    Ive always had a good experience with Connelly Plumbing. The techs are always polite and knowledgeable. They do everything they can to explain what they are doing and why. Theyve installed a water heater and garbage disposal for me, as well as some general plumbing such as replacing toilet shutoffs. They always provide great service.

    Excellent company to work with! Solid communication and their whole invoicing and text message updates make the process very easy. They also must be investing in some cutting edge tools because they’re the only plumbing company that we reached out to that was able to fix our shower cartridge without having to cut a giant hole into our wall and this saved us time and money!     Connelly Plumbing came out to my place for the first time yesterday and they were fantastic! Kevin and Scott came out to flush my tankless hot water heater and remove an older water filter. They were punctual, professional, and did quality work. They were so helpful in providing information on steps I could take to improve some of my systems but did not pressure me. In addition, Jenny was so helpful and responsive by phone and email to get the appointment set up. I am so pleased to have found a plumbing company that I can trust!

    First of all I would highly recommend Connelly Plumbing! Contacted them late on a Monday and they came the afternoon (Would have been sooner if I were home) the next day to replace a outdoor hose facet that was leaking. Adam came and was super professional. Removed the old and installed the new in NO time! Guaranteed work. Professionally installed. Adam made sure we were totally satisfied before leaving.     Called Connelly Plumbing as our kitchen and laundry room drains were not working properly.. Scott (expert plumber) and Sean (plumbing apprentice) were very helpful and informative. Our home is older (60 yrs) and they provided us with a couple options to fix the problem. We chose to update and reroute the drains using PVC pipe. Working great now!While they were here, my husband discovered a leak in an old copper bathroom drain pipe. It was failing; we chose to update/replace all our old copper drain pipes with PVC. They came when they promised (on time, every time), answered my many questions and kept us updated on the progress as they completed the project. Would definitely recommend these guys!

    Im editing my review, as I only gave a rating before. I first used Connelly Plumbing when our insurance sent them over. After that, every time I needed a plumber I would give them a call. Theyre available and work quickly, plus theyre reasonable and very knowledgeable. With an old house, theyve been here a few times for various things and all the work has held up well! Theyve replumbed the dishwasher line and shut off valve, replaced the valve and pipe for the garden spigot, and changed out the wax seal on the toilet.

    I like to utilize family or local owner businesses. I found Connelly Plumbing Solutions 3 years ago for a new hot water heater and garbage disposal. Wonderful service. On time, professional and cleaned up. Prices were explained and were reasonable. Remember, You get what you pay for. Yesterday I had Adam Carter out for a toilet and bathroom sink. Not only was Adam on time and professional he was very personable. He understood the toilet issue (toilet was original to this 1955 Prairie Village ranch) and ran thru different options. I purchased the best one flush needed toilet. It is awesome. No more standing around waiting for toilet paper to go down. Next he tackled my molasses slow draining bathroom sink. He told me upfront that the water lines were newer and in good shape but in my wall was the old original waste piping that if there is a clog too far down it may need to be replaced or worse have to be replaced which would be tearing into my dining room wall. Luckily he got my drain running free and clear. Again prices were fair and you get what you pay for! Connelly is my go to for plumbing and I will ask for Adam Carter.

    During the storms the other night, our dog decided to freak out and chew through the toilet water supply line in the master bath. After stemming the flow with towels and shutting of the main water valve in the basement, I threw an emergency repair using adhesive, a 2 inch length of black PVC pipe and zip ties to get us through until the morning. We called at 7:31 AM, got Jenny in the office and had a truck enroute as soon as they could get one out to us.     Ive used Connelly Plumbing several times in recent months. They do a fantastic job scheduling someone to come out quickly, call when the plumber is 15-20 minutes out, and then the plumber shows up on time. Most recently Adam put in a new kitchen faucet and disposal for me. He was very good about explaining what he was going to do and what it would cost upfront. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything extra. Very pleased with the work.

