Jeff has replaced 2 water heaters for me. This first was in my own home, he got the job done quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. I called him again when I needed one replaced at one of my rental properties - the tenants there were equally satisfied with his customer service, stating that he was professional, cleaned up after the job, and was in and out quickly. -
