Doug was amazing! He was so approachable and knowledgeable answering all my questions. Friendly and kind. High quality install with a great price. Very quick, organized, and clean. Toilet repair-with remove/reset and also highly technical secondary shut off valves and copper piping to the entire house, and now the outside hose spicket works. It is very hard to find such a great professional plumber like Doug. I am so thankful my wife and I found Weston Plumbing! He answered my phone call when many other plumbers I called never even returned my calls! We Will call Doug for any future plumbing needs. Fast, affordable, responsive, and cleanly, Doug Westons repair of my shower cartridge and a leaky faucet was such a positive experience, we plan on hiring him when we renovate our 40-year-old bathroom. Our shower knob had started leaking out the front and back. He was recommended by another plumber who was booked for the week, and are we grateful for the recommendation! Doug was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly. I had sent a picture, so he came prepared and was done quickly. As an added bonus, he didnt have that cigarette smell many plumbers have. As someone who is allergic to cigarettes, that made it easier to work with him. Additionally, he was happy to schedule me in and do a little job--not all plumbers are willing to bother with something so minor. Plus, it cost less than the last time we had the cartridge replaced! Ill happily recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.

Great job resetting our toilet after we had tile installed. Doug did a great job leveling the toilet seat and explaining what he was doing. Very friendly, affordable and did a great job with the clean up afterwords. Would definitely hire Weston Plumbing if I needed help in the future.

Doug did a fantastic job on plumbing a laundry set up for me. Fast work, fair price, and frankly the level of quality that you just don’t find anymore. My family used Weston Plumbing as well and had nothing but great things to say. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else.

Doug was amazing. He responded quickly. He took one look at my leak and knew exactly what need to be done. He talked me through options and had the leak fixed same day. After the fix the area was nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend!

Doug, the owner, was responsive when I called about installing a Flo by Moen leak detection system. He assured me that he had installed them before and would do the work personally. He also assured me that he would show me how to set up the Moen app on my phone which was a very important concern as Im not tech savvy at all. Doug kept all his promises and did a terrific job of explaining the system, showing me how to work the phone app and was very patient with answering all my questions. I would gladly recommend Doug to anyone who is thinking of installing the Flo by Moen System.
