Leak ops did a great job for me! They found the leak in less than an hour. It was a burst pipe that was buried under concrete in our kitchen. I would have never found this leak on my own. But with their expertise and high tech gadgets, they were able to find it! I highly recommend!!!

Our water bill doubled since the last bill without any change in water habits!! I called our plumber and they recommended Leak Ops!!! From the get go the response time via texts were prompt and offered to have a technician at our house the very next day!!We just had Jake out to our home to assess for leaks!! First of all, he gave me a 30 min lead time! He arrived on time which is a 5 star in my book. He was professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and explained everything he was doing or did!! Jake was extremely curious, knowledgeable, and thorough diagnosing our leak. I was almost sure I knew where it was coming from, but because of his expertise was able to find the source which was completely different than my hypothesis originally. He offered advice on next steps and recommendations on service providers. Jake was great, he has a bright future ahead.

Really impressed with the Leak Ops team! Had another company out and they couldnt locate issue. Even pumped gas into the system and used listening devices but couldnt locate leak. Suggested replumbing house (est $20K). Called Leak Ops for 2nd opinion and wow, were they persistent! Used a different gas that can be detected via sensors. Took some time but they located the leak! Fortunately just outside the house... but under shrubs. Difficult fix for the plumber but $800 sure beats $20K! Thank you Leak Ops team!! Will only call them in the future!

Had a slow leak on my water line at my house that I couldn’t locate. I called leak ops on my lunch break at work and they were able to make it out same day right when I got off work. Ben and Jake know their stuff. They’re professional and were able to find my leak in less than 45 minutes. It was also underneath my backyard concrete walkway. Because of their pinpoint accuracy to the leak, I was able to do the repair myself and save money on calling a plumber. If you have a leak they will find it for you. Webb detected a slab leak for us. We called him when we could hear water running but didn’t have anything turned on. He located the problem and went over options on ways we could fix. He had great referrals depending on which route we wanted. Webb was upfront about why he liked each of them and what to expect. He also called the referrals for us and explained our problem. We talked with two of them, both highly rated on google and each process was efficient and felt comfortable. It became evident that Webb is a respected member of this local industry. He also put up with several of my questions post his work being done. Can’t thank him enough for his work and guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and confidently recommend to friends and family.

We had a very tricky leak (literally a drip in a block wall, but was wreaking havoc nonetheless) and he pulled out all the stops to find it for us, even coming back a second day with extra equipment at no extra charge. Everything about this experience was the best it could have been. Webb fit me in quicker than any of the other companies I called could, he was on time with a positive attitude and good demeanor. I was trying to identify why there is so much humidity in my condo- he found that one of the tub drains was leaking and there is a crack in the foundation. Glad I went with this company, would definitely recommend!

The response time was amazingly quick, I called and Webb was able to come out the next day. I had a wet spot on my wall I was concerned about and Webb was able to quickly find the issue. I had some concerns throughout the rest of my house and he very thoroughly reviewed them all. He took the time to really make sure we found everything, which luckily wasn’t a lot. He also told me how to fix my faucets, which probably saved me money and now I’ll have good water pressure again. 10/10 recommend! Super respectful and thorough.

We had a leak in our slab that had flooded our floors and surrounding areas. Webb was able to come by on the same day we called and quickly find the leak. He was punctual and is highly skilled at finding and isolating a variety of leaks. I was impressed with his ability to find leaks without remove walls or flooring.We actually had to call Webb for another leak less than a week later and he made the time to come out late after a long day of being on a job site to find it. His care and concern for the home owner is evident in his work and professionalism.I would highly recommend using Leak Ops if you have a leak. Webb also has a great network of plumbers and restoration services he can refer you to that also provided excellent service for our issue.
