Couldnt speak in higher praise regarding the service Ive received from Lutz, and more specifically the most recent work by Noah. Had a new toilet installed (and old one from 69 removed and hauled away), along with a few other added jobs.Noah was in time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed on progress, and was more than happy to entertain my curious mind and answer my abundance of questions. I look forward to having them back out sometime in the spring for a general inspection and to help with future needs as they arrive.

Thank you, Lutz Plumbing for installing my new 1/2 horsepower sump pump. Hunter did excellent work and tested the new pump 10 times over for quality assurance. Also appreciated Hunter’s advice on how I can best take care of the pump that I bought.My old pump was a 1/3 horsepower and with our added 15 feet of rainwater discharge piping further out, Hunter agreed a higher 1/2 horsepower was better. Have a new peace of mind for downpours we get here in our area.

Weve used Lutz for years. I always feel confident that they can find and fix the problem. Hunter did a great job locating the source of the leak in our bathroom. It was in the wall. He took a small piece of wall out and replaced the pipe. When he was done he made sure everything worked like it was supposed to. He cleaned everything up. The fee was well under what I thought it would be. Lutz always does their best for us.

Was thorough in description of issue(s) and explained options and cost in easy to follow manner that made me comfortable. He was prepared and organized - placed runners on the carpet, kept the area clean and left no trace of anything left behind - very clean. William was our technician today, he removed a broken water heater and installed a new one. Job site was left very clean (much appreciated), great care was taken removing the old one and bringing in the new which wasn’t easy considering he had to go down a steep side yard with lot of steps in the snow we just had, dismantle a gate and reattach it afterward so he could get onto the deck, he did it while keeping his pleasant attitude! He showed me what he had done and explained the new model after he was finished, I’m very pleased with Lutz plumbing and the quality of the technicians they hire reflects on their high standards. The serviceman, Hunter, was so knowledgeable about the company and services they provided and we couldnt be more pleased with his service abilities Our toliet was not flushing well and backed up. The toliet has been giving us trouble for a while. He was able to replace our toliet with the one I wanted in a short period of time. I received an email indicating the technician was on his way and showed a picture of the technician. Austin explained the costs before performing work. I have used Lutz plumbing for a number of years. I am enrolled in their loyalty program. Who needs a loyalty program for plumbing? Every homeowner! I call and either get an appointment later that day or the next day or a few days later if that’s what I want. All the techs know their stuff and explain why they are doing what they are doing, if you ask. I always ask. For this service call, I was having issues with a toilet and my tech Matt was wonderful. He assessed the situation and gave me lots of options. He did not try to pressure me one way or the other. I decided to replace the toilet instead of repair it. He had a new toilet for me within the hour and had it installed very quickly. He left the area as clean as he found it. I will recommend Lutz Plumbing every single time.

I have used Lutz Plumbing twice after being recommended by my HVAC service. Once to replace the shutoff valves under the sink which no longer functioned and again recently to find and repair a leak which we were unable to locate. The plumber was polite and quickly found and repaired the leak and also told us where to find a part we needed which he did not carry and would have to charge us $400.00 if he went and got it and put it in. He was accurate ad my husband easily found to part at a local store. We will definitely call them for our next plumbing issue.

This is the second time in less than in year that I have used their services. The technician they sent out was Trey. He was the same representative that I dealt with the first time I had a problem. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was able to track down the broken pipe quickly. He explained the different options I had to resolve the problem. Once I decided which way to go he was quick to fix the issue and restore the water service to my house. I am going to request that he be my service technician if I ever need anything else in the future! Very pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation! We had a pipe clog in our lower level at 6:30 pm which caused 3 toilets to clog, and 2 showers to overflow with water. BRENT arrived in a timely fashion, examined the valve connection and showed us the cracked plastic coupling. They gave me a window of time (from 2-4pm) and just before 2pm, I received an email from Lutz stating a technician was on the way. I also received a phone call from that tech, confirming address and approximate arrival time.When Bill Mutch and his apprentice arrived at my home, they were professional, confident and cleanly dressed. Bill introduced himself and his apprentice, and handed me a business card, then shook my hand. (I really appreciate a good firm handshake. That shows respect, sincerity, and understanding for one-another.)Bill was quick to assess the situation, while giving audible instruction to his apprentice, and even noticed some previous work that had been done incorrectly.They got right to work. My DIY project to fix a low flow shower resulted in a call to Lutz. Willis Fitzpatrick was assigned the job and war really good at explaining and diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately the entire shower valve needed to be replaced due to calcium build up over the years, and not my shotty workmanship. As a result I plan to install a whole house carbon filter system to prevent future blockages.Great work and someone I will use again.

Scott is a real pleasure to work with and his technical skills as a master plumber are second to none. He worked with your son on his major remodel project of an older home and was always prompt and courteous as he solved some very difficult plumbing problems. He always calls ahead and even came over some times on the weekend during the peak of construction and with a critical schedule need or issue. We cant say enough about Scotts skills and responsiveness.
