I had a backup in my 2nd floor shower. Your service rep was extremely nice and tried to unplug the drain with a powerful drain cleaner. That didnt work so he brought in a machine and unclogged it. Even though that shower does not get used very often I was really pleased that you were able to come out just a few hours after calling. I hope I dont need your services soon but I will definitely call you if I have a problem. I am 79 years old and Im always worried that I would be taking advantage of. I would definitely recommend you because you are fast courteous and very nice people. I thought it would be much more expensive. Thank you so much for taking this problem off my shoulders.

I called J & M plumbing to clean and inspect our sump pump. They were very reasonably priced. I appreciated that the technicians came out during the time frame scheduled. Both men were professional and neat. You would have never known they were there. At some point our pump started to beep and the team at J&M came out until our problem was solved. The beeping was at no fault to them. Our system had never been reset since we moved in and turned out the sensor was too low. They could have easily told us our battery was bad and we needed a whole new system just to make money. Instead, they worked hard to fix our issue. We will be using J&M for all our plumbing needs going forward. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We feel valued as customers. Thanks J&M!

Update 12/1/2023We got a service done with them again, New shut off vales put in and also a replacement dishwasher. Everything is great.Update 4/18/23. The owner came out himself in order to install our shower head for free which is the other job we wanted done but since the sink leak in the kitchen was so expensive we decided to wait. This company went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will use this company again for my home.The plumber who came out was very nice and wanted to lower our payment since it took him no time at all to complete the job. This company is professional and knowledgeable. My only wish is the price was lower since even the plumber who came out thought he could lower the price by calling his boss. But I guess supply cost is high. Nothing against the worker at all.

They performed a lateral line inspection, including the required work necessary to bring my property up to code. Milt was able to schedule a sewer line scope for my client very quickly, and I discussed two polar opposite opinions plumbers had and I needed a professional opinion to settle the score.Milt let me shadow him as he did his work at the property so I had a full understanding of the issues at hand. He certainly is not a service provider. Looking to get additional work out of a service like this. I did ask him for estimates based on his findings and he provided several different ways to solve a problem and recommendations for future prevention a back ups.I highly recommend Milt!
