As part of a Kitchen Redo, Perfection Plumbing was contracted to take out old garbage Disposer, Old faucet, unhook Dishwasher, and then, after the counter top install, return and hook up new faucet/garbage disposer, and dishwasher.Plumbers on both end were courteous, patient, and showed skills we want to see.The re-hook up part, was done by one of PP’s plumbers by the name of Ezra.He was efficient, patient.We had purchased the new faucet, and in anticipation of his coming, opened the packaging to find a very used faucet someone had placed in the “new” packaging.I took off to replace that for a new, but it delayed Ezra’s ability to get to it by about 10 to 15 mins.. He was o.k. With the wait.Upon completion of the install/re-hook up process, we asked if he would be willing to caulk about 10’ worth of Bathroom tub and sink joints, ones that had been poorly done previously, and he complied.While it only took him about 5 mins., this was not done per the job order, and we wanted to pay him for his time and materials, but he declined…Very positively.So, we wanted to take time to offer a superlative review for Perfection Plumbing and specifically for Ezra.Very much worth the price paid through the original job agreement.

We recently had new countertops installed through Home Depot. Perfection plumbing handled our disconnect and reconnect of all new fixtures and a garbage disposal. There were some challenges they encountered due to where the holes were drilled by the countertop company and had to make some modifications to the sink to ensure our fixtures were installed properly. Mike B. was our plumber and paid extreme attention to detail making sure the job was perfect. We were very pleased with the work performed and how Mike explained everything he had to do to ensure the job was done right. We couldn’t be happier and Perfection Plumbing is lucky to have Mike on the team.

Mike was awesome. I went through Home Depot to get new countertops installed and with that a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Mike came out to install the faucet, garbage disposal and air gap and was super accommodating and helpful in explaining everything he was doing and made sure it was all done to my liking. Would definitely go with them again.

We had no water in the kitchen due to an oversite by a contractor. The owner of Perfection Plumbing left his sick bed (having had knee replacement surgery less than 2 weeks prior) and come to do the work himself. Of course the job was more complicated than it should have been, but he fixed to problems without complaint.. The end product works great and we in turn are very grateful for a job well done.

Had Perfection Plumbing come out to install a sink and garbage disposal. Rick was personable, professional and got the job done right. He noticed some other issues and took care of those for us. The end result was exactly what we wanted. We couldnt be happier with Rick, Perfection Plumbing and their services and will CERTAINLY be using them again for all of our plumbing needs.

Mike came to install our new sink after having our countertops redone. With old houses, you never know what youll get and Mike was extremely helpful and made sure things were working properly before leaving even if it took more time. Highly recommend this family owned business!

We went through Home Depot for new countertops, and Mike was scheduled as part of that process to put in the new faucet and garbage disposal. Mike was great to work with. Home Depot sent Rick to me in Lake Crystal to install a water heater. I wont go into my big box experience, but Rick and his apprentice were polite, professional, efficient and accommodating. I appreciated his no-nonsense Chicago attitude. They got in, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves and let me get back to my day. But before they went, Rick took the time to ask if I wanted to see the features and lighting instructions. He even made recommendations for ways to ensure the longevity of my water heater while saving money in the future. Solid experience.

These guys have been awesome! We had new countertops installed through Home Depot and we asked to have them get us a plumber to un/install our sink. Perfection Plumbing is the company they hired and we could not be happier! They were very punctual and knowledgeable-he took time to answer any questions I had. We also used them for an old leak in the ceiling and they were great for that, too! Their communication is great! They are very responsive. I am not big on talking on the phone, so it was sooo nice to be able to text them.
