Everyone is project focused to do what is needed for the owner/end user. P1 as contracted by the campus administrators where we lease business space to perform some much needed HVAC work.They kicked the project off with a very informative meeting in which they provided valuable Q&A to all the tenants.Working nights and weekends, ahead of schedule, the improvements to our comfort level have been profound.Previously, if one desired to host a meeting in a conference room during the winter months, part of the planning included tasking someone to ensure a space heater was turned on several hours in advance. Our tech workers are in an open space and while wearing a coat helped, it did not prevent numb fingers.Speaking with the other tenants, the response to the improvement in our heating and cooling consistency is unanimously positive.Each member of the P1 team, from top to bottom, went out of their way to facilitate communications, alert us to issues, and bent over backwards to assist us with any issues as they arose.Any kind of undertaking of this nature, within a continuously occupied structure housing tenants with diverse needs, is going to be a complicated affair. We are both impressed and quite satisfied with our results in this case.
