We were extremely pleased with the services from AHS. They were very professional and courteous from demo to install. We didn’t have an outlet near where we wanted the unit placed and they scheduled an electrician to come out and install one right where we needed it. The performance of the system is really good. We are using so much less soap. We don’t get spots on our dishes or showers anymore. My wife LOVES the way her skin feels after her shower. Our 7 month old baby feels like velvet after bath time. Everything about our water has improved from brushing your teeth to making coffee to cooking. We’re very pleased with our Rain Soft system and AHS.

The serviceman was kind and helpful. This was an annual service for a water filter. However, he said he had to check the operation of the soft water system. That took him 15 minutes. We were charged $129 for that check up, but that seems way too much.

Came home last week and my AC had quit working. I called at 10:00 at night and they came first thing in the morning. The technician was very prompt and professional. He explained the problem, and gave me options to fix it. They fixed it fast and very affordably and we are now nice and cool. Id recommend them to anyone.

Ryan was able to arrive sooner than expected, which was great. The office called and asked if this would work for me before he came. He completed my Rainsoft maintenance and replaced the filters in good time, being careful to not leave any work area messy. Thank you

Ive had the pleasure of working with Andy twice now and I dont have a single negative thing to say about him or the staff. Andy speaks to me in a way that is understandable and not as if Im in his line of work (i.e.: no jargon, just simply worded). Andy is patient in answering questions, which meant a lot because I am a new homeowner. Im a single woman living alone so I asked Andy if he would mind speaking to my Dad (who lives in another state) about the information he shared with me about an allergy filter. Other places Ive asked to do this were pretty rude and acted like it was annoying. Andy was more than happy to speak to him and even told my Dad his daughter does the same with him and doesnt at all mind when hes asked to do it. That was enough to convince my Dad this guy is awesome and told me to never use anyone else! The front desk staff is reliable and helpful. I called with a question for Andy before he got here about a specific filter and the front desk gal said she would make a note of it and be sure Andy came prepared with an answer. I actually didnt expect him to come with any information because usually that stuff gets slipped through the cracks or forgotten about. However, it was the first thing he brought up and even said the gal told him I asked about allergy filters and he came prepared with lots of information for me. I was so impressed!! Finally, my appt window was scheduled between 10-12. However, when Andy was on his way, the office called me and said hed be there in about 20 minutes. How helpful is that?!! Thank you American Home Services! Youve earned a lifelong customer and Ive even given out some referrals to people in my neighborhood asking for recommendations on the neighborhood website. I appreciate you guys!!

As a RAINSOFT Customer of 14 years, I can testify to the wonderfulness of the RAINSOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM. Water is the source of life and while we are blessed in our modern day to have water distributed to each and every home, business, and facility in the world FOR pennies on the dollar. We can not say the same for the quality of water delivered. The current water purification technology is toxic using chlorine, ammonia, and other harsh solvents to disinfect the water. American Home Services sold me my Rainsoft Water Softener and helped me finance it. I later found out it is roughly 2-5x the cost of comparable systems sold at Home Depot. They are providing me lifetime warranty and moving services for my water softener, but a yearly maintenance visit appears to be required to maintain the warranty and I do not believe this was mentioned during the sale. These yearly visits are $100+ and an additional $200+ to replace the filter canister every 2 years. I wish I had done more research and asked more questions prior to buying.

Just bought new CleanStart system by RainSoft from American Home Services. Can not say enough good things about American Home Services. Installation was fast and smooth. They called before showing up and arrived on time! Installer was very experience, knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all our question plus demonstration. Very happy with the service. Do recommend this company to my friends and family. AND we are loving our CleanStart system!!
