When we moved to our house, it had old radiant heating leaking in the concrete so we needed a new system. we interviewed several local companies and chose to go with Tuminello plumbing because the owner himself (Mike) was prompt, took his time evaluating our house, and he gained our trust. Tuminello converted us to gas, abandoned our radiant heat and installed a Navien, and ran baseboard throughout our entire house. They did a wonderful time and anytime something came up the owner was fair and prompt in handling and stood by his work. Since then Tuminello is our “go-to” for everything plumbing. We recently had them change our shower body upstairs. Thanks for a job well done and keeping our water and air warm! We are grateful for a job well done and won’t hesitate to Reccomend to friends and family which we have already done several times.

Mike and his team are some of the most talented plumbing and heating experts on the island.After moving into our new house 2 years ago (north shore of LI), we recognized we had a very extensive and complicated boiler room (not to mention quite a lot of bathrooms) that was giving us some problems. We had consulted with a few plumbing companies in the area, including some of the bigger ones, and none were really able to grasp the complications of our boiler system. We finally contacted Mike and Matt, and they were able to coherently explain what was going on and what all of the issues were.When we eventually ran into bigger problems with our wall boilers (a result of the prior owners not taking any care of them for a decade), Tumminello was our choice to revamp the entire boiler room with brand new equipment. They are truly experts at their craft (a lot of the technical aspects go over my head). Mike, Matt and their guys did such a great job and were super happy with out it turned out. They always showed up on time and didnt leave until the job was done. Our boiler room is now much more efficient and organized and, most importantly, in working order (shoutout to Matt in particular for being a rockstar - he could be a rocket scientist for NASA; he also took the care to make sure everything looked perfect and was super organized).Weve also used Tumminello for non-boiler-related issues (e.g., sink installation, leaks, clogs, etc.) and theyve always responded promptly (and fairly). Truly a one-stop shop for all things plumbing and heating.Do not hesitate to use Tumminello. Very, very highly recommended!

His crew did an outstanding job and left my bathroom spotless both during and upon completion of the work. Twenty minutes after the job was finished, we received a phone call from the owner asking if we were satisfied. I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing need.

Hired these gentlemen to rectify some plumbing violations I inherited when I bought my house. Mike & his crew were so professional and knowledgeable that I hired them to install a whole-house filtration system and an under the sink reverse osmosis system. Matt did an outstanding job with his beautiful workmanship - it’s nice to just look at it, let alone feel good that my water will be safer to drink and bathe in.What I love about these guys is their willingness to share their professional knowledge, and explain things in layman’s terms while considering their customer’s concerns. Mike has great advice regarding efficiency and plumbing codes, and he tries to meet you the best he can with affordable pricing. I especially admire their professionalism and pride in their workmanship: we had a small drip occur after the installation, and the team returned to repair it later that day. “We always come back,” is what I was told, and so far - it’s true!My house was victim to a DIY/cut-corners homeowner, and what Tumminello had to deal with was not only completing the task I’d hired them for, but also cleaning up the mess the previous owner left behind. So glad I’ve found a go-to plumber: it’s something every home owner should have!

Mike and his amazing team (Billy, Matt and the rest of the crew) have been working on various projects at our home over the last year. We moved into an older home that required a great deal of repair and/or new build outs. Bathroom, kitchen, old/leaking pipes, water heater, home water filter system, gas line installation and more that I may not recall. The team here knows my home better than I do. They have always been responsive, timely, their work is high quality and they have always been respectful when at our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing and heating needs, be it a small/quick repair or larger scale projects.

I had some major plumbing issues since I bought my house a year ago and I wanted to share that Mike, Matt, Dominique and team have been absolutely amazing. They have been nothing but professional, prompt and always taking the time to explain all the issues in laymans terms to me. Mike and Matt offered their extensive knowledge of code and best practices when I converted my oil to gas. They fixed some gas pipes that was not done properly by my last contractor. It was a dangerous situation, and it wasnt even up-to-code. Recently, they had to come back, detect a leak in the master bathroom and fixed two big issues in the shower and toilet. I cant express how grateful I am to find such great partners that are knowledgeable and offers competitive pricing.

What former Ex-Wife would give a great GOOGLE review?Formerly married to the owner , I can honestly say Mike is a great business owner and wonderful at what he does. He and his crew are prompt and efficient and I recommend him highly for all of your plumbing and heating needs. Among the smallest repairs to a big job they are your go-to company. I recently had them do a oil to gas boiler conversion and it was done impeccably. They arranged to have my oil tank removed promptly and did a wonderful job from start to finish. Quality work done on time and his prices are competitive and fair.
