Trevor came to my home on Christmas Eve for a few electric issues I had been having….he is wonderful and an excellent electrician!! Trevor is very kind and friendly, he is very professional, he taught me how to care for the electricity in my home and he is a true expert at his craft. I was kept up-to-date on everything from the service appointment, to the pricing, everything was up front, clear and concise. I did not feel like the technician was trying to rush through the work at my home and time was taken to explain everything to me. I’m so appreciative of Trevor and Mr. Electric, this company and team have been friendly and professional from start to finish. Literally, from the moment they answered the phone, they’ve been so nice, friendly and helpful.They have a new customer in me, I’ll be calling on them for all of my electricity needs! Tyler came out right after Hurricane Milton and did an awesome job completing a home check and fixing any issues found from the two electrical leaks noted. He showed us where the breakers were over heating and educated us on why our electrical system was malfunctioning. The experience that I had with Cameron from Mr. electric was outstanding. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. I contact Mr. Electric because I needed to have power ran from my circuit breaker box out to my new patio to install two ceiling fans. Cameron came out and ran the electrical from the box to the roof panels. We hit a snag because the patio contractor failed to mark which panels had the supposed beams for the wires, so I had to spend an evening locating those. This installation of electrical and ceiling fans was very important as we were having our baby shower on Saturday. Cameron could not complete the work on Thursday because of the panel issue, so he made it a point to come back on Friday with his helper Gustavo (who was awesome too!) and they worked from 7:30 pm until 11:30 pm getting it all accomplished. Cameron knew that this was a big deal to us and made sure it all got accomplished. Would recommend him and Mr. Electric to anyone moving forward.
