    I had a 75 gallon water heater fail late on a Friday night. Barner Murphy was on scene first thing Saturday morning. Due to the size of the unit it was not a stock item but by 9AM Monday they had the new water heater and it was installed by 11:30AM. The team did a great job, they were respectful of our home, very clean and removed the old water heater from our property. I was very pleased and overall cost to me, it was competitive and fair.

    We recently purchased and moved into our home, built in 1977, that definitely had original plumbing fixtures in the shower. After having a different plumber come out and fix the issue, we had a significant leak.Matt from Barner Murphy came out and tried to rebuild our old fixtures but was unable to due to the age and lack of availability of correct parts. Matt walked us through all our options and price points and we decided to upgrade to a newer, safer fixture. Barry scheduled us for installation the next week and we now have a working shower!Friendly, professional, great work. We only wish we had hired them the first time.

    Working with Barry of Barner Murphy was an absolute pleasure. We had a new hot water heater installed and our 20 year old tank removed. Barry was kind, courteous, careful, and offered a much more reasonable price than the competition. He was so knowledgeable and offered advice on other plumbing questions I had while he was here. Even assisted with an additional problem we were having during his visit. We will only use Barner Murphy for our plumbing needs from here on!

    Called Barner Murphy for problem of no hot water. Replied within the hour, came to our home and then checked it for issues.     We replaced our kitchen countertops, so we needed a plumbing professional to hook up the new sink, food disposal, faucet and cooktop. In addition, we had 2 water leaks in our garage that needed to be addressed. Mat & his partner from Barner Murphy addressed all our needs. They installed everything in the kitchen and then fully tested for water and/or gas leaks. The garage water leaks were also repaired successfully. We are very happy with the work performed by the 2 BM plumbers. They arrived on time and were very pleasant to talk to. We recently moved to our current home and had asked a couple of neighbors if they could recommend a plumber. They both said BM. We will definitely join our neighbors in recommending Barner Murphy Plumbing. Also, thanks to Barry for scheduling his people in advance to match our countertop install.     In the past year we were able to get natural gas service on the street. Got quotes from a few folks but went forward with Barry to get everything run inside the home . He gave me two options on how to do it which was appreciated. Had everything squared away for me for permits and approval. Got my new stove installed as well once the electric was all set up, the line run for a gas fireplace, and swapped out a faucet for me in our utility sink.     They came out quickly when I had a leak. They took care of the problem and made some recommendations which I chose to have done. They quoted me a price and that never changed. Five months later, Barry Murphy was incredibly responsive when I said I was concerned about a gas leak.     We have used Barner Murphy several times over the past 4 years (replaced toilets, fixed leaks, frozen pipes) and could not be happier with their services! On 9/29 our Garbage Disposal was leaking, so we put a call into Barner Murphy, they came out the next day, replaced and installed our garbage disposal at a very reasonable price! It took about 20 minutes - easiest & best company I have ever used!! Barry also took the time to explain to me some tips of using a garbage disposal & showed me the reset button (which i would have never found myself!), I highly recommend Barner Murphy!!     Update 2023 -We continue to be happy with services from Barner Murphy. This week I filled out their online form and was contacted the same day. A crew was out the following day to fix a sink and replace an outdoor hose bib. I cant recommend their services enough.Original 2019 -Extremely satisfied with the service we received from Barner Murphy! Weve had small projects such as replacing our garbage disposal and large projects including a custom remodel of our master bathroom.     Barner Murphy & team have repaired and replaced almost everything related to plumbing in this home.We are the second owners of an older home. The water heater, toilets, compressor, furnace, garbage disposal, all died together or shortly after the other. An HVAC company did their part while Barner Murphy & team skillfulfully replace the rest. It could have been a horror show, a nightmare but they brightened the mood and took care of each part of the project.We are not from PA so at that time we asked neighbors for referrals.     Called Barry at Barner Murphy for a 2nd opinion on a sewer lateral inspection. 1st contractor we had out said they couldn’t get their camera through the trap which meant it was “displaced” and would have to be dug up and replaced for $3600. The tech from BM came out and immediately located a separate clean out that was buried. He said from his experience he knew every house in our development has a clean out. He knew exactly where it was. Opened it up and was able to run the camera through. We got approval from the township with no further work or expense required.Prompt, honest service and they call you back very quickly.Highly recommend for inspections and all types of plumbing work.