    We had a plumbing emergency when we discovered that the previous owners had broken the shut off valve for the washing machine when they moved out and did not tell anyone. Adam Carter arrived promptly, explained what was needed, and installed the replacement parts we needed. He was kind and courteous. This is a plumber and a company I will use again!One month later and CPS came to the rescue again. Cameron promptly diagnosed and fixed the shower, which had started leaking nonstop.     I am ecstatic with the service provided by Connelly Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough.We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, weve been cursing Bob Hamiltons name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.Thanks, Steve!!

    I cannot say enough positive things about Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Jenny was super responsive from my initial inquiry and communicated with me via email and phone every step throughout our process. We were set up with an excellent plumber, Adam, who came out and not only helped us figure out where a shower leak was potentially coming from but also assisted with a slow drain in another bathroom. Adam had another plumber with him on the 1st visit, Luke, who offered his opinion which I thought was great-the more information the better!Although our issue ended up not being fully plumbing-related, they offered a referral that is working out very well so far. I am so thankful for Adams honesty and clear communication. He was also personable and used his own experiences to offer solutions and recommend services. My history with some of the bigger name plumbing companies has been disappointing and Connelly Plumbing Solutions has completely eased my mind about having a plumbing issue in the future (although lets hope theyre few and far between).     We had a sudden pipe leak in our daughter’s loft bathroom where the water was soaking through our kitchen ceiling. I contacted many companies and Connelly was the first to answer (without having to leave a vm). The woman who answered was very polite and assured us they would get someone out as soon as possible but may not be until the next day. However, not even ten minutes later they had rearranged their schedule due to our urgency. Kevin A. and his assistant showed up within the hour. I was so hesitant as my husband and I usually do all repairs on our home (this was one we did not want to tackle). They immediately assessed and explained both our options. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy. They pulled out the price book in front me, and explained everything in language I understood. Immediately I knew this would be the future company for all our future professional service needs in their specialities.

    We just moved to Kansas City and bought a 100 year old house that we knew had some repairs. Connelly has helped us very quickly clear our drains when they clogged and installed an outdoor spigot for our hose.     The house had a very old plumbing system (from 1973) and is built on a slab so it had many challenges. Kyle was very knowledgeable and installed a new outside faucet as well as installing a new valve for the main shut-off. He was extremely friendly and they were having a special on the outside faucet so the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Connelly Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

    Third time we have used Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Friendly, courteous, professional, and most importantly, honest staff who explain the job, detail the price, and conduct efficient service. Apart from the often mind-numbing cost for services (thus the 1 star reduction), they are a great find. Regret I cannot easily secure more reasonably priced plumbing solutions, but probably worth the cost for the level of service and products installed.

    I contacted Connelly to do some work for my parents as they tend to get theirselves into “situations” with contractors. I left a message after hours to have them come out and quote a job and explained the situation. They contacted me the next morning. They agreed to contact me after they diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately but not unexpectedly the job became a bit bigger than we had thought but the plumber was very informative, knowledgeable and respectful. My mom said “make sure you leave an amazing review”. So here I am. Not only was their communication great but they were well priced for the work that they did.     My experience with Connelly Plumbing was top-tier quality throughout, from the initial call with a courteous representative to paying the invoice with a quick card swipe and signature. We needed a small section of copper pipe replaced due to a leak that was located in a particularly tricky area of our basement, and Connelly was able to send someone out within a half hour. Our plumber, Arthur, was friendly and upfront about the issue causing the leak, his approach to fixing it, and the cost of the job. He took care of it in less than 30 minutes and even took a few minutes to answer some unrelated plumbing questions I had. A great small business to support and we will be contacting them again for future work.

    Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

    I cannot tell you how wonderful it was working with CPS! I have never called a plumber before and was very hesitant to start dialing off Google.     Kyle came out with CPS today to fix a couple of toilets in the house and tighten up the kitchen faucet. He had to leave at one point to get a couple of parts. Everything went smoothly.
