outdoor faucets. He coupled the pipe fittings with screwable ball valve washerless quarter turn faucets so I will be able to easily replace them in the distant future. He even repaired the concrete around the faucets to avoid leaving unsightly holes between the bricks & the pipes! Last week there was water dripping from the 2nd floor thru my first floor ceiling! Carlos advised me to turn off the water to avoid further damage, came out first thing the next morning, carefully measured the leak from the upstairs water heater & plumbing. He was forced to cut 2 holes thru the ceiling & upstairs bathroom drywall to diagnose & locate the leaky pipe. His measurements were spot on! He expertly spliced the pipe stopping the leak. Because of his careful measurements the 2 holes cut thru the drywall were small and clean. I was even able to place back the cut out pieces filling the holes. Then I attached vent covers that totally disguised the damage! Carlos is a very proficient plumber, is very friendly, has always answered my calls, came out quickly, expertly solved my plumbing problems and charged reasonable fees.
