He arrived on time for our appointment and knew what the issue was and resolved it right away. I previously had the same problem about five years ago and called another company who didnt provide a quick and courteous service like Shane did today. I highly recommend him and his service for all sewer and drain issues. Price was fair and very informative for any future issues. Thanks again for a great job!

Called around 8pm on a weeknight about water flowing out of our shower drain and from under the toilet, Shane answered with kindness and knowledge of the issue as he is an expert on Levittown plumbing. We didn’t feel it was necessary to have him come out that night, so he offered to come by the following day around 12. He provided us the price up front and that’s exactly what it was upon services rendered. He was punctual and called with a heads up when he was on his way over. It took only about 40 minutes for Shane to clear the blockage and provide insight on how to avoid the issue in the future. Shane was fantastic! We had a blockage in the main sewer line. He was out, on a SATURDAY, within 2hrs. He gave us a price upfront before his arrival and explained if he had to go a different direction as to clearing the blockage, it would cost a little more due to a more difficult job. VERY AFFORDABLE!!!! Totally understandable! Who even wants to clear sewer lines anyway???? But Shane was right on it, was able to clear it without having to go the other more complicated direction and stuck to his quote! And did NOT charge for a Saturday visit like most plumbers will do! He even gave us a coupon for being a first time client. He is honest, knowledgeable, and communicates well with calls and texts as to his arriving time. My husband and I are so grateful for his willingness and expedient time to help us out! It was an emergency and he was so kind! I cannot say enough about A&S Drain Cleaning. Shane and Ian are amazing people: kind, honest, professional, experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. Oh and did I say affordable?!? I have had many plumbers over the years as a home owner and have never met someone who genuinely enjoys their job and isn’t in it to rip people off. They shared with me the services that they could provide based on the issues we were having. He spoke candidly about what he was seeing and what he could do for us. I had standing water in the sink that failed to drain after 16 hours despite plunging and drain cleaner (always let your drain cleaner know if you used chemicals).Within an hour, my drain was open and flowing the best it has in years!I cant recommend A&S enough! i hope i dont have any more plumbing issues, but if i do, A&S will be the first call!

They were very knowledgeable of the issue and explained their progress as they worked through clearing the drain. The price to correct the blockage issue was reasonable when compared to the bigger name plumbing companies and the work they accomplished was more than comparable. Shane even diagnosed a problem I was having with drainage of my dishwasher for no additional fee. I have his contact number saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues I may have.

Our main line got clogged late on a Saturday and I reached out to Shane on Monday morning (knowing that plumbers charge more over the weekends normally). He came out around 1:30 on Monday afternoon, cleared the clog and stayed while I ran water and flushed toilets to ensure the clog was cleared. Very quick, efficient and also very affordable compared to another plumbing service I used for the same issue 16 months prior. Very nice and pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Provided great advice to keep the vent clear as well. That was covered up and he found it. Told me to clean it off with hot water. Water was backing up into my utility sink next to my washer in the rinse cycle and at times my kitchen sink was draining slow. He went through everything to figure out why this was happening to discover there was a sag in my pipe. He fixed the sag in the pipe and now there isn’t water backing up into my utility sink when the washer is going and my kitchen sink is draining smoothly. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent future clogs and he was reasonable with the fee to come out and fix my problem.
