Timely communication, high quality work and competitive prices made it an easy decision to use Shane for our downstairs bathroom project. Shane walked me through the project and he followed through on everything we talked about. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and ahead of schedule. Finding a good contractor can be difficult, but I never had a concern with Shane. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Shane for any plumbing needs. He is incredibly reliable, efficient, and always delivers amazing work. Shane put in a natural gas line for me and was able to come out on short notice as he had to work around the concrete contractor pouring my firepit pad. His flexibility was such a blessing as coordinating multiple projects was a huge concern of mine. His work is exceptional and the end results speak for themselves. Plus his pricing is very reasonable! If you need a dependable and skilled plumber, Shane’s your guy!

My husband and I were leaving for a trip and noticed that our washer wasn’t draining properly. We were going to be gone for two weeks and still had several loads of laundry we needed to wash. We needed help quickly! The owner got to our house within 15ish minutes of us contacting him and was able to fix the problem in less than 20 minutes! Quick, efficient, hard working and helped educate me on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Definitely recommend REAL Plumbing for any of your future needs! Very impressive!

Real Plumbing was outstanding in the work they did for us!! They removed a water softener unit that was put in when Christopher Columbus came over! It was old and had stopped working. They removed that old unit and put in a modern one that was far more efficient and it took up far less space. They unclogged a drain pipe, and did the work in an hour less than their estimate. And when they were done, they cleaned the place up. It looked great! Shane, the owner, was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable. They were the best!!

Not only did he get the job done efficiently, he explained what the unlabeled spigots in my basement are for (I don’t know these things!) and walked me through proper steps to take during Winter months as well.
