Lowest of 3 bids. Didnt try to up-sale anything more than what was needed. Had to get the plumbing up to code in hopes to move in 5 years. Our home was built in 1929, and remodeled once in 1970s by previous owner and we have been slowly updating all since then. Very satisfied with Tim and Brando were affable. No messing around and got to it professionally.

Marge, the receptionist, that does the scheduling, is always great, Dave my plumber, is my favorite, always great work and service. Our master bathroom toilet was leaking through the floor to the lower level bathroom ceiling each time we flushed. Drain Pro arrived, quickly assessed the issue and repaired the toilet. We were insistent on purchasing a new toilet but Drain Pro assured us that there was no need. Thanks so much for the quick fix and very reasonable price!!!

They didn’t have a replacement valve with them so they went back to their office and got a replacement valve. Brandon did an amazing job! He took the time to repair the garbage disposal, and unstuck the outside water shutoff valve. Showed me how to bleed the line this fall, and then went the extra mile to fix a leaky faucet and clean it of built up deposits. My family and I have used Drain Pro for many years and always get the same professional awesome service. They are the best!

I cant recommend Troy enough for plumbing services. I had him install an RO system for us and its been amazing for the past year with clean water. Recently I asked him to come check out a leak that I later found out I created, he said dont fix it until we see if it comes back. Saved me a ton of money and tearing my ceiling. Tried to pay him $100 for the service call and he refused. Dont use anyone else.

I was extremely happy for my experience. They got out the same day for my drain back up issues in my basement and when the water got higher they were able to get someone out very quickly. He was so honest and informative. He found the issue was in the street so it was cities responsibility. Had he not suggested that I would have assumed responsibility. I called Drain Pro with a problem regarding my sump pump. It was a time sensitive issue because we were expecting rain again soon.Drain Pro had someone out to my home the next day and they were upfront and clear about their estimate. Dave showed up on time and immediately got to work. What pleased me even more is that he took some time to listen to what had been happening with our sump system and using that to diagnose the problem. Dave had the problem solved and repaired within about 25 minutes, and the estimate was spot on. I also appreciate that he was honest about my current pump condition and did not try to up-sell me parts. 10/10 would use Drain Pro again.

Brandon was GREAT... let’s face it, you’re not calling these people because things are going awesome at your house with plumbing. He was able to talk me through how to get my sub pump back on and working over the phone at 11:30pm. He was really patient and calm: highly recommend this company. Weve used Drain Pro a couple of times for separate issues and they have been wonderful each time to work with. They are professional and personal at the same time. Working with you to understand the issue and transparent with what they are doing so you understand the process.Couple Examples:- They rooted our main drain and provided follow up management tips to help the issue moving forward.- They diagnosed and fixed a seal in one of our water pipes.- They fixed my mother-in-laws gas pipe, working with the gas company and even helping her reset her furnance once the gas was turned back on.Absolutely recommend this team!

Do you have an old house, pipes to nowhere, or farmer rigged? You need Dave to make it right. Hes reasonable and not afraid to take on new plumbing adventures. Hes got creative solutions to make it work and he knows his stuff. We are now the proud owners of a new genesis ozone iron filter AND new pressure tank! We originally wanted our well company to do the pressure tank, but getting anyone out here requires a winning lottery ticket.... Dave said no problem!!

I had a stuck shower cartridge with broken stem. I had gotten ridiculously high quotes as high as $ 1200 for getting the shower working. Called Drain Pro, they came out within 45 minutes, removed and replaced the cartridge within an hour all for $ 175. Definitely recommend and please support such honest local businesses.

We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking. We were able to text pictures of the product in advance. Before coming out to do the repair, the plumber called and advised that because it was a Moen product, they did not have the replacement part in stock and we’d have to get it thru Moen. This saved us time and money because of their honesty and professionalism! We will hire Drain Pro for all our plumbing needs!

I am very impressed with Drain Pro from my initial request for service, working with Apple Valley to turnoff the water, communications prior to arriving, to the actual service. Tim was great! He was fast, provided recommendations with supporting facts, dealt with our barking dogs, and very respectful.Drain Pro was very reasonable on the price and was able to provide an estimate over the phone. Providing an estimate over the phone may not always be the case. We had a malfunctioning shutoff valve prior to the water meter so it may have been an easy estimate. But three other plumbing companies wanted to first come look at it for a fee prior to doing the work.We highly recommend Drain Pro and they will be the only ones we call in the future.

I have use this company three or four times. Each time I have learned something new and they have not overcharged me like the companies on TV who have to overcharge to pay for their ads. I have used them to install faucets, clogged toilet, and toilet repair. They do not try and up charge you or suggest items you don’t need repaired or replaced. Wished I’d found them years ago.
