Called Lewisville Plumbing to replace a broken/leaking toilet shut-off valve. Will came the next day, arriving 5 minutes early. He had the valve replaced in 3 minutes but spent the next 15 verifying the connections werent leaking. A totally professional, thorough job. I highly recommend Lewisville Plumbing.

My wife and I have used Lewisille Plumbing for several years now. Mike and Kyle are always there to help, very professional and friendly, not to mention the excellent service. We just moved into a new home and are having a water leak problem. I reached out to Mike and discussed it with him. He told me to start with our sprinkler installer and then if they couldnt help, his team would take a look. Reason for this review is to share how honest and concerned they are. Sprung a leak at water softener shutoff valve on Wednesday 1/17. Called and made appointment for Friday 1/19 ETA 11:00-1:00. Will arrived 1 hour early and had the leak fixed and my water running again within 1/2 hour. Extremely grateful for prompt and reasonably priced repair service. I HIGHLY recommend Lewisville Plumbing Service. (All of this done with temps below freezing!!)

Great experience with them—a couple of weeks back had them come out to replace an outside leaky faucet and set a toilet with bidet attachment. Last Thursday they replaced our gas water heater—I will be re-contacting them again soon to replace our garbage disposal and update a couple of sink cut offs.

Great job at a great price. Michael and Will were extremely professional. I had a great time talking to them and learned so much from them. Michael and Kyle were professional and efficient in repairing a broken drain pipe coming from my house. They communicated what needed to be done up front and were pretty accurate when they estimated how long it would take them to complete the job. While the repairs are less than 24 hours so, they did offer a one year warranty on their labor on this job. I would not hesitate to recommend Lewisville Plumbing Service. Thank you guys.

Our had a major problem, some object stuck in the pipe that was causing blocking up. They dropped a camera from the toilet, and went deep down to find the object. They had to dig up a big deep hole from outside of the house to locate where the problem was, replaced the pipe, and fixed the problem. Owner came out and did the work himself. He said the job was less complicated than estimated, so he gave us discount. Very honest guy. We recommend this company to anybody.

Were opening a coffee shop in highland village and ran into some compliance issues with plumbing. we called 8 plumbing companies and Lewisville Plumbing was the only team that took the time to help us understand whats going on fix the problems. they were very straight forward, but didnt treat me like an idiot like most of our previous experiences with plumbing companies. good group of guys. will be hiring again. thank you for the good stuff.

Received SO much value even before I committed to anything.Starting with the call with Brian which was very informative. Had a leak I couldnt see so he set me up with Jonas Mishew who was another stand up guy. Then the plumber came out which I forgot his name but he was very quick and made sure to lay out all my options and was very honest with me. Such a great experience. Truly felt each individual genuinely wanted the best for me and wasnt trying to take advantage.

Bryan who works the front office is excellent and goes above and beyond helping you get the service you need. He has extensive plumbing knowledge. I have experience with all their plumbers as well. They all do an excellent job and they have very reasonable pricing. Most of all, they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.
