    Brent took a video of our main sewer line, and then cut the roots seen by the camera while he was there, saving us a second visit. He did a great job, and had to carry his hose extra far because of a new driveway. Would recommend.

I was surprised with the reasonable quote for their service they gave because I was advised by a bigger plumbing company it would cost a lot more.     Great experience with Jetter Clean Lakeville! They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Brent was friendly, approachable, and a professional from start to finish. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. As he was inspecting things, he showed me the issues in addition to explaining what was happening. He also provided tips/suggestions on how to limit build up and avoid future issues. He was respectful in terms of cleaning up after his work, protecting floors, etc. I appreciate Brents work this morning and, thanks to his great work, am happy to recommend Jetter Clean!

    I am visiting my mom in Lakeville Minnesota. We had a really bad clog in our double sink and werent sure how far down it went. We called Jetter clean and they had a guy out in less than an hour. Brent did an amazing job and was very explanatory polite and professional. 30 day guarantee on the work and affordable pricing and prompt service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.     We had a sulfur smell coming from our sump tank/system. We went through 4 plumbers from 2 different well known plumbing companies within the South metro and over $500 spent so far and none of them was able to determine the cause. At this point I assumed that something was clogged in the drain tile and needs to be extracted.I contacted local drain cleaning company here in Lakeville, MN and worked with Andy. I gave him the same info I gave the plumbers and right off the bat I knew he was different. He actually listened, asked questions, investigated, and determined that the sump/system sulfur smell was the affect and not the cause of the smell. It turns out our sink drainpipe got disconnect and sink water was going directly into the ground and into the drain tile and into the sump tank.Thank you, Andy of Jetter Clean Advanced Drain Cleaning. You solved a plumbing issue that those big company plumbers did not have the capacity to resolve.-Tommy

    Our experience with Jetter Clean was great! Andy called before he came to double check the time still worked for us and let us know when he would be there... which was the same time they estimated when I called the day before. He invited us to pull up a chair and watch what he does and to ask questions. It was a complicated job... we had 3 other plumbers come before him and none of them could figure out what was wrong. He solved the problem and showed us everything on the camera. We very much appreciate the fast, professional, and friendly service! We will no doubt be using them in the future if future problems arise.

    Andy from Jetter Clean cleaned out my sewer line in alot less time than any other drain cleaning service that I have used. He cleared the clogged line in less than one hour and the cost was less than the others. Thank you for being on time and treating my sewer problem like it was his own. I think the equipment used by this service company is the best for most every residential sewer problem.

    We called Jetter Drain Cleaning a few hours ago because our garbage disposal had backed up into the main drain in the basement and food from the disposal was coming out of our drain; it was so gross!
